Wow….super cool. We all work our butts off and in our 50s. Decided to do something different and go see what this was all about. Got there with our other married couple to check out the live music. Totally impressed. We will be back to unwind. One thing is the bartender made a joke about my friend in front of a bar full of people and humiliated her. People were laughing and bartender made a spectacle. The situation could have been handled with a little more kindness and understanding since we had never been here before but the way she handled it was by far rude and unprofessional and it did affect my friend. No business should make a consumer feel that way and I hope she handles it differently next time. We will definately not let that ruin our experience and will be back for sure. You can bring your own food in so that was nice to get a bucket of chicken and sit outdoors😎

This is just a good place to relax and chill out. Atmosphere is great and friendly staff. Food is limited to a frozen pizza or some popcorn, but let's be honest...you don't come here to eat. This is a place for cold beer and good music and it doesn't disappoint.

If you are passing through town, you have to check out the Greenwood. Even if you aren't passing through town, you should still make a point to visit the Greenwood.

Wow. I’ve driven by 1000 times and didn’t know there was a goldmine in the back. This place is amazing. The walls are plastered with a century of history. The owner happened to be there the day we stopped by the gentleman was down to earth and gave us a 5 star tour! The beer is ice cold

It has been about 2 + years since I was last there and I have been there probably around 6 times. It is a cool place out of the way that has a good western rustic ambiance to it. Back then beers were kind of high $3.75 and when you add a tip on top that $3.75 it adds up quickly, it cost $1.00 to play a single song on the Juke box which to me is way high.I would imagine the beer or Juke box has not gotten any cheaper since my last visit.Out of the 4 or so bands I have heard there only one was pretty good, the others were well not very good at all especially for the amount of $$ cover charge unless they have drastically improved on the talent of the bands they have playing there now.After you have been there more than twice the novelty of the western setting wears off and it becomes just another bar.Good place to stop in and have a beer or two if you happen to be in the area, but I would not go out of your way to go there.

I went with my boyfriend for the first time in Sunday night. I absolutely loved it! The atmosphere was so cool & the Sangria was delish!! The outdoor area was precious & even the ladies room was quaint! Can’t wait to go back!!

Great place hidden in Bluff Dale, Tx. Place has a great group of regulars. The environment takes you back to what it was probably like back in the western days!! Highly recommend.

Love visiting the Greenwood after eating our fill of shrimp, oysters, crawfish and boudin at Wilfong's.The Greenwood is a 51% bar, so leave your gun outside. Great live music, changes often, tends towards country and folk staples and original singer/songwriters. Have a jam night, where you can play along with others. Fun place, with friendly staff.They do accept credit/debit cards.

First time there loved the atmosphere and would love to go back but was very disappointed after being there for three hours and spending plenty of money on beer and souvenirs to find out as I go to get another round of beer that we needed to pay a nine dollar cover charge not a rocket scientist but they lost money over the cover charge fee just saying !!!
