Overall store is nice however advertise supporting military with military and vet parking right by the door however “we no longer give a 10% military discount” means you absolutely do not support the military and have taken a benefit that use to be offered and say you are no longer worth giving that to those who served this fine country. Sad way to lose business.

At first I was like great customer service but today I had a hard time trying to return a chainsaw that stopped working I had warranty plus the power plus I contacted both insurances and the store still gave me trouble. Didn’t allow me to return it because they couldn’t resale it and said I had voided all warranty. I called power plus and said the store was incorrect now I’m waiting to get a replacement. Mark is a joke not only did he try to find every excuse to try to help me he was making jokes right in front of me it’s his other coworker. Next time I’ll shop online or different location!!!

If I could rate this place a negative I would. Worse customer service ever when returning something. They talk down on you and don't take you serious. Don't deal with the manager James he's very rude.

Wide variety of products for home, shop and ranch. Farm animal feeds as well as dog, cat, and bird feed. Some products us(especially clearance items) do not have price marked. Also during a recent visit the one cashier had 4 (four) customers to check out and called for a backup cas hier. When I asked one of the two people who came up from rear of store to help, I was told they were looking for a shipment for a customer. It seems as though one of them could have assisted customer checkout. The line now included 6 (six) customers. I was Not Pleased by lack of response !

Maybe it's just the small town atmosphere, but these folks are here to help you. They don't have that perturbed grimace of, "what do YOU want." Customer service is the name of the game.

They are always friendly at the Bowie, Tx store. Mark there seems to know everyone. This is the only place I can purchase my cat and dog food besides on line.

Went to buy a hay ring for longhorns. They had a topless hay ring for $299.99. The sales person was very helpful. I asked if it might be discounted. She stated it might be since they've had it forever. I thanked her and said I would be back. Tried finding it on TSC website. Not there. Looked at NRS. Different brand but $45 less. Went back next day manager says it's a standard stock item. I told him NRS had a different brand and asked if he would at least price match. He said no and he could get me one for $299.99 in 2 weeks. So for 15% and not getting it today, even after showing him the product on phone, I left. Don't think I'll use Bowie TSC ever again.

The young man at cash register, did help, after he could see I wanted more information about the Rain water barrel I eventually purchased & the spicket was not there. He finally found a make shift spicket that would work. Had picture from website to help him get the idea of what I needed. Then after the sale, I thanked him for his help. But, he did not offer to help or get someone to help me get the Rain barrel to my car. Glad it didn't fall off the cart & crack. However, after I got it to the car & loaded an older gentlemen took the cart back to the store. I am pleased with the Rain barrel & other items I purchases.
