Mgmt. cares more about phone customers than in store customers. The cashier and I waited and waited for the day mgr. to get change for $100.00. She at first ignored the cashier. I said excuse me she's talking to you. She said just a minute. I finally ask for my 100.00 back. The cashier felt awkward. She said I'm sorry. I told her it wasn't her fault, it was mgmt.I was raised a bird in the hand is worth more than 2 in the bush.I had $ wanting to buy. purchase

Love looking thru the dollar tree!! You always find neat little things! Store is always clean and employees are very nice and personable...I never get tired of wandering through the isles, you can always find a few things to get here...I found the best snacks to!!! They are healthy and yummmmy at the same time!!!!

Just a heads up about what happened today at Dollor Tree in Bonham . The doctor I work for was absolutely embarrassed and racial profiled today by the older women that was working at The Dollor Tree this morning. This women REFUSED to sale feminine hygiene products to my boss because of her race/religion. She REFUSED and told her why she could not sale them to her…🤬! When my boss came back to the office after this happened she was almost in tears over the humiliation first off and secondly No Female should ever be denied ANY form of hygiene product!!! Once one of the other girls in the office heard and saw what had just happened, she went to the Dollor store for our doctor and that lady had no issues saleing pads/tampons to my coworker(she from here)!!!! Blows my mind that another female would have done this! This is disgusting behavior! (The doctor I work for is from India, FYI)

The employees are nice and helpful. Like the items they carry and the price. I would've given 5 stars had this Dollar Tree been bigger and carried more items. Overall I enjoy shopping at any chain of this store.

My cashier today wasn't paying attention when I told her twice what my last item was. She kept stopping because she assumed the next items on the belt belonged to the woman behind me. I finally realized why she was so distracted. She walked off without saying a word to me or giving me my receipt and went over to another cashier's to complain about the number of people in her line because she was about to leave soon because she had to "go to McKinney". She then went to another worker to continue complaining. I finally just reached over and got my own reciept. This shouldn't happen in front of a customer. It's rude and unprofessional.

This place was so racist today refused to sell feminine products to my doctor because they thought she was from Iraq their words !!!!!! What does that have to do with anything ! Here’s a pic of the receipt from a different person that had to go in and buy the product . Such a shame

While I love the value of this store, the interest of the employees was only in their conversation. No greeting when I entered and not even a thank you when I paid for my purchases. In fact, the employee turned around and continued to talk with the other employee.

I went in to do a little shopping. They had the holiday supplies out. It is great to shop here for different holiday decorations. I picked up several cards to send out. They have very nice selection. When I checked out the staff was friendly and jovial. It was a very pleasant shopping trip.

It's so smaller store, but the staff is always really nice whenever I'm in there. The girl with the understate haircut is top notch and I'm ashamed that I can't remember her name because she's great!

I think Dollar Tree 🎄 is one of my favorite store's. I can get in trouble so fast there. Just because everything is only $1.00 I just go crazy. LOVE THAT STORE.

loved it when we had one b4 it was messy couldn't find anything unfriendly staff and mainly had cheap party stuff.The new one is like a mini dollar store so if ur low on cash one week go there get name brands for a dollar had books pic food ect.Staff friendly and u can get down the aisle without tripping and falling.

Poor service manger was very rude I asked about some wall hooks were more then 6 feet apart and he claimed I got in her face which I did not and he laughed in my face which I thought was very rude and I told her I will never do business there again and she laughed in my face again he told me I could take my business elsewhere so I want to report her to corporate this is so wrong I've been doing business with Dollar Tree since they open and I have never been treated this bad like I said I will never shop there again
