I wish I could give zero stars. I don't know what they did but Dani isn't the store manager anymore and without Dani there I won't be shopping there anymore. She was amazing, her customer service skills were beyond compare, and she kept the store neat in spite of being constantly understaffed.

I bought a Bluetooth speaker up there for $25 the cashier told me that I can bring it back and get a refund. When the manager is there. The manager told me since I opened it. There's nothing she could do. Very dissatisfied with the product and the service. Wouldn't recommend paying anything there. How can you tell what it sounds like. It wasn't even 12 hours out of the box. She didn't even look at. Poor customer service.

I really love going to the Family Dollar Store. The staff is always pleasant as soon as you walk in the door, their prices are unbelievably affordable. Everything you could want from a store, they have it. Groceries they have that as well. Come on in, check it out; you will be going back to the Family Dollar Store. Absolutely a Great Store❤❤❤❤

I love shopping here. Store is always clean and orderly. Always a nice selection clothing and now summer shoes. Everything you need from kitchen, bed and bath. I almost always buy personal grooming products there. Very good prices.

More than once I went up there and there be a sign on the door saying they are temporarily closed. Never used to happen but getting more common now.

The slowest service you will ever receive in Bonham. If you just need to run in & grab something you will absolutely be in there for 15 minutes waiting to check out.
