This is the best store in the area. They usually have what we need and the employees are always ready to help. Having keys made could be a different story... after 4 attempts, the keys still did not function. Check out the new store on 121, it's HUGE!

I delivered there, and they are very fast unloading. The good thing is the building that you see on the satellite view on the map, the building in front of the business is gone. The employees are very helpful overall a good delivery.

I really hoped that with the new Fix & Feed store the cashiers would be friendly. Boy was I WRONG! At the old location and the new location the cashiers don't have any idea of what customer service is all about. They cannot great you when you purchase something, nor can they THANK YOU for supporting their business. REALLY FIX & FEED if you want people to support your business I highly suggest you send all of your cashiers to school to learn CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS.My only hope is that in the future LOWES OR HOME DEPOT will come to Bonham, then I don't have to ever go to FIX & FEED!!!!

Great place with lots of hardware and the usual items. Clerks supper friendly and very helpful. They are building an additional store that is HUGE in Bonham, by the Tractor Supply!! Cant wait for it to open!!

Was not greeted but saw a stocker that was more than willing to help me. The check out lady must have been having a bad day. She was not friendly and not very forth coming with answers on the flavored deer corn I wanted. Sorry I bothered her!

Great place, for such a small town, this place had everything you could need. I needed to get some thick washers for a block plate to lift a motor. Nice crew too.

Being a female a hardware store can be overwhelmingNot Bonham Fix and FeedThe store is laid out well , orderly , and clean .They have signs to tell you what is on each isle .Which is nice because I like to try and find things for myself .And if the signs don't help they have plenty of staff that is knowledgeable and happy to help ...Bonham Fix & Feed gets 5 stars from me ....

Went in today and was looking for medication for my goat. Winston came and helped me locate the medication, looked up information for me, and was extremely helpful. I was very impressed with his customer service skills and his friendliness. Then I found out that today was his first day on the job… he is a keeper for sure. The cashiers and supervisor Crystal were also very friendly. I appreciate all of you!

The store carries a good bit of variety for a small town store. Everytime I've visited, there has been help available to answer questions. The prices are fair for the convenience of getting it same day vs Amazon where you have to wait a few days. They are paying people to help you and answer questions, so that must be factored into their prices. It's a nice store with the "hometown" feel.

This place is awesome...you won't get customer service like this at the big chain stores. A young woman helped me find all of the plumbing supplies I needed to make my repair and let me tell you, Jack - this girl knew her business and knew that store front to back. Great job!

I will say this place was great about a year ago or so, but now it is awful. It's a bunch of rude kids who have no respect or desire to be mature or helpful. None seems to know what they are doing, my husband has had to put up with smart mouth employees. We actually will call the store in Commerce to get information about supplies we need. We will probably have to stop shopping here because of the lack of good employees, not sure where all the good ones went but y'all need to get them back.

Surprisingly competitive with the national big box chains as far as pricing is concerned. They have almost everything we've needed since we moved to the area, which saves us a half hour (or longer) drive to a big box home improvement store. I like that they load feed, quickrete, and other heavy things so I don't have to struggle with them. They sell fudge, and it is excellent (especially the snickers kind).

Great place to grab anything you need for projects/home repair. Good selection and competitive pricing. Their staff is always friendly and helpful.I do however find it a bit odd and counterintuitive they have an Anti-2A policy on their grounds. A hardware store in Northeast Texas is probably the last place on Earth I'd expect to not be allowed to protect myself, and I noticed it's company wide (their Commerce and Sulphur Springs stores have similar 2A restrictions posted) If not for that oddity this would rate 5 stars.

Had a bad experience today I asked for help had to go back in there to get the right one first guy was good but the price of the pipe was not what was posted then the sec. Guy was good but the pipe we found 2.00 dollars cheaper then the first and everything nothing was different about that go to the truck set the r e and check it well it was wrong size so I go buck in and 3rdperson said that didn't have it and acted like ne didn't wont to help me I had to ask for a alternative he gave me onne and just walked off well the alternative needed more parts to work as im looking for it I find the part that the 3rd guy said thay didn't have on my way to check out I stopped at the serves desk to complaints did call them to the front but even then thay acted like I was invisible or dead i will never step foot back in thereand until I here apologize will keep tring to give them a bad press if that is how thay do business thay need to be ran out of town

This was my first job ever and to say it helped me grow as a person is an understatement. Just ask Gary..when I first started I would hardly talk and never wanted to be put on a register having to be stuck talking to customers, but as time passed it helped me overcome my fear and by the end I loved working the register and talking to the different folks who came in. Every single person I worked with had an impact on my life. You won’t find a better boss to work for than Gary Stanley. I honestly didn’t think of him as my boss anyways, but more of a second father. I could write pages on the love and support I received from him not only while I worked there but even to this day, but I won’t, I’ll keep it short and sweet. I also have a special place in my heart for Lisa Gentry, Vronika Schindler Jennifer Patton, Bonnie Clark, & Makenzie Reese (aka Stretch). I also met lots of new customers (who became regulars) and I felt like I learned something new every day. I can’t say enough good things about this place and the people I got to work with.❤️ Leaving this job was one of the hardest things for me because I didn’t wanna leave these people behind….but I stop in to see them when I can, and now my little sister works here and I’m so glad she gets to experience the same appreciation I have for this place and these people.

I love Fix n Feed! They have everything! I almost always find what I need but if they don’t have it they will order it for me. The employees are always friendly and I appreciate that. Sometimes I go there just to look around.

The store had drawings over the weekend for free products. I won a 20oz Yeti mug and a cast iron jalapeno cooker. When I picked it up they gave me the wrong stuff. I called and they said bring it back and they would give me what I won. The manager and woman in the office part acted like smart asses and said my stuff was given to someone else. I understand that mistakes are made but don't act like a ass and you could try to make it right!! It was y'alls mistake not mine!!

We needed tires for our travel trailer. We are headed to Alabama from Oklahoma. We had a blow out earlier today. Two young men from your store sold us 4 tires and a jack, then proceeded to spend an hour, or more changing them for us! What wonderful men you have working there. I wish I could give them a raise, they deserve it. Thank you for your help Travis and the young man with the longer hair (wish I remembered your name, sorry!)

The guys out loading my hay and grain we're very nice and helpful, the girls inside however we're not..cashier checked me out didn't bag my items and when I asked for a receipt she acted like it was a big inconvenience for her... It didn't use to be that way... Sorry to see the good service gone..

Actually, I did not go to Fix & Feed. But it is a good store with helpful employees.I went to STAY GROUNDED, Bonham, Texas' newest drive-thru coffee shop. Stay Grounded is in an old Sonic facility, but completely and attractively redone. Presently, all service is drive-thruDelicious breakfast and lunch items. My personal favorite sandwich is the Seasonal Chicken Salad. The memu is extensiveIt would be a far drive to find coffee as good as is served here. Lots of coffee drinks.Try STAY GRPUNDED and you will find yourself going.back and back again.

Helpful folks... good selection...usually cost a little more than other places.MAIN DOWNER... PRICES ARE OFTEN HIGHER AT CHECKOUT THAN MARKED ON SHELVES. THIS HAS BEEN THE CASE AT THE BONHAM STORE FOR YEARS YET REPEATED COMPLAINTS HAVE BEEN IGNORED. I NOW PHOTOGRAPH ITEMS ON SHELF AND VERIFY ALL PRICES AT CHECKOUT. AT LEAST 1 ITEM OUT OF 10 IS WRONG. I'M TALKING ABOUT THE SMALLER ITEMS LIKE ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING, NAILS, SCREWS. ETC. THEY GET THE BIG ONES RIGHT BUT SEAM TO IGNORE THE COMMON COMODITY ITEMS.
