This Walmart always seems stocked and clean. The personal shoppers if walking down an aisle with their carts actually let you pass or move around them as opposed to some stores where they just plow through you. That's a huge plus

The lady in self checkout went to each register after the customer was done, licked her finger and pulled each bag out to prep for the next person. So every single bag had her saliva on the handle of the bag. That was just crazy to me...

Always have what I need. I cheat though and use the app to build my shopping list then go into the store and get what I need. I find using the app helps because you know what's in stock and what isle it is in.

I didn't go to the store. I went to Murphy's for gas. Murphy's was great! The store was nice, the pumps worked great, and it was clean on the outside!

It’s a typical Walmart. Spacious with a huge selection of items. Store was clean and somewhat organized. Good prices on most items. Poor quality produce and meat. Employees are just that. Hardly any registers open so it will take awhile with their slow cashiers unless you want to do the work yourself at the self checkout.

Corporate headquarters is ruining our store. They put in way too many self checks and don't allow the store to hire enough people to run the registers and provide TRUE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Also, they have taken away the podium for the door greeters causing hardship for the many elderly employees.

This people have the worst customer services the one on right of the pictures present her self as a manager, but she is the rudest none sense person I have deal with in the past. She probably believe that because I was Hispanic I will never complain about her.I complain to corporate and they told me that Charol (black jacket) was not a manager that she was only a service lead and they will escalate her behavior.Rude non helpful horrible attitude.

Tried to call for one item and was on hold for about 20 minutes. When someone finally answered, was redirected to the wrong department but one girl was nice enough to try and help but couldn’t do much.

Walmart has so many unused registers and continues its push to make you check yourself out. Self check should only be for customers with a few items. at the cost of things in Walmart they should employ a few more register workers and actually use the lanes they keep closed.Also their shoppers at the Belton Walmart are some of the rudest and most discourtious employees of all. The constantly are in the way of regular shoppers and will push you out of the way or get in your way instead of letting the shoppers that come in the store take priority.We will be going to HEB for our groceries and find other dealers for the other items.

This is a very uncluttered and friendly walmart. It is never just slammed busy and I love that they do not flood the aisle ways with product so you can walk and traffic flows freely! People are friendly. They have a subway, bank, nail and lash place, and a nice walk in gas station out front. One of the best I have been to! Be prepared masks are required and there are lines outside. And its hot..so be ready to wait. Or do delivery!

Never enough electric carts for handicapped people. Everyone with a cart should be accompanied by an employee so they can bring cart in and hook it up for next customer like HEB DOES.

9/14/23 early after 5pm.The lady with short hair in customer service said they no longer do return/exchange. We just bought the items 3 days ago from temple Walmart location. I told her return or exchange cuz we want to keep our points in our card that we use to purchase. She said they've stopped doing those 2yrs ago. I ask her if I can do store credit, she said depends on how it was purchased (if credit/debit). Unfortunately my husband did it as credit. I wind up returning the items and lost some points when we shouldn't. I still don't know WHY WE CAN'T EXCHANGED OUR ITEMS when I'm trying to get similar items, same price. My husband is not happy about it and so am I. I also know that the lady lied about it. Walmart needs to train those people.

UPDATE 12/23 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Had a nice experience today at Walmart! We came in unprepared, and we ended up grabbing more stuff than we intended to so our hands were full! We had the support manager Allen offer to grab us a cart when he over heard us talking about going to grab a cart. Thank you Mr. Allen! You were so kind to us! Merry Christmas!2 Weeks Prior ⭐⭐⭐⭐Just a normal visit to Walmart I don't go very often, but I wouldn't say I had any type of unpleasant experience.

I got an air compressor for my birth day and quit working on me so I tried to return it I was just gonna see if they would swap it out and they wouldn’t do it without a receipt so I got to get a buddy of mine that bought it to send me the receipt and that’s gonna take a couple of weeks but I really need it right now

Went to Walmart today to buy some work pants. I was having trouble finding what I needed and the very nice lady ( I wish I knew her name ) in the women's clothing department was very helpful and very sweet. Lately it seems most people don't want to stop and help a person and I told her that. All I can say is she had long hair 😄 I wish I had gotten her name. It was Friday June 9 around 11:30 am. She was busy and she stopped to help me. Thank you 🤗
