Beautiful new HEB in Fair Oaks Ranch/Boerne. They have the best plants selection in the region. Store is huge! They have a gas station as well. Ut is conveniently located on I10 frontage road off of Fair Oaks Ranch Pkwy. It is now my go to HEB in the area. No Tesla charger yet..but plenty of parking.

Great new location in Fair Oaks Ranch. This new location has brought much needed relief to the Boerne and Leon Springs area. Following the initial surge of patrons after the grand opening, things have returned to normal and now there are no lines and plentiful parking at all three local stores. The Fair Oaks location is well laid out, with spacious aisles, large meat and seafood counters, a great deli, a larger than normal Sushiya counter, a dedicated Tortierilla section, and an impressive wine selection. The stand out feature of this location is the staff. Remarkably friendly and there is someone in every section of the store ready to offer assistance and recommendations. From the different sections of the store to check out, all staff members are extremely friendly and helpful. Truly appreciate the new location!

Great H-E-B, but i found all these strawberries up front.. thought it was pretty gross. I counted eight boxes with mold, but i didn’t go through all of them.

Oscar who works in the deli is beyond helpful. We went in to purchase items to make our own charcuterie board for a work event. My wife and I were overwhelmed with where to start. Oscar came up to us to see if we needed help, he gave us options and ideas. We are grateful for his help and love the new store. It is well stocked and very well set up.

This heb has the best nicest people working there I work across the street and wanted some garlic bread but it was cold one of the managers saw me feeling the bread for a warm one and asked if I wanted it heated up and I said yes please!! And a minute later I had nicely warm bread brought to me!!! You can't find customer service like that anywhere!!! Love this HEB!!!

Fuel pumps have the tap to pay on the pumps but according to the rude lady at the register HEB doesn't offer that at the pumps or inside the store. Why put it at the pump if HEB doesn't offer it? I have paid a bunch of times inside and at other HEBs and they accept it. Management has to change that so people won't waste there time trying to get fuel if they forgot there card or lost it. And also talk to that lady about being rude. She was working April 1st at 4:12 p.m.

I had such a great experience at this new Fair Oaks location! The selection is diverse and there are a lot of new items to choose from!Justin, the Perishables Director is so kind, welcoming and helpful! Huge shoutout to Justin! Thank you for all of your help :)

Fuel prices are actually not bad at all. The car wash however, don’t expect a “detail” result for the price. Probably better for a quick wash. Overall, great experience.

Will there be a True Texas BBQ here?*editSo another HEB in the i10 corridor with the same options. Wow just wow. Go ahead and put in a HEB pizza place here. So I can not order from it.Trader Joes? Sprouts? Freaking anything? Just another common HEB with the same stuff. Soooooo disappointed.

It was not a large store, but had everything I needed. Very clean, and everyone was friendly. There is a large parking lot, it has a gas station and a car wash. I will definitely shop there again.
