Big shout out to Ken, Carter, Mrs. Sandra and the entire staff at Boerne Marine. This is a really great boat shop in the Texas Hill Country. Top notch service and upgrades they performed on my 1983 ProLine 20' Sport Fisherman.New Garmin Navigation and Sonar, new flush mounted LED cockpit lighting, new LED underwater transom lighting, new LED navigational lights, new VHF radio & antenna, and extensive roadworthy and seaworthy service & inspection. Technicians are very knowledgeable in classic and modern power. I'm very fortunate to have this operation in my backyard.Very friendly folks here and highly recommended!!!!

Thanks Ken and staff who went above and beyond to assist us in a purchase. Ken took the time to explain everything to make sure we were 100% comfortable in all the features of the boat. Other than not updating their hours on places people check they are a good place for service. Either keep your information updated on all the platforms you've posted them or don't post them there. It's been weeks since I wasted my day driving over there and they are aware of the issue and the hours on Google maps are still wrong.

Took My SCB for the Spring Check up and Ken, Carter and the Staff are 100% professional and Honest, They changed the spark plugs in my Outboard, basic tune up and service. I picked it up went to the lake and it dropped 3 cylinders this is on Sat, dropped it off on Monday the staff figured out three new spark plugs were defective after some serious diagnostics on their part. They called on Thur said it was ready and that there would be no cost on my part for the faulty plugs now that is some Honesty which is extremely rare in todays times. I would give these guys 10 stars if Google would Let me

The guys at Boerne marine were absolutely amazing! Tried to do some fixing on my trolling motor and got in over my head. I took it there and asked them to fix it. Knowing that they really could have taken advantage of me, the treated me in a very professional manner and gave me a repair that was more than fair on the price and had it back to me in time to be on the water this weekend. Highly recommend their parts and service department. Unusually high customer service!!!!!

Do not let these people touch your boat! Took mine in for an insurance claim inspection and they drained my lower unit, did not fill it back! Got my new power head on and blew the lower unit in 30 minutes! No oil! They told me to bring it in and they'd see what they could do, after two weeks they said I needed a new lower unit for $2450 remanufactured! I went to pick it up and they never even had looked at it as the bolts were dusty and you could tell they never ever attempted to inspect it!Crooks! 100%!Do not use these guys for anything!

This is a great shop! No pressure and great customer service. I highly recommend Senior Mechanic Bob. I made four trips to their shop in one day hooking up my Pergo switch and he always had the time to help despite being very busy. Other shops wouldn't give you the time of day. If I could give them a -10 star I would. Do not take your boat to this place. Paid 1200 to have my boat service, power pole worked on and hubs worked on and all three had issues first trip back out. A hub was improperly installed and caused a tire to come off. Fuel filter was supposed to be changed out yet we tried getting out on the water and we found deteriorated fuel filter. Power pole was ok until it quit working due to lack of oil; after all those things that we’re supposed to be fixed we had to get fixed in Rockport. Service manager at Boerne marine would not even acknowledge any of the issues stated other than it was more than 60 days. It was 90 days and no consideration is acknowledged that boats aren’t used on a regular basis and in this case 3 of 3 things that should have been serviced were obviously left in bad condition.

I just got through buying a new zx250 Skeeter from Ken down here and the preclude to it was him helping me, a total stranger, get my ipilot mounted on my other one after hours and out of the kindness of his heart. These are great people with great prices who will bend over backwards to help you out. They didn’t even address the problem I brought it in for. I asked the guy that worked on it and he said he didn’t see it on the work order. I told him it was making a weird noise and he said ok and walked away. I will bring boat back here I guess that guess just didn’t like me I don’t knowUpdate So the noise is still there but barely. I guess if they didn’t hear it before they wouldn’t know what to listen for. I’m sorry for the bad review earlier but that guy shouldn’t have done that.

Service was exceptional but make sure and check for valuables befor taking your boat in here as i had a brand new 700$ prop go missing from my boat while in there care and when I contacted them about it apparently it was never in there. I really hope it's just a oversite but I'm still out 700$.
