They always have my supplies that I need for my silkies. Ive never have had a bad experience I’ve never had a bad experience at tractor supp. Usually I purchase 40-50 lbs bags off scratch & they always load my supplies for me!FYI; Tractor supp has their own brand of T-shirts for women & men at great prices & their quality is awesome.

Zero customer service, employees have an attitude when you ask for help. I aimlessly walked around this store for 20 mins and still had no help. Good way to lose the customers that keep yall open

Came in with my dogs, ready to bathe them. I was stopped by a 60ish yr old woman, skinny, who said the hot water was out and I couldn't bathe them. I told her that's OK, my dogs don't mind and I'll bathe them. She then proceeded to tell me Tractor Supply didn't want to be liable with the water being cold. Whatever that means. She was adamant that we should look somewhere else, so we left.Upon leaving, a guy in the parking lot approached us inquiring about the dog wash. We told him that they were not allowing it because of cold water. He then proceeded into Tractor Supply. He came out with a receipt, and I stopped him to ask about the dog wash. He told me Tractor Supply allowed him to bathe his dog, and so he went in to do just that.I don't understand why this happened.Why was I turned away but another person wasn't. Very disappointed.

Tractor Supply is my go to for bedding for my hedgehogs. The bulk size you can get for their amazing price is great. I travel 25+ mins just to go here for their options. The workers are friendly and helpful, and they always have what I need in stock. I'd recommend them to anyone that was playing with the idea to go here.

Recently had a frustrating experience with the staff at this location.Looked on their website to see if they had sandblasting media, showed they had the type and brand I wanted in stock. Made my way out to the benbrook location and asked the customer service counter about it. They guy seemed to confused as to what I was asking for. So I showed him a photo. He said he would go into the back to check. Came out a few moments later and said they don't carry it.I ended up just placing my order online and picking it up the next day. Same product same location. It seemed like what I was asking for was an inconvenience or the staff was untrained. Not sure. Unfortunately spoiled my experience with TSC. I won't be back in store. I will just do online pickup.

We order pet food and supplies from here nearly every week so there is bound to be some hiccups. Through the minor issues we've had Santiago has been there to graciously work us through them. He is always genuine and kind. I hope he gets compensated highly for everything he brings to the company.

Great employees. I called to check on a dog house we had been looking for. The store didn't have any in stock for several weeks so we were calling every so often. When the employee let me know it was in stock I asked him if he could save it for me and put my name on it since it was the only one they had left. When I arrived to pick it up they had the item waiting for me and assisted me with loading it. Definitely great service.

Never come here for propane! They're always either out entirely or there's no one working who can help. We've tried 5 or 6 times overall and it's always the same thing. We'll be taking our business elsewhere for sure.

Always friendly and helpfull. Great customer service and product selection from fencing in your land to feeding your cat. Dog Friendly as long he is on a leash and vaccinated and if not you can pick one up or attend a low cost vaccine clinic.

I know I probably drive the sales people up the wall but this is my favorite place to window shop. I can spend 8 hours here, just walking around looking. I usually end up buying 2 or 3 items whether a needed it or not, just because I love this store and the people here are the best.

I gave this place 5 stars because the employees were so kind! I wanted to purchase an item that was an online only item and unfortunately there computers are not set up to order in store an online item. I did not really like that this company does delivery with an outside company but the employees were knowledgeable and kind! I left disappointed but with out an hurt feelings towards the employees or the store. Great customer service at the Benbrook location!!

Awesome people & store! As far as pet food goes, prices are better than petsmart. Their 4 health brand cat & dog food is a great product for a great price! The store has competitive prices on most everything. Love it!!

I'd much rather shop here than the big chain hardware stores, if it's something Tractor Supply carries, which is a lot really. Good selection of basic tools, hardware, plumbing and electrical. Of course, a huge selection for trucks and tractors, pets and livestock and metal fencing. Clothes and boots too. Always very friendly and helpful.

Only sold compressed, certified bales of hay. Would be nice if you offered regular bales from a local provider. Young man at the register told me you didn't sell any hay, just straw he could use a tad more education on the products offered.

Twice in 2 weeks I have purchased products from TSC and had to return to the store because of missing parts or issues with the product....... I have shopped TSC for 15 years but I'm starting to think that I need to find another company..........on a positive note the staff is always accommodating to resolve the problem.........

Went there to buy a basin wrench. Nobody (employee) knew what a basin wrench was! I show a teen age male a picture of this wrench. He has no idea what this is. He then takes me over to the tools. Pipe wrenches only. Again I wasted my time by going to Tractor Supply Co.

The staff is friendly and helpful and the store is clean, but maintenance parts for their mowing supplies are often out stock. Spark plugs, air filters, oil, Etc.
