I have shopped at Dollar General’s in Texas, Louisianna, Mississippi, & Alabama. Every one I have been in has so much freight on carts, in the aisles, and hardly any product on the shelves. However this one in Blanco has their carts on the ends of the aisles, so it was easy to get down the aisles. The shelves were stocked, and the cashier was very nice and efficient.

This place has improved recently. We stopped in two weeks ago and could actually walk down the aisles and both cash registers were actually accessible. That was the first time I'd seen it so nice since the remodel. There was a new stocker there who I'd never seen before and I made sure to let him know how great the place looks. I hope they can keep it up!

Always good to have a General Dollar store nearby. Sometimes you can find things there when you cannot at the grocery store. My husband often talks about how knowledgeable, professional and friendly Judy is who is always working.

My friend and I live in Johnson City, Texas and went to Blanco, Texas location to shop. We were so impressed with the cleanliness, selection and staff we will continue to go there in the future. Difference between night and day and Judy was so helpful, a true professional! Blanco is our new destination!

Forgot all of my toiletries and meds at home. Thankfully, they had all I needed for a second set of stuff I'll keep in the bag. I normally don't shop at Dollar general and I was happy they were there! The lady helped me find everything-toothbrush, paste, deodorant, disposable razors, etc. And at a good price, too!

Dont you know Id forget the cashiers name, either way I go i to this establishment at least every other week amd out of all the cashiers this woman was AMAZING.I will go by and get her name.The store is clean and NOT overcrowded with product in boxes.I am very happy amd would rather drive here than the one in my own city.

This store has gone down hill since the remodeling & grand re-opening last year. I have come to the point of driving past without stopping. The store is always in a total disarray. Shelves are empty. Isles are blocked by carts of boxes waiting to be stocked. It is impossible to push a shopping cart because you wouldn't be able to get it down the isles. No matter the time of day, it looks like a tornado hit it! This morning, I received change, all in dimes because they did not have any quarters. I have sent comments to corporate office several times, with no action taken. So, this morning, I took photos of the isles and shelves. Think twice about going unless you are absolutely desperate or already insane. This is a shame to our community!

Love DG. Have to watch the charges for your purchased items. Many times, an item rings up on checkout and does not reflect the posted price. I always wonder how many people check their receipt and notice the difference, which always comes out in Dollar General's favor, not the customer.

I'm so sad about this store. Sometimes you can't walk down isles. We just got a new person and things are alittle better, but it is always like that . The people who does work there need more help. I think it is cut backs from corporate office that is causing this store to not stay up to standards.

This facility has a limited inventory and is vastly undarstaff. The isles are constantly cluttered with inventory that needs to be shelved. Although the staff does their best, they can only do so much with the limited resources they have available to them.

The isle are ALWAYS cluttered with inventory! I can never find anything. I don’t know why I keep going back! Recently it has started to smell as if something has died inside. As of today I will never go back to this store. I don’t even know how they are still open.

Manager Eric has really changed the store. It's cleaner, more organized, the employees are more polite and helpful. This store has brought back customers that swore they would never shop here again "myself included"

I love the store only thing is they are out of products a lot iisles are always filled with products that need to be put on shelves. There just understaffed and there 2 registers but only one has been used 10,percent of the time since it's been remodeled.

The cleanest and well stocked store I've shopped at. I worked for Dollar General for 4 years, so I know how difficult it is to maintain that. Kuddos to the manager and her team!

Well it looks like they hired a new manager with meth mouth that can't keep her head from shaking and very rude . Our little Blanco Texas store was doing a lot better then years gone by. All the good employees will be gone and all her meth head friends will be working there with all their rotten teeth . Seen this here before at this DG.

Very nice people who work there. the store is a lil chaotic and ya can't find anything as easy as might think. The employees, as nice as they are - don't seem to know where anything is either

This has to be the worse DG store I have ever had the privilege of shopping. The aisles are cluttered with merchandise that needs to be put on shelves. Also the checkout is broken so they can charge you whatever they want. I was overcharged today on a notebook by $2.00.

It sure is a dollar general. Cleaner than most, needs more cashiers than just one however. A 5 minute stay triples on weekends.

This Dollar General is very disorganized. Clutter and tight spaces between piled unpacked boxes. Items are very hard to find.
