Pharmacist would not fill a prescription over the phone from the nurse due to saying it seemed “fishy” (nausea medication) The nurse called in the prescription and had no issue. Then the nurse received a call back and was asked if she had called the prescription in and reported that she was the one who called the prescription in and yes she had the order right there. The Pharmacist then replied she wouldn’t fill it because it seemed fishy. Then the Pharmacist called me and lied about the nurse saying that she had told the pharmacist that the nurse was unaware of the prescription and accused me, the patient, of calling it in. The nurse calling it in was right beside me and I heard the entire conversation she had with the pharmacist and this was not the case whatsoever. The medication is a mild nausea medication that can be filled over the counter with a combination of vitamins. Very annoying and has caused a delay in care. I would never go back if my insurance didn’t force me to use CVS.

Customer service is trash. Apparently corporate has cut staff so it takes days to fill prescriptions. Staff doesn’t acknowledge your presence when you come inside to pick up prescriptions. I was the only person at the counter waiting five minutes while pharmacist never lifted his head to look at me and the only other person there would stand at the drive up window waiting for cars to come up. When I got fed up and started to leave the pharmacist finally said he could help in a few moments. I’ve already waited a day and a half for them to fill my heart medicine so I guess I can wait another day to have my prescriptions moved to a better pharmacy. This happens every time I go here. I will pay extra and drive hours to never deal with this pharmacy again.

Too bad there isn't negative star rating. Their phone system could be better designed by kindergarten student. Even if you can navigate, it you will be placed on hold. In fact I still am as I sit waiting for my grandaughters script after driving to the dictors office and getting hard copy of it. The docs office showed me the two times they transmitted it. For grins and giggles I stopped by CVS after i left the Docs office (still on hold on their phone mind you) on the oft chance they had it. Don't know I was the only customer in the store was never acknowledged but I did get to hear the phone system announcing 5 calls on hold while the pharmacist and tech continued their discussion about red bull for back pain.....

If I could give half a star I would. I'm so tired of being told "we don't have your prescription" and having to inconvenience my doctor's office staff for things they clearly did do. New people came in and found everything easily. I couldn't get the medicine that day and I sure wish I would have because the next day it's magically unable to be found and doesn't exist. This has happened so many times I'm over it and done. I've been patient and as courteous as I can muster. But this is a continuing issue.

Horrible service, had insurance, they didnt tell me they dont take bc of texas. Waited 45 minutes for them to tell me. Didnt call my prescriptions into united like they said. The girl that waited on me was extremly rude, should be fired, she doesn't even have a clue of what is going on. I will never go back.PLEASE USE A DIFFERENT PHARMACY IF YOU CAN.

The worst pharmacy in town. They never answer their phone and they always mess up on ur medication. They need to train all their staff on how to deal with the clients, very rude staff too. Very slow and behind on everything.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy in town. Extremely long wait times, and they send notifications about prescriptions being ready days before they actually are. At one point, we received a notification that a drug was ready. Upon arriving at CVS, we were told it would be ready the next morning. The next morning, we were told that they had no record of the prescription. The next day, we finally managed to speak to someone else, who revealed to us that the entire multiple-day delay was caused by someone deciding they weren't going to do the job of printing labels. My mother has spent days without her blood thinners because the employees here can't do their jobs. They lost all record of my asthma medication.

Takes days to get your prescription. You pull into the drive up and you can expect to wait up to an hour before anyone even acknowledges you.

Not once but three times, I've had issues getting my perscriptions filled. The first time they couldn't be bothered to tell me the Dr didn't sign the prescription until 24 hours later with the constant help of the hospital/medical system. The 2nd time my insurance wouldn't cover it, they didn't call or text to see if I would pay for it. This third time they claim my Dr office didn't send the fax for refill, even though they had fax confirmation, yesterday and today it wss resent and another confirmation, the Dr nurse called and spoke to a male, and again being told they didn't recieve either fax no one spoke to the nurse. I'm beginning to think they have an activist pharmacist, who doesn't believe in pain management.

The pharmacy used to be great. My doctor's office would call in a prescription and I would get a call within 15 minutes saying it was ready. Not anymore. I'm not sure what changed but for my previous 4 prescription fills I've called 2 hours after the doctor's office called it in and I always get told it will be 30 minutes longer and it hasn't been touched. I'll usually go in an hour after and they still will not have been filled or touched. It's getting frustrating to have to make several trips in just to get one prescription filled. I hate walmart more than anyone but CVS just dropped below them.

Stop giving people that death shot. The jig is up it ruins your immune system and we have only just begun seeing the after effects of the experimental concoction of poison. You shouldn't be able to sleep at night knowing it's causing people that were perfectly healthy before you touched them to drop dead.

Sat in line for 35 minutes yesterday to be told they did not have the Rx and to come back the next day. I sat at the window for 30 minutes today and they still don't have it! This happens almost weekly. Worst pharmacy I've ever done business with. I asked the clerk to send my all of my info and meds to Walmart !!!!

I waited 2 hours for a refill on a prescription that they said would take 30 minutes and then the pharmacist got rude and hateful with me and told me it was going to another hour and it was Walgreens fault. Sorry I’ve never had a problem with them. I’ll be taking my prescription back to Walgreens in Amarillo.

I think there is one lady at this pharmacy worth talking too and its not the pharmacist! I know there is an epidemic concerning opiates but not everyone is an addict! Some of us just need our ONCE a year don't want to cough till we vomit cough syrup. And quit using the word ILLEGAL in place of NOT RECOMMENDED, its misleading and you are lying to people, also" not our policy "is not the same as illegal.

This place is a joke, we need covid test to travel (avg 1-2 days).. Took them 5 days to get our results and they were invalid, I had to pay $200 to get tested elsewhere and got my results in seconds. I'd never go here again for prescriptions or anything that you need in an instant, they wont care for you.

The pharmacy is absolute trash. You can’t call in and talk to somebody they never answer. I’ve went inside and stood in line and they even said that they don’t answer it. They said give them an hour to get the prescription and then I come back three hours later and they still don’t have it done. Will never use this pharmacy again.

The pharmacy knew that they were going to close and not give us our prescription to the next day. I gave him my phone number for them to call me obviously they didn't call... I do not recommend this pharmacy...

I am tired of waiting on hold for over 11 minutes just to find out of they received my refills from a week ago.My time is important too.When they did answer I said "just a second so I can take you off speaker" and they put me back on hold. Finally hung up!!!

The customer service is horrible along with the pharmacy bought a pair of pants wrong size returned them for a different size and had to pay 10.00 extra even though they were both same price to begin with a total rip off!!! The store manager was the checker she must have needed extra money for herself as this exchange was completely ridiculous and made no sense what so ever she needs fired!!!
