Waited in the drive-through for a prescription. But they would not accept GoodRx in the drive-through. Had to come inside to use GoodRx. So took twice as long as it should have.

I had my first vaccine today and I was quite nervous to say the least, but the folks at CVS in Benbrook were so very nice! The gal who gave me my shot was such a sweetheart, I felt so lucky (I couldn’t pronounce her name, but it was something like Farrah??) I pray I get her for my 2nd shot! Never even felt it when she gave me the injection, she was great. I really appreciated her compassion😎

I want to say that this group that works here is beyond awesome. Every time I go in there they are always nice to me. They go above and beyond to ensure that I get the best service. This last time I had lost my medications, they did the leg work to see if my insurance would cover the cost of the refill. I like both the man and, I think Dana, the other woman pharmacist... The front staff are always always nice and fast. I drove out of my way to come to the pharmacy because they are my favorite group. Thanks for always being on top of your game, especially now with the added stress of Covid!!! We see you!!

Always a good selection of merchandise. Today I went in and a new employee was working the front register. It was around 1PM. I think her name was Jackie.She greeted me with a smile and offered to help me with finding anything that I needed if I had troubles locating it. Her entire demeanor was professional and old fashioned Texas courtesy with a nice friendly attitude.Sad to say, people like her are a rarity!Very impressed and contented with my experience today 🤪😎

They are always top notch. Fixing issues created by the delayed/incorrect mail order. Consolidating refill schedules so I don't get a refill ready everyday of the week. Fast fills on new prescriptions when I am sick. Great, friendly staff. Excellent head Pharmacist.

I have been a cvs customer for over 13 years and used the Benbrook for 8 of those years I had a issue with a refill so went back to my doctor twice but thay never got the refill so went back to the doctor and got a paper script when I got back to cvs thay said it was in the computer already so I spent all day with this when all cvs had to was call my doctor to get it refill and to top that a staff member told me my feelings didn't mater I went off called the management the next day so a week later I go back the same guy never said a word and the other staff was rude so I went to wallgreens im done with cvs benbrook rude staff cvs corporate never called me back

The gentleman working - very rude. Waited my turn to get up to the window like anyone else. Too long. Then to have him not listen to the customer, but talk over me is unacceptable. Sorry I bothered him by being a customer here today….

The store feels a little bit like a ghost town as far as employee engagement with patrons. The pharmacy staff are great. The store employees.....😅. Thanks

Pharmacy department got there 10 minutes before they close. Make me wait five minutes at drive-through told me to come inside just to tell me that they were close. Very dissatisfied. Customer.

THIS CVS is so dope. Everyone here is super friendly. I mean that- not in a generalized way, I am talking about every single employee here has been super pleasant to me. They absolutely love my little baby too. Starr was one of my favorites but I guess she transferred like a traitor. (😔🤣) But it's okay because she was awesome. I also had an issue a LOOOOOOONG time ago with an employee (who no longer works there) asking me personal and judgemental questions about my purchasing a pregnancy test as well as cadbury eggs. (No, guy. Cadbury eggs are not symbolism of any kind, they were on sale and I like them. And also, yes I do intend on keeping it if it were positive, seeing as she is almost 7 months old at the time of writing this 🤦‍♀️) Kenneth Apple was awesome and took appropriate measures to assure me it would not happen again, which earned my loyal business.Keep up the awesome work all of you!

I was recently diagnosed with diabetes and obviously very scared, I went to get my new meds and had a consultation with my pharmacist Perminder Sagoo and I am so thankful to him. First thing he did was grab my hand and tell me I was going to be okay. He went over my med, gave me so many suggestions and told me to stay in contact and call if I need anything. He made me feel so much better that I left with a smile on my face. What a wonderful man and everything you could ask for in a caring Pharmacist. I will never go anywhere else.

Loosing Rx's, missing approved auth's., incomplete orders, etc. I switched to this CVS years ago because I am required to use CVS by my employer and the service at White Settlement was so bad. It appears that this store is attempting to come down to it's sister stores level.
