Went in today, the store is a disaster, found multiple stolen products on the shelves, nothing is in the correct spot, the store hasn’t been properly recovered in what looks like years.. I literally stood in one section of the auto motive aisle today and recovered it, I’m a store manager for a retail store and seeing the condition of this store makes me want to apply for the store manager position here. Would be a fun project

I will say that this is one of the better dollar genrerals ive seen. This one has good associates and an exceptional selection compared to other stores I've seen lately. I will say I appreciate the hard work in the team members working together to make a good example of what a true dollar general looks like. Good job Dollar General!! 5 stars on this one..Keep up the good work!!

Filthy. No customer service period, you’ll wait in line for 20 minutes before someone will even come and check you out. The store is gross. Never stocked the floors are filthy. You can’t even walk through the isles. When chip was the district manager he wouldn’t let that fly. This location needs to be condemned,

This particular Dollar General has friendly service, but it is like any other dollar store...the items are close to where they need to be, but are still scattered around or misplaced. Sometimes, they are short of staff, and the manager/employee is busy trying to stock shelves and I have waited an extra 3-4 minutes due to that. But, overall a decent place!

Fairly good location except there are often times items not stocked due to shoppung in the evenings. Soda vendors must not be stocking the shelves daily. Enjoy the 25% season clearance sale.

Bad service the cashier were trying to flirt my husband & with our kids next to him I was on the phone with him and the cashier lady just now was flirting saying he was kind of handsome so I called her and told her that it was so disrespectful and disgusting she also gave him the phone number so he can call her obviously he told me! And that was so unnecessary for her to do that ! Cant even respect taken man now days a SORRY CUSTOMER SERVICE we will never go back there again she was also being loud

They are usually placed in areas where people need them to be even if they had to walk to get some food or lucky to drive they are reasonably priced,and the needed items or for real your animal supplies their workers are nice and help you if they can...im glad to shop there😊

Fist time I have ever been here to the Dollar General in Big Sandy Texas. But will never go back !!. The manager a skinny man with long hair . Spoke to a new hire employee lije she was trash . Totally disrespected her in front of 2 customers and another older employee . Been a manager for 20 years and have never meet suck a jerk . He thinks he's being strict by threatening his employees like that but he's not . He's being rude and a jerk . Hope she finds another job. This place is a disaster . Clothes dragging the floor ,so unorganized, a complete mess here . The manager needs to be replaced and a new one needs to come clean up his mess. Terrible .. it's a shame because I love Dollar General . The one in white oak is awesome and gladewater is awesome . But this one . No it's a mess and the manager is a jerk .

Definitely do not work for this place unless you want to be treated badly. And don’t quit by any means if you do start because they will just talk a lot of trash about you on social media.

Why is this store always dirty and never have anything stocked on the shelves?!?! Because you need to hire MORE PEOPLE!!! Leave one person on register, and leave one person specifically for STOCKING! Convenient though.

Dollar general is the store everybody goes to out by the lake but they always have new stuff and the service is far better than a lot of other stores I enjoy shopping there.

This store is a disgrace. Never clean and always slow about getting you checked out. I only come here when I really don't want to drive farther. Usually out of what I come in for anyway.

They are strict on u being 6 feet away from the people around u ..they have a good selection of foods...but over all it's kinda pricey..

I always enjoy shopping at Dollar stores. They have prices I can afford. Every day sales. Very nice courteous sales persons. I would recommend shopping at dollar stores to everyone.
