it's hit or miss. the people are nice, the quality is sometimes there and for the most of the time, not there at all. I only go here if i just need a little bit of stuff. I think they could be more picky when it comes to their produce. The meat seems to be of good quality; just not a lot of options. All-in-all. It's a great place to get quick items but not to go deep-shopping.

A lot of expired product. Turkey cheese hornet expired. Cold mix peach in produce department, January expired. A lot of stuff they have is expired and their milk usually expires within a week i noticed. To many close date products or expired

Update:Owner responded to this review and said to contact a customer service email. Well i have sent two emails in two weeks(one before posting review) and have yet to hear from anyone…expected better when they are trying to resolve a complaint..Original Review:High prices as usual and now you get to bag your own groceries?? Pass!!!I appreciate local stores. Lowes market has always been a good alternative for quick groceries instead of wasting time at useless Walmart with the only complaint being the prices are too high. Well, usually my only complaint. On my recent visit the young man at the counter was the opposite of friendly and they have decided that it’s a good idea to have the customers bag your own groceries. Really??High prices and you have to bag your own groceries? Well, I will make sure to not stop here at this location while I have to bag my own groceries. If you want to make someone bagsvgroceries, then cut your prices.I reached out to corporate office, but have yet to hear back after a few days..

Never really have a problem coming to this store and always have a nice experience. Until yesterday the elderly cashier was in a bad mood and just throwing my groceries on the counter hard while my child tried to help put things away the whole time I was so afraid he would hit my son with an item and he did on his hand. I just looked at the lady who worked there and she saw it and said nothing. I told my son to leave things there while I payed and finish myself. I didn't want to deal with an angry person for no reason what happen with the customer infront of me maded him upset or something else. He should of controlled him self. when we left the store my son had a cut on his hand. I just want to say please relax yourself because if I wasn't in the that keep my child safe mood and not be in the same mind set as this grown man it was best get out of the store before he gets more upset. The manager should really advise the workers on how to treat people

I've missed out on the convenience of your customer service desk. I've been there twice and either closed cuz I'm too late or not open yet(opens at eleven). Makes me want to work there. Lol. Everyone is friendly. Produce section is my favorite.

It's sub-par quality with high prices. I ran in on my way through Boyd from Decatur. Never again. I paid as much for the stuff to make 1 meal as I could have paid to get 2 or more elsewhere.

The produce and meat sections of this location have improved exponentially in the last few months. The customer service has also improved and maintains well stocked aisles as well.

I go into this store to see the very nice employees like Odyessa and for whatever items on sale I need. Even if they don't have he items iij n stock because they are sold out, they will order whatever you need and make sure you get it doe the price in the paper. These people that work at the Boyd store are the sweetest and nicest people to deal with.

I bought several packages of Hawaiian Rolls to make sandwiches for our Grandsons graduation party the day before I needed them...couldn’t find a date on the package...this morning when I started making them, I was so upset because the rolls were hard and the bottom crust was stuck to the cardboard like they had been wet. I’m so disappointed that I paid their high price for something I had to go ahead and use since the party was at 3:00 and no time to go anywhere else.. How embarrassing to serve these..

The people working there are always polite and friendly, you can always work up a conversation. There fast, know what's on sale. Get your money orders. They might be a little higher than others and the vegetables aren't as fresh but there convent.

Your little town, local grocery store with a pretty big variety of items. As they need to compete with big box stores in the general area, it can affect pricing (volume of traffic, etc.) But... they try to give sale prices when possible. Staff are always friendly and it has that "everyone knows everyone" hometown feel.

Lowe's Marketplace has great customer service. Prices are a little high and cannot always find what I need, but it is great to have a friendly shopping experience in a smaller store. Easy in and out. I shop there all the time

It's a cute little grocery store that desperately needs an update. I bought my fiancé some dainishes from here and he asked for more, so I'll be back frequently. This store is a. Little pricey as well. It does have some great snacks.

We had a good experience. I only gave 4 stars just because they don't have a really large selection. But they do have a pretty good variety. Not too small a store. And the staff are nice.
