Terrible customer service. I bought a botte of whiskey by mistake and tried to return it, with the receipt. The woman at the counter can’t handle returns. Only the manager can. The manager tried everything to not take it back and succeeded. Receipt wasn’t pristine, it had been crumpled and corporate might night be able to read it! No hospitality, no kindness, no care or concern. There’s plenty of discount liquor stores just South on 155 that will appreciate your business. I recommend you go there.

The staff was extremely helpful in helping me find the things I was looking for amongst their large inventory. Several different liquors that can’t be found at other stores were in stock here. The cashier took care packing the bottles into boxes so I could carry it out.

Me and 2 other people were standing outside the doors at 8:30 as they guy began turning off the lights. He came up to the door waved to us, and began counting down the drawer. Signs on the door clearly state open til 9pm. Won't be back with that kind of rude customer service.

A Spec's affiliated store without the discounted prices or sparkling interiors of their large market brethren, selection is decent, staff is friendly enough. In a pinch, it'll do.

The old man who works here is easily the most rude human I have come into contact within months.I have a medically fragile 9-month-old. We have to travel over two hours each way for a medical appointment, It was tornado weather. I needed a place to pull over because she had been screaming for the last 15 minutes. I noticed Fat Dogs on the corner, and they had an awning, so I pulled into the covered area.The man waved his hand in a dismissive manner, as if to say, "we're closed." I rolled my window down and said, "I'm not shopping sir I just need to help my baby." He very rudely says "Go away! I'm trying to get the sidewalk swept off." Sweeping a sidewalk in the rain?Matching his tone, I said "My daughter needs help. You can wait a minute." As I tried to calm my baby, he stared at me very uncomfortably and I ended up getting back into my car and she screamed for another 15 minutes until I could find another safe place.It costs nothing to be kind and I will tell EVERYONE to avoid Fat Dog Beverages on principal. Shame on you sir.

I cannot remember the last time I visited a Fat Dogs and had an easy checkout. This place, for some reason, always tries to over charge! And then they want to argue. Note to all potential customers: know the prices and pay attention.

Very clean and well-stocked. Several friendly & helpful employees. The girl who rang me up (blonde, 40's, bad roots, army green shirt today) was way more rude than necessary. Would go back, but steer clear of her.

Decent prices with decent selection especially for having no competition at this location any longer. Specs, the parent company has better prices with a huge selection but let's be real, that is in a much larger shopping area, Dallas.

They usually have what I am looking for. Will say that dang small bottle of Bailey's was stupid expensive! 30.00 to put a cup in icing for a cake ;) It was a great cake though. Note to self never try to buy Guinness beer after St. Patrick's day!! Great service though!

Great selection. I would of gave them 5 stars but I had to stand at the register with 2 ladies behind the counter chatting on thier cell phones and I had to wait for one to get off the phone to pay for my purchase. Will definitely go to one of the other 20 liquor stores next time.

An general wine selection. A general import and domestic beer selection. A decent liquor and Spirit's collection. However to the if they do not carry your particular brand of libation they can have it for you sitting on their shelf the next time you come in. Great location for travelers and locals alike with competitive pricing

1st visit, employees great finding liquors for me. Wanted McNaughton, didn't carry it, wanted another well know liquor didn't carry it. As I moved from Las Vegas and low liquor prices was alittle overwhelmed at prices, some I wanted in pints they didn't carry. They do have hugh selection. I'll probably return but stocked up for 6 mos. Again employee very helpful finding different liquors for me.
