Went into Pet Barn today and go regularly for dog food. Today was different. I had a flat tire outside of their shop and the manager (?) or store employee came out to change my tire for me. Talk about going above and beyond! So grateful for the good people who work at the Boerne location!

The staff here is always friendly and helpful--I've never had a negative experience here. Our pupster is in a special diet and they almost always have what we need. If you live here and have not shopped here, you definitely should.

My daughter stopped in to find a treat her dog could eat. She started talking to someone ( I don't know his name. Sorry) and they were so nice, helpful and a wealth of information. She came back and told me and we went back. We are trying their brand of dog food for a dog who now has severe allergies and ear problems. Not going to lie, it's a bit pricey. (3 medium size dogs) But worth it for a healthy dog. We gave the dogs a few bites and they loved it and all the girls are making the switch. The food, snacks and dog bed from todays trip has everyone very happy. Will be going back to get more snacks, food, toys and dog beds!!!!

Found a newborn litter of kittens and needed kitten formula. Although they did not have any in stock they were helpful, attentive, and were able to direct me to a local place that did have some in stock. Awesome customer service!

I've been getting my dog's food from here for over a year now(their personal brand) and it's the only food he has never had digestive issues with. You get a discount for buying three or more bags, and everyone I've worked with there has been very pleasant. If you are in the Boerne area and have dogs I highly suggest going by to talk to them about the right food for your pup.

Meh... The prices were high compared to let's say a Walmart, Amazon or HEB. The employees were great though. Very eager from the moment I walked in the store to assist me. They didn't have the retractable leash with LED light I was looking for. Besides that they had a pretty good selection of items for a large range of pets. Due to the excellent customer service, I'll probably try this store again. Three stars for not having what I was looking for and the higher prices.

I went in today to get some dog food for my boxer, Jace. The store representative named, Angela, assisted me. She provided amazing customer service and was so helpful. I am beyond impressed. I will definitely be back to provide more business to the store thanks to Angela! All businesses need an asset like Angela. Words can’t articulate how impressed I am with her service to me as a customer. Thank you Angela for working at the Boerne Pet’s Barn. You are amazing!!! A hidden gem in Boerne for your pets.

I needed Emergency cat litter! Pet's Barn, was in my neighborhood and I bought Non-clumping litter. I was greeted by a friendly staff member, offering to help me finding anything. I knew what I needed already. When I was checking out at the register, the staff was just as friendly and wanted to know if I had found everything. When I paid for my purchase, he even asked if I needed help to my car! I enjoyed my visit at Pet's Barn, so clean and organized. Excellent customer service. NOTE: I had to return the litter it just didn't work out for either of us. We tried it for about two weeks, but I ended up having to return what was left to, Pet's Barn. I had my receipt and the staff just asked what happened. I just let them know that it didn't work out for us. They were empathic and wanted to know if, I wanted to try something else or to BELIEVE IT OR NOT, get a full refund!?! I thought I was going to get a store credit! I received a full refund and an apology for it not working out. Now, that's a true customer oriented store. Thank you, and your staff at the Pet's Barn, in Boerne, TX!!! 😻😺

Love this place! Employees are always so friendly and kind. Place is always so clean, and I can bring my dog into the store. Only place that I can find my dog's favorite treats -- Greenies, the blueberry flavored ones. Also, I love the local honey that they sell at the cash registers.

As an employee of Pet’s Barn, I absolutely love this place! It’s a great environment. Very friendly staff. Pet’s are welcome! Many great deals. Half the store is discounted prices. The management is amazing. The owners are incredibly nice. I love this company and grateful I get to work for them. Ive been working here since day 1 when we opened a year ago and I still really enjoy my job! :)

First time here. We were referred by a friend and we love all of the customization of our pups food with activa! Angela was so thorough and took her time to explain the whole process and benefits of certain ingredients. She was very well informed and gave us some great advice! We will definitely be back here for all of pups needs!!

35lb of dog food cost around $67, that same dog food down the road is $48 out the door. Not sure why they are up charging so much, I think the public should be aware. 3 stars because the employees were nice and friendly

I came in needing a new body harness for a dog I was babysitting: a very lively and ornery goldendoodle. I was at wit's end trying to manage her, but Angela at the store was very helpful in getting us calm and squared away, even while the dog was going ballistic. Bravo, Angela! High praise for the store.

Stopped in for some dog snacks after hitting the dog park. Let me tell ya...this place had SO MANY choices and the VARIETY of everything was incredible! This was my first time there and was blown away by their selection. The gentleman running the store was also wonderful.Prices were fair and my pups were happy with what I grab. If you haven't stopped in...go! Even if you're just looking. They also offer a low cost animal shot clinic towards the end of the month. Absolutely worth it. **Bonus is they're right next to a Dunkin donuts/Baskin Robbins!**

It is a large store with a good selection. But, any questions I had the employees just seemed to guess. They have live animals which I was surprised about. Not really sure why, just didnt think pet stores carried love animals any longee. They had small pets like bunnies, rats, mice and Guinea pigs.

the staff is very welcoming and always ask if you need help finding anything as soon as you walk in. the animals are always taken taken care of and an animal is almost always out or somewhere in the store to pet and play with. this place is the only animal friendly pet store that you can bring your animals in boerne and the staff will always give lots of pets! sometimes even free treats!

Been buying all of my pet food here since they opened. Am on a reward program. They lost most of my receipts. So no reward for me. I quit buying treats here because they are always nearly crushed.
