My 12 year old daughter was excited to get her puppy groomed for the first time and we were hoping to find someone close. She took her puppy in and was quoted $30 by the lady and then charged $40 at pick up with no explanation as to why. We dropped her off at 7:30 and had to call multiple times because we never recieved a call letting us know she was ready.The cut was extremely choppy and looked horrible. My daughter was in tears after seeing her puppy. The owner did give her a collar and told her that her next bath and toenail trim would be free. Would not recommend this groomer.

It has been two years since I had mine groomed and she was wonderful but she only takes small dogs now. I really understand. Would recommend her for your small dog. Mine are border collies.I am cripple and and load and unload my dogs . One weighs 55 the other 37. Any suggestions for a good groomer would be appreciated. I try to avoid the vets because of cost.

The Lady and Gentleman here at The Bath House was so friendly and caring !! I was in desperate need of some place to board my 2 babies for Friday and Saturday, needed to pick them up on Sunday, (most place are closed). She was super friendly and gave me her house number and told me she would be there just anytime I wanted to come get them! GREAT place!! She bathed them, brushed them, and clipped their nails, and sent them home with squeaky toys!!! I highly recommend this place !!!! The best place ive seen !! And cheap !!! You couldn't ask for better service !!!

Took my Gracie for grooming at the Bath House for the first time. With me being sick for so long I had neglected Gracie and let her fur coat get matted in several places. Jan, the owner of the Bath House did an excellent job of working on Gracie and getting her looking really good. Gracie was ready when Jan told me she would be ready and $45.00 was a good and more than fair price, of course I gave her a tip for taking good care of my little girl. I really like this place. The owner is so friendly and my fur baby loves her. She does such a good job and is flexible... She always gets us right in...(those of us that ALWAYS have an emergency will understand) I recommend her!!

Very friendly and great with my dog. My husband is disabled and they have helped him get my dog out of the car. We really appreciate that. My dog always looks so handsome when they get through too. I would highly recommend them.

This experience was awful. From when I dropped my dog off to picking him up. Charged 50 dollars for a small dog. The whole experience was sketchy. My dogs behind was skinned/ cut from this groomer. I will never go back.

Called to setup a appointment and she did schedule me but didn't have time to answer any questions like price,how long will it take I am just supposed to take my dog there not knowing nothing I don't think that is very professional I ran my own business for 23 years and you take the time to answer any questions if you don't have the time offer to call them back I felt she was very rude if you have a dog on the table then let your answer machine pick up and call back I don't know her but will never trust anyone who can't answer questions
