Wendell assured me that he would be able to pull our little tractor out of a ditch and did within 15 minutes of arriving. I don’t even think it took that long to be honest. He reassured me The night before that he would be able to get it without question. He was great with communication and they handled our payment over the phone, everything went so smooth. Stopped at a gas station for a flat tire late at night, an employee called them and they came within the next 10 minutes! Super nice people and they did a great job. They gave me a really good price too! Highly recommend them :)

2019 Peterbilt 389 started over heating in Bowie Texas. Called LW and he came right out diagnosed the issue. He then went to Wichita Falls for the parts came back and with in a hour of getting back he had me on the road again. He even followed me for a ways down 287 to make sure the issue was solved. Highly recommended for any heavy duty mechanical diesel needs. Quick service and great prices. 5 stars!!

We definitely experienced a Christmas miracle last night! As we were driving through Bowie, on our way home back from visiting Prairie Lights, we hit an object on the road that caused our tire to blow out. Another vehicle also hit the object. Both vehicles were stranded on the side of the highway. The owner of the other vehicle called 911 and a towing company for his car. Wendell, from LW Phillips Towing showed up and loaded the gentlemen's car. They could have drove off but they stayed to help us! We were an hour away from home with our two children. Not only did they aid us with our truck, but the owner of the other vehicle paid for our spare! Wendell and the other gentleman helped us until we were back on the road. There are still GOOD PEOPLE in this world! We will absolutely pay it forward to the next person in need. My husband and I are so very thankful and will use LW Phillips for any future needs!

Was blessed to choose this towing company. Hit a deer at 7am on a holiday and they were loading our car by 7:20am. And then stayed with us until our ride arrived 2.5 hours later. I own curtis roadside...... Is a towing company in crowley.... Was driving through the area and this gentleman helped me find Attire for my tow truck on December 23.... And I had problems with my PTO wiring. And he set it up so that I could use it until I got help.... They're out here really helping people not just trying to make a dollar💪🏿👍🏿

The. Best. Ever. I have never received friendly or better service. The driver picked me and my dog up from the side of the road within minutes of my phone call. Towed my car back to his lot and had the part I needed delivered to me, also within minutes. He even let my dog chill in the AC while I put the part on. Sweetest, Most Helpful people you will ever meet They came all the way from Bowie to Mineral Wells to tow my car home because the idiot roadside assist people claimed there were no tow companies any closer to where I broke down. I was stuck on the side of the road for 3 hours because the road side assist didn't want to pay. Not only did the Phillips come to toe me, they called me & stayed on the phone with me til they got there & delivered me safely home. It was after 11pm before they even got to head back home.
