Delivery was prompt. Have received serveral different flower orders and all were old flowers that looked awful. Do not recommend as they clearly don't know what fresh flowers look like. Save your money and order elsewhere.

Ordered flowers for my mother in law in nursing home. They took flowers early which was awesome. However, the flowers were pretty but the stems were cut way too short for the vase.I tried ordering an easel for my mother in law's funeral. The size was not even close to what I ordered. It looked like a bouquet for a wedding. This was two times. That was enough for me. I would hate to see a third try. A lot of money for a terrible display. Very skimpy. Maybe it was because I ordered online and had to pay extra fees as well. Sad

We were a little disappointed with the sprays we ordered for my Dad's service. We ordered a casket spray, two easels, and a very small vase. The total came to $676. They were pretty but there were very few flowers for that cost. I really thought the easels would stand out but they didn't.

Recently purchased a nice potted succulent bouquet for a funeral, the plant and delivery fee totalled over $70. Upon attending the service, I found out that none of the flowers ordered for the service were delivered, they were given to a family member who was picking up their own arrangement for the service. All of that delivery fee money was pocketed without actually providing the delivery service several people paid for. On top of that, I noticed the arrangement I ordered looked very different from what was depicted online, missing snake plant and a few other larger succulents. Turns out, they sent a fake, rubber succulent arrangement.

Absolutely nothing like the picture I ordered. The flowers were scrawny and half weren't even bloomed. I ordered the deluxe but the flowers I got were smaller than the smallest picture. I had ordered the exact same bouquet in the past and was given three times as many flowers. When I called about the flowers, I was argued with and told to go somewhere else next time. Then I was not even approached by the person I spoke to when I came into the store. Not a "customers first" business and would not recommend.Also the rating is deceiving because they rate themselves.

Absolutely amazing florist. The flowers were delivered the same day and were beautiful!!! I just told them what I wanted and they delivered big time.By the way, the lady I spoke with on the phone (forgive me I do not remember her name) was so very very polite and helpful.Would recommend them to everyone. Thank you Bonham Floral!!!!

These people are amazing. I received an arrangement for my my husband's service from 1-800flowers that was totally unacceptable and these folks put together a gorgeous replacement. I can't thank them enough.

To clarify this bad review we received . The actual order was $199.95 plus at $12.50 service and delivery fee, plus tax of $17.53 which totals to $229.98. The arrangement had the exact amount of roses as called for, which was 36 and the order stated as similar as possible . The roses that were used, were as close as we had for next day morning delivery!!
