Refrigerator and freezer completely empty. Shelves poorly stocked. Very few paper products.A waste of time to even stop there. Management is non existent. Checkers poorly trained. Went 6 miles down the road to get what I needed.

This facility simply needs to be kept organized. Sometimes you can't walk down an isle because it is overstocked. You can generally find what you need, you'll just have to climb over some other things to get to it. It offers public bathrooms but you'll need to get the key from the cashier. Service is sometimes slow if a register is down.

This particular Dollar General has recently been remodeled and I was looking forward to giving them a second chance. I say second chance because previously I had stopped shopping there completely. I had finally reached my limit of scouting empty shelves while trying to avoid the large carts of merchandise that needed to be unloaded onto shelves, the filthy floors, the inability of my disabled friend to navigate aisles, and the obvious outcomes of being short staffed ALWAYS. This store received a makeover a few weeks ago. Today I renewed my vow to completely boycott this Dollar General location because it is up to it's old tricks (refer to above complaints). I simply don't understand how I can enter other locations, as in plural, find what I need, not be appalled at the state of the store, receive friendly service, they are ADA compliant, and don't seem to flout obvious fire hazards.

just went in. Place was horrible. Aisles had carts of merchandise everywhere. Delivery truck had been unloaded, but merchandise should have been kept in the back until able to stock. Trip hazards everywhere. Empty boxes piled everywhere in several places. Had to climb over and through several aisles just to get back to the front. Check out was slow and was overcharged. The lady that came up to refund the overcharge was not happy to fix the problem. I'm so glad my community is getting a new store. I will not be coming back to this one.

VERY cluttered. But clerks are very nice and helpful. Alot of clearance racks, just be prepared to be there a while due to so much stock/boxes crammed inside this store.

A huge shout out to JoJo at Dollar General in Bogata, TX! I'm sorry I didn't get your last name. She went above and beyond to remove a tick from my daughter's thick head of hair. This is definitely not in her job description! Yet she did not hesitate to ask if we needed help and jumped right in to assist. I do not know her position within the store, but an employee like that is invaluable!!We were just passing through on our way to a graduation and family reunion and her selfless act left us speechless. Dollar General is very fortunate to have you as an employee. Thank you JoJo!!

Well here two people in the store on sundayat1:28 both at reg.and she's passes us going there yet dose not go back to reg.to check us out ,self check was not working.so I walked out don't know her name but was on her phone head set .this the way your business is

Had to stop there due to a vehicle malfunction after working 9 hours and driving another 2 in a horrible rain storm. I know they were closing soon and I'm sure they were ready to be off work but a little kindness wouldn't hurt anyone.

this is a great dollar store for the sweet little small town I was visiting (Bogata, TX). sort of the hub of communications the town, in my opinion. very cool ppl working there whom have to deal with all sortsa types causing scenes and raising a bit of hell. right on.

Bogata TX Dollar store is a useless store. On my way back from Naples and needed to pick up Autumn some Formula, checked their website for store hours, not suppose to close until 10pm - GREAT since I have a hungry 2 month old. Drive in at 9:18pm... employee sitting in her car smoking and drove off. DOOR SIGN SAYS OPEN AND CLOSED AT 10pm!!! You seriously have one job. Appreciate the serivice.

Pleasant, attentive, clerks who know most every customer. Handy to stop & get something on the way home. EZ access to/from TX-37. Usually have good deals on soft drinks. Huge, like the store in Clarksville, practically a mini Superette, but disorderly w/ stock-carts cluttering most every aisle.“Stop N Start” at 301 Halesboro is Dollar 🅶eneral's only real competition when it comes to needing food, grocery items & a little bit of almost everything customers. But the scope of Dollar 🅶eneral's inventory wins, hands-down. There's even a Redbox Kiosk out front for renting movies & video games.

The sign said Pepsi and coke 20 ounce is 2 for 3.00. I checked out and it was full price. But we were already headed out of town. They had freight all over the floors and the 3 employees were just standing and talking

The Dollar General at this location was very pleasant. The store was well stocked and the service was fast and friendly. All DG 's should be like this one.

There is never enough room in this store. They always have boxes in aisle. People are friendly and can find what I'm looking for usually.
