Usually someone new at the register every week the store isn't very organized especially the clothing section everything is mixed and piled on each other. The line is usually long because for the most part only one register open. Even my small town dollar stores back home have everything organized!

This place was quite busy and had some trouble keeping stocked due to the influx of oilfield work. They should take advantage of the additional business and improve their place. That said the employee was helpful if a bit harried.

I'm sorry, some just don't care about customer service anymore. This woman was working here just left on her break, seeing the poor young man with a long line and trying to get people out in a timely manner and still had a great attitude, by the way. She did not care at all that peopelhad to wait, not to mention someone tried ask her something and she responded with, I'm on my break. Smh

I use to deliver to this store. I worked as a truck driver for them. The store in the back was dirty and open food packages every where. 80% of the stores I delivered to the managers were lazy and very rude. If you don't like your job quit complaining and quit.

Prices a little higher than the average dollar general, but it's to be expected in an oilfield town. Still way cheaper than going to a grocery store chain. Friendly service though.

What can I say it is a dollar General, everything was as expected. Although, one of the cashiers (Sarah) acted as if she was being paid to chat with her friend. There is a little squeeky toy pig on the front counter, with instructions on it. The instruction on the pig reads squeeze for service. I looked over at cashier Sarah and squeezed the pig once, yet no movement in Sarah"s legs, yet the lips kept chatting. So I proceeded to squeeze multiple times, then Sarah came over looking pretty annoyed, without any form of greeting. I purchased my items, then no thank you or goodbye.I guess southern hospitality exist everywhere in the south, but west Texas.

Largest DG I have ever shopped. Only problem is you have to weave yourself up and down aisles to get to what you need due to employees having several aisles completely blocked due to stocking.

Always have what I need, but seems a little short staffed most the time... This store is always busy and has a line.. it would help if the employees had help stocking shelves and didn't have to do both that an work the register

The store is always a mess but the staff is friendly and helpful. This store needs to figure out how to manage time efficiently. They need a good manager.

They need to get area manager to get them more help on getting product off the floor and in right place,and more then just one person doing register

When i was checking out the cashier with the name of Isaiah was super nice and helpful, the best one there in my opinion, i think he deserves a raise. =)

I love Dollar General but the majority of these stores are never organized. But some of the things are cheaper so you just have to put up with the mess.

Lazy cashier didn't feel like taking the "Cash Only" sign off the windows a few days ago so myself and a few other people I saw turn back around went to get money from an ATM. $4 wasted just to get cash to go buy some things I needed from this store.. and the cashier decided to say the card machine is in fact working. THANKS FOR BEING LAZY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very friendly staff !!!!! And they was very patient with me because i had added my merchandise incorrectly with the 50% off stuff and they ended up having to void the entire basket of stuff inky to have to start over. It was all my fault!!!!

Store was So cramped and unorganized, it was basically hard to get down other isle because of all the boxes and full buggies in the way. But it's the only one in town.

Store was in a complete mess. Couldn't walk down the isle at all. New merchandise was crammed down the isles which made it impossible to go down them.

Not happy at all was there before it should have close and it was closed only cuz lazy people do not want to work to make a living they want it given to them and I couldn't get a hold of the customer service center or leave a message on the store phone will never come to this store again
