I like CVS because it’s convenient and they are really cool in the pharmacy. The drive through can take a while sometimes which is understandable… but the prices inside are outrageous on most things…. Sometimes the 7 ft. Long receipts they give for every transaction may have an ok coupon on them too.

Make sure you are aware of what your Doctor sends in to the pharmacy. They will quote a Texas law that allows them to OFFER you a generic however often times the BRANDED drug your dr prescribed has a COPAY CARD to receive your medication at a low cost. ASK questions and do not let them switch your medication without your permission.

Friendly people, but the pharmacy is very unreliable (frequently out of common medications). Also, excessive wait times for vaccine appointments.

I truly love CVS in the Benbrook hwy.The pharmacy is second to none.Dana the pharmacy manager at this location literally saved my life. I have Graves’ disease and a removed thyroid. I was feeling poorly and my Endocrinolgist ordered blood work and said everything was fine yet I still had problems.Dana caught that a medication was totally taking the strength of my thyroid meds! As soon as I read that and spoke to Dana she said it was true.I immediately stopped taking old med that was not important and my symptoms disappeared! I wanted to give creditThank you

So hit or miss but mostly miss. Long wait times, super difficult to get ahold of (which isn't this specific pharmacy's fault, that's cvs corporate) and they won't always do what they say they'll do when they say they'll do it. All in all, usually rather frustrating
