They service is great the pizza is good just every time i have gone they dont have cheese pizza but i member they did and the drink opptions are good but other items add a tiny bit more but i think its pretty good

In town for work. Couldnt find a laundromat in Big Lake but someone at donut shop told me to check Pilot truck stop & they have a great little clean laundry area for the public, coin op or credit card swipe super convenient, 3 washers 3 dryers $2.75ea. Facility is kept very clean unlike most places these days, talked with management they actually care here! The other place in town on google maps is NOT open as their hours show & it is JOT a coin op do it yourself its some kind of drop off laundry deal have to go around back very sketchy looking I recommend going to Pilot! Also maintain good squeegees & filled buckets, paper towels & keep trash cans maintained!

Avid travelers. One of the best Pilot Centers we have stopped at. It has THE CLEANEST restrooms. Coffee was fresh. Easy to figure out their premium touch screen coffee brewers. Fresh hot beverage tasted delicious! Veronica was very helpful and friendly. She put together a freshly baked Cinnabon topped with caramel drizzle and walnuts. Gas line was quick also. Will definitely stop again when passing through. The man working outside was also nice and friendly and kept it clean.

I was traveling through to San Angelo and needed to top off gas and have lunch in my travel trailer. Gas prices were below what we had paid further west and plenty of parking space out back. Spent an hour in the middle of the day, let the dogs stretch their legs (and mine), and then headed down the road. Would stop here again. 4 stars only because I didn't take full advantage of the location and didn't know if all services were up to Flying J/Pilot standards.

Always friendly people and the store is always clean.....their spicy chicken breakfast sandwich is delicious and if you can't find something from the pilot to eat then Taco Bell is inside there as well

It was clean, the staff's friendly, and they served all my convince store needs. I would recommend having a birthday or wedding there. Fun for all ages probably.

Fuel lines are always fast. An as far as truck stop food goes it is good. The pizza is always fresh. I like the plan chicken wings better than the spicy, but the spicy is still good. They always have a full drink selection, you can find anything you want. I also enjoy the mypoints program that they have. It is good for getting discounts on thing. Plus I save my points from fueling up. It is great for getting free showers. I have not used them yet but they will sure come in handy on the occasion that I get stuck out of a job site to long. I say try this place and see what you think. But as for me i enjoy it. Thank you for reading.

The bathroom we very nice! They were clean and smelled like peach. Also the hand soap is a scrub that really gets your hands clean. I was very satisfied!

Fantastic store. Everything is always spotless (which is next to impossible in dusty west Texas!!), including the bathrooms and showers. Shower towels are always clean and fluffy and the wait is never long, if there is one at all (be smart, get the app!)They have fresh Cinnabon on site, the coffee is FABULOUS for gas station/truck stop, and their baked goods are delicious, much like a bakery! We're temporary residents of this tiny town and I am so thankful for this Pilot 😍

I always stop here. Bathrooms are always clean and the coffee is hot. The food is way overpriced. I guess you pay for convenience. If the food was cheaper, I would have given them 5 stars.

All managers working today on Father’s Day should be fired and whoever made today’s schedule it’s obvious they are short handed this managers need to understand it’s not about they being late to their cookout or family gathering it’s about the customer is on the clock 24/7 and now with government electronic logs we are even more in a hurry they went pass me like I wasn’t even there 2/3 times and no one on registers get with it people you don’t even deserve the one star. One good thing first time I come in and there is showers available whoever is working on them he or she is a keeper.I’ll be back . Maybe

fantastic rest stop with huge selection of products. Everything is fresh and well displayed. For the beverages there are multiple stations so you don't have to wait and the staff were very helpful. My impression is that is one of the best rest stop stores

Wow, who would have thought that this Pilot out in the middle of almost nowhere would have so many options for food. They have a buffet, pizza and many other options. Food looked good. Restrooms were clean overall the best truck stop that I have visited. They have a game room as well.

Food is good, other than that i wouldnt recommend employment here at all. Has the highest turnover rate i have ever seen, and the favoritism is ridiculous. There is no set shifts and management needs alot of improvement when it comes to lying and treating employees unfairly. Never in my time seen so much unprofessional behavior.... This place needs more training as well as management...

Ate my plate in the pkg lot was already cold. Meat loaf was “eh” green beans were terrible and baked beans were worse and for $12! Wasn’t worth $5. Now I know why all the food was still there at 2pm. I’m the only one dumb enough to pay for it. Won’t return for a meal.Staff was friendly.

Ms. Jalisa is amazing. Any company with a staff member like her better understand the value of key personal. Fixing the situation in a timely manor, and understanding. Says more to me than gaining points in a card, or providing me a safe stop over the many miles I have to travel. This place is awesome and managed with customer care in mind. Thank you.

Pilot is a little on the expensive side, yes. But! I would rather stop at Pilot than Stripes. Pilot has great food, clean restrooms (unlike Stripes) and they are nice and professional (again, unlike Stripes). They never ask you (in a tone and with an attitude) , " What do you need?" So I would rather pay a little more as long as it came without the attitude and dirtiness.

Nice place but no one around but me at the cash register and both workers were so busy on there phones that I finally had to let them know I was ready to check out. They never even looked up. The store is great but the service isn't.

This place is the best in Big Lake for fuel. Each pump has both a short and extra long squeegee for windshields.ATM access inside 🏧🏧🏧Restrooms were great. 🚻Showers are available as well.Handicap access but tight. ♿️Drinks and snacks 🍫🍪 ⛽️🥨Cinnabon inside and fresh made.Taco Bell in store. 🌮🌮🌮🌮This is a place locals go, most travelers are most likely to be stopping here. 👍👍👍Ice The mens reatroom was clean and well laid out. Plenty of room and access.Pilot is not a Buc-ee’s but this is a real nice place.

I've always loved the pilot store since it opened up in my home town. Great choices to choose from. Offers a variety of hot food choices as well as offers a taco Bell in the store.

The staff are very friendly folks want to put a special shout out to Lacy. They had just been wiped out on the coffee and people had made a big mess . I had walked in to get coffee was greeted by Lacy and told the coffee was empty but she assured me it wouldn't take but just a minute to have fresh coffee. So stopping what she was doing on clean up just to make coffee for me was above and beyond. Thank you Lacy and thank you pilot staff for a wonderful visit. When I'm back in biglake (ILL BE BACK) lol thanks

I am a full - time Ever. I had laundry to do and the first laundromat I went to in Big Lake was sub-par. I searched Google and found that this Pilot had a coin laundry. I was pleased I went there. The machines did a fine job washing and drying. There is plenty of stuff to look at and shop for at the Pilot. I would use a Pilot again to do laundry.

Clean restrooms and quiet place to stay overnight in your sleeper AND they have a Taco Bell restaurant also, so it's pretty nice to stay here.

Pilots always got it going on. Their windshield cleaner outside is always full it's always clean and the inside of the pilot store is always very clean sanitary. Plus there was a beautiful girl at the register. You know who you are. LOL
