We stopped in for a couple of items. We found some things on sale and walked out with 6 sacks of groceries. Nice store, sells gasoline also. They do take some other stores loyalty numbers since they are part of a larger group. Produce looked quite good. I would consider this a medium sized store. Displays were well done. I wish we had a store like this one close to our house!

Holy guacamole are their prices high, but you just can't beat their frozen veggies sales. One thing about them though, you're paying for freshness. If you can't trek across two towns over for the butcher or Sam's for good meat it's def worth the cost. Fresh Produce is always clean and gorgeous, same thing as meat you're paying for nice stuff. They finally started carrying my favorite popcorn so they're alright in my book, thanks for the Jolly Time Big Cheese! Our movie night doesn't have to involve any more people of Walmart and for that were grateful!!

I have started shopping at brookshires as my sole grocery store for at least the last 4 years.I especially appreciate the curbside pickup. It's very beneficial to me to make an order and pick it up. Due to my lack of mobility, I have a very hard time walking around and shopping for myself.I can't say it enough how much this service helps me personally as we as others who just can't get around like we used to.

Good selection. Not many checkers or baggers. These days you have to do it yourself about 3/4 of the time. I miss the full service this store use to have.

Very polite and helpful Brookshires. Ethan, at one of the registers, was generously attentive to my needs. I have seen another employee, a lady whose name I failed to get, here use sign language to communicate with me...this is awesome! I'm going to shop regularly here,...Bonham Brookshires! 👍

You can't beat the friendly service and small town feel shopping here. I love that they offer a deli, Bakery and butcher department, fresh flowers and a pharmacy and are competitive in prices!

I love Brookshires! The freshest local veggies in town. They have a butcher. You can get any cut of meat you want. The prices are very competitive. The Bakery does a great job on breads, cookies, cakes and pies ready every day and birthday cakes to custom order. The store is always clean and the staff is awesome. Did I mention the carryout service? Great service for me as i can no longer lift cases of water or watermelons etc. I don’t know what I would do without them!

Needs to work on freshness of veggies. Pkg'd lettuce "salads" frequently expire in 2 days. Hard to get simple veg/fruits. Couldn't get radishes on my last trip. Bakery-last cake i bought was dry. As was in previous purchase. Bagger missed foods..i live 25min away..not cost effective to return for it. The veggie problem has existed for the year..if dept mngr is new..he needs more training.

I miss going to a regular old fashion grocery store like when I went with my Granny n Grandpa. You were the closest thing we had left and now ya got self checkouts like Walmart ... Meanwhile there are 4 teenagers standing in a circle by the office talking not paying attention. When I worked at Sikes we greeted our customers . We smiled and said things like, have a good day or come back n see us . Now they start scanning. Never looking up . No one is there bagging ( they up at the office for social hours) ughhh go back to old school please make customer service a big deal because without the customer there would be no Brookshires.Ps Love Seeing Curtis over there stocking in dairy . My Grandpa Veston and Uncle Dave thought the world of him at Sikes . He could teach those youngins a thing or 2 . He knew his customers by name and still ask me about Uncle Dave

I WILL come back to Brookshire’s in Bonham, Texas because of a gentleman named Blayne who works in the produce department. I asked Blayne about some habanero peppers. They did not have any and he suggested the next best thing. Blayne explained some things about the peppers and was very knowledgeable. He was excited and took the time out to help me and talk to me. Not once did he point and rush me off to the section of peppers. I have NEVER enjoyed such a visit to the grocery as I did yesterday. Blayne shared his own experiences of his family cooking with peppers. And just some good memories of good o’l home cooking in his family. Blayne is a polite and generous man who is happy to help anyone at anytime! Little did he know I am a professional cook and was just looking for habaneros for my salsa. I stayed there on purpose to listen to him and his knowledge of the produce in his department. This gentleman needs to be recognized for his superb customer service. Other employees young and old need to learn from him what customer service is all about. If you need help in the produce department ……Ask for Blayne. Thank you Brookshirer’s for employing Blayne at your store. I will be back and will spread the word.

Beautiful store clean Lots of fresh produce Great deli delicious hot food way nicer than walmart Although a little more expensive It's a real treat though so every now and then you should do it even if you're a die hard walmarter

Where I live Brookshire Brothers is small and crowded.This Brookshire was big, easy to shop in, more space.

Once a great supermarket where they still had customer service and would bring your groceries out for you. It's by far the most expensive store in town but was a good trade off for the customer service you got. Check out lines began being replaced with self checkout lines, that never work the right way and you always have to call someone over to fix it several times. Just last month they installed cart returns and no longer help you with your groceries to your vehicle. Really a shame as a lot of elderly people would shop here for the service. I've also noticed the meat department has really fallen off and a lot of the meat is green or gray when you see it. Also look for out of date items in Dairy products like yogurt.What a shame! This was one of the last true American grocers that still cared about their patrons, but no longer! So save yourself some cash and go to Walmart, the produce, dairy and meat are fresher and cheaper. Now that the service at Brookshire has went to the dogs, really there is no reason to go to this store any longer

Always have had friendly service until today. Phones at both grocery and pharmacy are malfunctioning and I needed the pharmacy to call Walgreens Sherman to intercept a prescription because Walgreens Bonham is not connected to the Walgreens system “yet”.After 45 min of calling and calling both pharmacy and then the store a manager finally picked up but would not walk over to the Pharmacy to ask them to call me.Said they weren’t allowed to do so…. What a crock! Brookshire’s dumps us with the box store pharma guys and disengages completely leaving their customers high and dry. I either have to drive 15 miles twice or call Sherman back to fill and drive 30 miles. My bad for trying to save gas and time by having it electronically sent.

Lately I have been disappointed with the bagging. Especially the girls. They just throw as much stuff as they can in the bag and don't care if they are mixing food with cleaning products. Not the way I was taught to bag. Are they even being taught anymore?

This store has been my go-to while working on occasion in Bonham when I need to get something to eat but not spend a lot at a local restaurant. Sometimes I just need a healthy snack and drink. And while I'm there I'll pick some groceries up to take home. The store has always been clean and well maintained and well stocked. I always find what I want and am often, almost always, offered help by an associate. Staff are personable and willing to help. You can order curbside and I've done that one time. It was wonderful and perfect for time since I didn't have time to go inside and shop. (You must order ahead). Prices are what they are. They are not outrageous but not deeply discounted either. Use coupons, shop smart!

Last Sunday 6/18/23... I placed order on Friday to be picked up at 1pm on Sunday. I arrived at store at 1250pm and waited in line at deli. When asked if they could help, I said I had an order for chicken to be picked up at 1pmand my name was Margaret. staff said that they were behind and that I would have to wait.. when I arrived one of the employees was pulling an order and placed over to the side but then she said those wanting chicken would have to wait.. I calmly explained I had ordered chicken Ken 2 days ago and really didn't understand. she then told me the cook was on lunch break.. I said poor management to send someone to lunch during busy time right after church.she mouthed something to one of the employees standing near and turned and walked away. this young man that had only been there a day or so asked what my order was and my name. .. he looked at the order pulled and set to the side.. it was mine !!! Someone needs directions and training

The Bonham store is always very clean and has friendly, attentive service!Their clearance and sale items are often things I eat or use already and sometimes I take a chance on something I haven't had before and end up loving it, so it becomes a new staple at my house!I think best of all, the precious young people are energetic and ready to help carry out my carload of groceries, which helps me for safety reasons and to have good chat along the way. 😊
