I have been dealing with Texas Splash for over 16 years (they used to be called “Rayne”). They are family-owned and honest, kind, and professional people. I had them install a water softener and an RO system as soon as I moved to this area in 2005. When I sold that house last year, both systems were still running great. I never had either system repaired and never had a problem. Now in my new house I immediately called them out last year for an RO system. Then today I had the water softener replaced from the previous owners’ model. I can’t say enough about their great service and excellent installation skills. They never leave a mess and they’re always helpful after the sale. These people have a great work ethic and love their community. I highly recommend Texas Splash. If you’re not sure what you need or you just wanna talk about water softeners, I’m sure they’d be glad to visit with you and offer you a free refreshment from the well-stocked fridge at their storefront.

We have been using Texas Splash for over 5 years now. The reason for our purchase is I was having kidney stones every 3-5 years. I was huge H20 drinker and drank directly out of the faucet. After having about a dozen stones I was on a mission to figure out what was wrong. It was not soda, tea, or coffee. I was told it was the hard San Antonio water. My brother recommended Texas Splash because of their 3M water softeners and RO system. Ever since installing this system, I have not had a kidney stone since. These guys are not only the best at what they do, they offer the best service in town. Every year they send a service reminder to have your softener checked and RO system filters replaced. They even will check the quality of the water just to make sure everything is on the up and up. The best in the water softener business. We highly recommend them for your water softening or RO needs!!

Our experience with Texas Splash has been amazing! We just recently moved to a new house and the water softener wasn't working. Texas Splash replaced my water softener four years ago on my other house and we never had any issue with the customer service and the equipment. We immediately contacted Texas Splash to check the system at the new house. Brian stopped by the next day. He was prompt, knowledgeable, professional and solved my issue. The installation was smooth and the price for the new system was very reasonable. They are very knowledgeable on their products. Outstanding local company. They’ve earned my trust!

We had purchased a water softener from Texas Splash last year. We recently had to replace out water heater and somehow in the process the water got turned off. I called this evening after 7 pm and Billy answered the phone. He and his son Brian talked me through manually getting it started again. WHAT UNBELIEVABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I would Highly recommend Texas Splash. We are customers for life!!!

Our softener was displaying an error code that we were unable to clear. Called Texas Splash and John called me back after hours when I was home from work and walked me through clearing the error code.Awesome service! Glad to have our softener up and running again!

Customer Service is the best. You can not ask for a company to be more caring and honest. They are there if you need help and they come to solve any problem you have in a timely manner. They even deliver salt. We have used them for over 12 years and the people that owned the house before us also used them.
