I absolutely love HEB! Fresh foods, friendly staff, clean restrooms, etc. My favorite is the take and bake meals. I am a truck driver, so the meals are so convenient and delicious, with an abundance of options. The fresh flowers have the store smelling amazing. The wine selection is much larger than I have seen at liquor stores. There are plenty of live plants to choose from to spruce up the yard.

We love HEB! Store is nice and clean. Staff are all friendly and helpful. They has pretty much everything you could ever want! Lots of fresh items made in store. Produce all looked great. Prices are affordable as well. Just a heads up to those who don’t know- any produce you put in a plastic baggie you do need to weigh and label yourself. However the system is really easy to manage.Overall would 100% recommend this store!Update:If you want to do curbside pickup, there’s a $6 fee to get it within 2 hours. The price goes down the more time allowance you give. If you want to wait 5 hours before picking up groceries, then it is free (no additional fees).

The prices here are very high... They have prices marked up and I assume it’s because there is a lot of wealthy people in this area who can afford it but it is inconsiderate of the people who are not so well off. I hear this same complaint from LOTS of community members particularly the working class who are the backbone of Boerne. The working class deserves affordable and healthy options as well. On another note… I have been consistently disappointed in the produce. I buy bulbs of garlic once a week from y’all and it’s usually partially rotted.

Ordered about 30 grocery items via the HEB app. Picked them up at curbside. Got home and put everything away. Not one item was missing. Perfect order, and great service!

I was in your store yesterday at 420 W Bandera Rd, Boerne, TX 78006 looking for cheese boards when I noticed this. I brought it up to the deli department and they didn't seem to care or surprised. Really disappointing.

I am deeply disappointed with the lack of response from HEB's leadership. Despite my multiple attempts to communicate with them, both within the facility and through email with higher-level executives, I have received nothing but failed promises. The parking lot lines have not been repainted and as a result, I am constantly unable to park my motorcycle in the designated spot due to others parking in it. It's frustrating to see that people don't want to follow rules, but it's even more frustrating that HEB isn't enforcing parking regulations to make it fair for everyone. After 23 years of shopping at this store, I have decided to take my business elsewhere. I will be visiting the new HEB, where I hope to find better-marked areas and a greater level of compliance. It's a shame that it has come to this. Yes You responded as expected, But I have exhausted all efforts dealing with your Partners. Every single complaint has fallen on deaf ears. No solutions and that is a shame for HEB. ENFORCE or delete the marking!! Shameful

I like this HEB. Its not perfect but I like how the store is clean, always is stocked and the food is always fresh. It is definitely one of the best HEB is San Antonio / Boerne region and I would recommend it to anyone.

I understand it is the holiday season. I understand they are all very busy. What I don’t understand is why they would schedule so many people to do curbside pick up at the same time and not staff accordingly. I arrived at 7:48 PM to pick up my order that I was supposed to pick up between 8-830. I was informed that my order had not been shopped for yet and it would be at least an hour before it was ready. I left and returned in an hour, again having to wait in line. I finally received my order and went home to unpack it only to discover half of my order was missing. I had to return to H-E-B for the third time to get my remaining items. It was a 2 1/2 hour ordeal all told. It would’ve been quicker to just go in the store and shop myself.

I purchased $110 worth of items 3/17/24….HEB SPRING MIX ALREADY ROTTEN..(3/18/24)….two weeks ago it was strawberries. Purchased a variety of HEB FRESH DELI MEATS….$20 a pound for Boars head prosciutto & I found small plastic pieces in it when I bit into it. I sure hope I didn’t swallow any pieces….Absolutely unacceptable. When Walmart produce & groceries in general is becoming better than HEB….major problem. When I called James, store manager, I do not feel he actually understood the severity of small plastic pieces being found in my falling apart shaved prosciutto deli meat. That could be deadly so that was disheartening. I did ask for my money back & will no longer be shopping at HEB in Boerne. Plan to get with higher ups on this as well.

I LOVE THIS PLACE! The shelves are fully stocked. Super friendly and helpful staff. Mobility impaired accessibility with plenty of E-carts available.Lots of variety of products. They even had the Cinnamon Toast Crunch Churros that no one seemed to have yet. AMAZING!. All the departments were manned and ready to serve. I can't get over how a small town HEB can get their act together when the HEB's in San Antonio can't even seem to keep a staple like pasta on the shelves.

We always spend way too much money here. But they almost always have everything we need. Cashiers are always friendly. There is a coffee shop inside better than Starbucks(closed on Sundays)

I have always wanted to shop at HEB Plus. This store was big and yet so clean! Every shelf was filled. Their bakery and sushi selection was amazing! I cannot wait to go shop for more snacks!

I dont know where to begin! The store is massive and immaculate, and I CANNOT believe how friendly the people are! The selections are endless. There is fresh sushi made right in front of you, tortillas, wine tasting, etc. There was an olive bar to die for! Everyone was kind, helping, and has smiles on their faces. EVERYONE is welcome to work and shop and the experience was phenomenal. I got a few things that aren't available where I live and few things that are. The prices are ridiculously low and again, selection was endless. Their wine choices were vast. If you can't tell, I absolutely ADORED being there and when I visit my sister again, I'll be at this store prepared with a cooler!

Organized...I rarely go to the grocery store at 7am, yet I love how everything is very well organized and clean.You go to the next aisle...they are stocking the shelves and they know what they are doing as they proficiently work together.I love seeing the people who are responsible for this fabulous work and behind the scenes. I appreciate y'all as I know that it takes a lot of moving parts to get anything to the end result. It's amazing, even for just a few minutes before things get moved around and you start over again. It is still neat at the end of the day when I usually shop. It makes me happy to be on the other end to be a recipient of such hard work and organization. This is inspiring! Way to go Boerne HEB!

I love this HEB. The parking is a little rough but there selection and most the employees are great. I especially like the guys at the meat market, they always find me what I need. Sushi is great as well. My family always gets their steaks there. It does get very busy but with only Walmart and HEB in town it's to be expected.

The parking at HEB is problematic and could result in an accident or lawsuit if corrective measures are not implemented.Oversized, jacked up vehicles are too big for the spaces HEB provides. As a result, smaller vehicles cannot see around them when backing up and this puts pedestrians and other vehicles in harms way. In addition, if two oversized vehicles are parked opposite of each other, the traffic aisle becomes impassable. Oversized, jacked up vehicles need to have their own designated area. Do something before it’s too late.

I didn’t browse the whole store but it was nice to find this one close to the road.We picked up some very fresh sushi and ran into a very fresh French loaf for 1$ at the self checkout , energy drinks all close to the entry/exit. Bathroom visit and off we were again. Great.

The nicest Heb in town and the only one. ;)This is a very clean and one of the nicest looking heb in the area. Conveniently located right off of Interstate 10. This heb has a carwash and gas station on site with lots of parking, and one thing I appreciate is the amount of plants for sale in front of the store. Those plants and trees at the entrance make this heb very inviting. There is something about plants at the entrance that makes this store stand out and gives it good vibes.

I've been going to HEB since 1958 when my mom would take me. I've always always had great service and friendly checkers and baggers. Tonight was a terrible experience. You need to retrain your bagger and checker. I was not greeted by the checker or the bagger because they were all too busy gossiping and giggling. My groceries were bagged horribly. she put cokes on top of my grapes, my seafood and bananas and bags of chips. See photo. I have a choice now with a Walmart grocery close by.Hopefully you will have a better trainer than the person that who trained this checker and bagger.The last image a customer has about a shopping experience is how they are treated at checkout. I was treated as if I didn't matter. I will comment about the manager in a survey.

Sad. Got home today <we are way out there in Lakehills TX> only to discover items we paid for were missing. Usually HEB employees are super attentive. We travel all around the country and leave the area tomorrow.

Great experience here. I went on Saturday and of course there are more people there. However each of us should to learn how to keep our social distance.... SighThe best of this HEB is its own Cafeteria. Good prices!!!

Fell in love with this chain grocery store 7 years ago. Each and every one I've been to has been a pleasant experience. Clean,helpful and 9 out of 10, they always have what I'm shopping for.

It is not a bad H-E-B, but it is not that great. There are things that could be better. With the size of the town, it should be bigger. There sushi bar is great. There Deli is good, but sometimes they forget to clean the blades when they are slicing cheese. I have had my cheese come back not white and you can tell some other deli meat was cut. However, it is still a good H-E-B, just normal. Nothing stands out.
