My Husband and I had visited this location earlier today with our little one for lunch. We came back for a blizzard. Once we ordered our blizzards through drive through the lady that took our order had an attitude. She made it out to be a problem when we ordered a blizzard and didn't want one of the items in the blizzard itself. You could hear it in her voice, and even better once you got to the window she had an attitude by the way she looked at you. The way she presented herself. No smile. And said here is your blizzard without the "xyz". It shouldn't matter how you order your meal or dessert everyone is different and likes different things. If everyone liked the same thing we would live a very boring life. I surely hope whatever your going through it gets better but don't take it out on your customers. Better yet if you don't want to work there, clearly it shows and you should find another place of employment that makes you happy. It's not fair to the consumer. Treat others as you would want to be treated.The cherry on top of this whole interaction was husband's blizzard cup was found to be leaking on the bottom half way cut through. The bottom of the cup nearly opened up. Thankfully he was lucky enough to finish it before causing a mess. My blizzard had 5 different holes on the side of the cup like she used her finger nails to press through the cup. The cups are pretty thick so it takes some force to make these piercing holes in the cup. The bottom line of this review is would you personally want someome to deliver your ice-cream of choice the way you did to your customer. I'm sure your answer will be no. Is there no quality control going on to triple check your product before giving it out to the customer. I surely hope you do better. Photos are attached to show proof.

You can never go wrong with dairy Queen when you're stopping to get ice cream. Placing the order was fairly easy and quick. Receiving the order on the other hand, was a very long process. I ordered first followed by the other five people that were with me. We were all waiting at a table or standing near the counter. A girl comes from the back and looks at me and says, "are you waiting for something did you order something?" I had to answer yes all five of us are waiting for blizzards. then she began to work on them. Seem to be a little warm inside the location as well as if the air conditioner wasn't on or wasn't turned down to a cooler temperature. We got our food to go anyway so it didn't matter. Can never go with the Texas stop sign of dairy queen. They just need to pay attention a little bit better.

Went to the cashier to order my food, she was a young chubby girl with dyed red hair, receipt said her name was Anita, and I was dumbfounded at how rude she was, she was treating me and my friend like we were stupid, and kept getting pissed at us while ordering food. Never in my life has an employee been so rude for no reason. We just ordered food and that’s it, we weren’t doing anything out of the ordinary, literally just ordered food, she needs to be fired immediately, I do not expect this kind of service anywhere, especially at a country town.

I just stopped in for a drink ordered a strawberry limeade. Even though there was nobody in front of me, I waited for awhile to be waited on. Then, it took about another 5 minutes to get my drink. Lastly, there were no actual strawberries in my limeade. If you're in a hurry, I don't recommend you stop here.

Love the DQ dude, Their fries are delicious! I grew up on Dairy Queen. Great place for a quick bite to eat! Oh yes don't forget dessert! I had a cotton candy dipped come it was amazing!

We are apparently starting a tradition of stopping here on our trips to Llano since we've really enjoyed their steak finger basket and most recently, a fantastic banana split. It was made with care, which may seem like an odd observation but it wasn't just thrown together and we definitely notice attention to detail. Very friendly staff, too!

Tensions were rising in the kitchen! The gentlemen that took our order didn't enter details correctly so it had to be remade. He didn't appear to have had any proper training, which could be said for the majority of the crew. It was chaos, very mis-managed. Some hostile attitudes were exchanged, and it sounded like a fight was about to break out between 2 of themI highly recommend y'all get some of those stackable triangle things you put a number on to help with the order dissemination.The burger was good, and that's why I give you 5 stars.

We drove over from Canyon Lake for National Burger Day. The DQ website showed a Classic burger at $2/$5.00. The server had never heard of it, so he got the manager, she said she didn't know about it either and couldn't change the price at the register to the website price. We should have walked out but we were hungry with no where to go so ordered two burger baskets. The meat was dry and tasted freezer burned, I told the server and he said sorry!!!! And went back to the kitchen. The only reason they got one star is for the Blizzard... Won't be going back there again, Sonic is better. Oh, and the restaurant was not clean and the bathroom was filthy with TP all over the floor. And yes they knew it because the manager was in there before me.☹️

I took my cousin here to have his first dairy queen burger, after raving about how good they are. He now hates dairy queen because of this place. Nothing on my order was correct. The manager was audibly yelling at her employees, and then argued with me about what i ordered, after having added random things to my order which i didn't even get. I sat at the drive thru window for 20 minutes and eventually got so tired of trying to just get what i ordered that i decided to leave. Whoever owns this place needs to clean house and get some new management. This business will not survive in its current state.

We went in on a Saturday afternoon/early evening. The lobby had maybe 4 tables of people and the drive through had a few cars in it. There was 4 people they I could see working, 3 ladies in front and a cook. All 3 ladies made eye contact with me and just kept doing what they were doing before we walked in. The drive through lady came to the register where I was standing and took an order and walked off, the other lady who I'm guessing was the front end cashier filled the order for the drive through lady and made a blizzard and never spoke to us. Another lady came around the corner saw us amd filled another customers order that was seated and waiting in the lobby, still not 1 person has acknowledged our existence even though they've ALL seen and made eye contact with me. We waited like 10 minutes and walked out. I've NEVER experienced that bad of experience in a fast food chain. I've had to wait for an extended amount of time but I've always been acknowledged or apologized to for the wait.

Service was so slow and sloppy. It didn't seem like any if the employees knew anything going on or how to do their job. Burger came out as ordered but not so hot. Dinned in and it took 20 minutes to get my order. Don't recommend this location unless you're very desperate.

Did not give us all the items we ordered and paid for. When we went in to tell them, the employees argued with us, refused to admit they forgot the sandwich, and refused to complete our order. I have never in my life, seen such arrogant, condescending, unprofessional behavior from a restaurant staff. And the food was not very good. Usually the steak fingers are are safe bet, but not at this location.

It was our first visit to this location (and our first in the great state of Texas). I got the Hungr Buster(?) burger - 3/4 pound and the Mrs. got a Dude. Both were very good. The ice cream is always delicious, of course. Our server was courteous and polite. Overall, a good experience. We would go back.

I love Dairy Queen, but this DQ in Blanco , TX needs some help in getting better . First off my order was made wrong but they charged me , if I hadn’t taken the time to check I would never realize I received the wrong burger. Once I got that corrected I was ready to eat and turns out my fries and burger were .

The service has changed and is trending downhill. The young lady working the drive through was the least bit professional or accommodating throughout the process. Sitting at the speaker for 8-10 min with no answer, I proceeded to the window to be met with rude behavior, attitude and eye rolling. She informed me the speaker was turned off because they were busy. One vehicle was ahead in line. Needless to say, rude and unprofessional behavior has become acceptable to the patron. I hate to see this change occurring and hope that management will uphold professionalism in their employees.

Was very rude. Slammed the window after handed me my food and said bye. Even though I still didn’t receive all of my order. Sad how people can be so rude in a work place. But thanks anyways!
