I'm a trucker and have been to many convenient stores along my journeys. But this store has to DEFINITELY be in top 3. A young lady by the name of Jazz was so friendly and warm I honestly felt I was with family. Kudos to everyone at Stripes and please know that Jazz is exceptionally above and beyond with the utmost friendliest customer service. God bless and keep up the good Jazz 🙏❤️🙋💪

Overnight here frequently when heading to San Antonio for a.m delivery. There is always room to park, everyone here is very friendly, restrooms are decent. Breakfast tacos are usually very good. Chicken Express people are very welcoming also. They also have a lounge to relax in if you want to get out of the semi for a bit.

The staff was very nice here. Bathrooms appeared clean. When we first got there after traveling 4 hours we notified staff that all the windshield wiper stations were bone dry of any water to clean our windshield. I was told they would send someone right out. We were in the store a good 30 minutes as we were trying on clothes there. When we went to leave I doubled checked to see if they kept their word and they never filled the tanks. 1. Keep your word 2. Your customer is traveling all day and needs to have the ability to clean the grime and bugs off their windshield. 3. Llano Stripes also lacked ANY cleaner or water at any of their cleaning buckets. So 3 of the Stripes that got my snack, fuel and extra money couldn’t put water in their tanks to help a traveler. No wonder Buc-cees is killing convenience store businesses. I expect more from Stripes.

Actually ZERO the best description of service. Got gas of course the printer didn't print out the receipt. Only place that I have problems with for receipts because they never work. All other gas stations print them out without having to go inside. My husband had to go get the receipt because we need it. He complained about having to go inside. The clerk tried to give an excuse as to why it wasn't working. He told her that we travel a lot and this is the only one that has problems. The Clerk then told him "WELL DON'T COME BACK" He promptly told her that he wouldn't. Calling Corporate to complain. How dare a employee say that. She needs to be FIRED immediately. I have done a lot of business there before because it was convenient being close. SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. Food that they serve looks disgusting.

Not getting correct change. Shorted me $3.00 at register on 7/25/2023. Cashier will be off $3.00. Gave me $8.60 back instead of $11.60.

It may say masks required, but since the employees wear them hanging under their nose or down their chin they may as well not be wearing them at all. No enforcement of customer masking either. After getting a rude response to my question about incorrect mask wearing we have decided we will no longer shop here again.

Too bad there isn't an option for zero starsShame on you Stripes for your poor customer service and not having change for a $50 when I needed $30 gas!! I am a loyal customer and stop at all Stripes when I travel. This clerk has now converted me to a Bucees customer!

Worst stripes experience by far. The two afternoon female cashiers, one named krystie, were noticably racist. They denied me service under the assumption that I was buying alcohol for minors. Claimed we smelled like alchohol and even had the audacity to try to get my license plates and called the cops. It's fine to refuse service, but that was way out of line. The scheming they portrayed was unprofessional and this was not the first time this has happened at this store.

Skip this place entirely if your going for tacos and you notice them using cheap store bought flour tortillas. The only thing that set them apart was that they use to make them fresh homemade.

Ordered a pretty simple taco… bean and cheese with 2 pieces of bacon and EXTRA cheese. I paid for EXTRA cheese. This taco is worthless. Maybe about 5 sprigs of cheese 🙄

Great store very clean. Clean bathrooms great selection of drinks and snacks. Nice helpful employees. Good place to get gas I would recommend this store to everyone!

The small coffee they post it is 79 cents but they charge for 1.50 for 12 once , they didn’t say sorry or anything for their mistake
