I love some dollar store because one can usually pick up items on the fly they may have forgotten most of them tend to be in a state of disarray but the shelves are neatly stocked and prices competitive, it would be nice if customers wouldnt be so lazy by picking up items and deciding not to buy them and leaving them across the store

This is my favorite DG, this is our family's favorite staff! All of you ladies are sooo nice, doesn't matter which team is on schedule!You're patient with our gaggle of teens, my elderly papa that has alzheimer's. You're helpful, the store has EVERYTHING. The renovations are awesome, the fact that y'all have fresh fruits and veggies really helps the area.Thank you for always being awesome!

This store is not bad. You can not hardly beat the Dollar General for their soft drink and other drinks prices, much of anywhere, not even counting their Weekly deals sale prices, which are very often really great even awesome unbeatable prices, anywhere pretty much ever anywhere, and plus they also have great deals on many other items prices, as well. The only reason for the low 3 star rating, is only in direct relation to for this particular location, only. This Dollar General store seems to have poor Management, in my opinion. Thank You.

If it was for store cleanliness and organization the store would get a negative 1 but the staff is always friendly and helpful. They need serious help with getting inventory put away on carts. I have grown accustom to looking on the carts if the item I am looking for isn't in stock. It is really bad in that matter but if it wasn't for all the stock carts in the isles and inventory not being on the shelf this location could easily be a five star dollar general.

I hate to rate it this way because the employee that helped me was really nice, however, the store itself is a Hot Mess! I've never seen such a cluttered and disorganized Dollar General in my whole life! Every aisle had me carefully stepping over merchandise, around merchandise, and I even got caught up in merchandise down one aisle. My anxiety started rising to almost panic mode as I navigated clumsily up and down aisles. Lots of clearance items though, which is what kept me around as long as I was there so it seems they are maybe just trying to clear out some of that extra inventory. Let's hope they were successful with that and are looking a little more put together, because as I had mentioned earlier, the employees that day were really nice.

Well it would be 5 stars if everything I needed was there. Amazing employees! Always kind and helpful. Lots of good prices on the basics and I always leave having bought a little more than I needed. Bless this tiny town, this is just about our only option or we drive 20 minutes away.

Staff member was pleasant but not really helpful. Aisles so stuffed with incoming merchandise you could not take cart down isles. Mdse stocked in wrong places with wrong pricing. Same issue with same items as week before. Positive note--did modify prices but is an indication of cheating customers or inadequate management.

Only one register open with a long line. Stock carts blocking numerous aisles. Frozen food basically non existent. The cashier was very attentive and didn't get rattled or overwhelmed. Hence the higher rating. Been out of gorilla tape for almost 3 weeks

Great deals! Store price for my cranberry blackberry juice is $e.25, here it's $2.00. dog treats, antlers and more are so great deals! Store was cluttered with pallets mdse to restock shelves, but I only found one check out girl.

This is a review for Dollar General a popular thrift store in the area. I must admit I was not impressed with these Dollar General stores in general. There are not enough items on the shelves priced at $1. Too many items cost too many $ and can actually be purchased at large chain stores for the same price or less. The inventory varies based on the bulk bargains and therefore is inconsistent. I'm not sure why people are still flocking to Dollar General ? ? ?

This store has a group of very dedicated employees who make every possible effort to meet your shopping needsYou always feel welcome and they always ask if there is anything you need help with .. they never roll their eyes when you ask fur help . I hate that ..That is why I shop here !!! And I'm sure that why numerous other people shop here as well .

The cashier ignored me while talking to a co-worker the whole time. Neither wore a mask. They do not care at all about the safety of the customers. I would never go back. No stars if possible.

You can't find anything in this store for the stuff on carts in boxes it's been this way for almost a year now and then you have to find someone to check you out might as well drive 15 more miles to Walmart than have to move stuff to look on the shelves or go outside to find the cashier smoking and tell you they'll be rite there really you should be there waiting

Our Dr office call every Dollar General around Van Zandt Co.The Ben Wheeler store was the only one that would help usfind what we need to keep this office safe and clean for ourpatients here in Canton... They are the BEST
