This little store is well-stocked, well-maintained and has a wide variety of very competitively priced products. Every time I've just dropped in when I was working in the area to see if they had some item I was pretty sure they didn't---to my surprise, they did! Rough cut cedar, a plumb bob, unusual PVC fittings, electrical breakers.... plus the employees are super friendly, hard working, helpful and knowledgeable. Every time I've bought something at a bigger lumber yard and had to go to Crain to get more, the Blessing store beat the bigger stores pricing and quality.

For a small town store Crain Lumber has a great selection of just about anything one would need. Great friendly and helpful staff. Prices will shock you on most items being cheaper than chain stores.
