I have been using this Walgreens for a year after moving back to the area. I’ve never had a problem and the pharmacy staff have always been courteous and professional. When I walk into the store the employees have always been courteous and always greet me with a smile.I have noticed this pharmacy is very busy and have witnessed adults acting like entitled, brats, and treating staff with disrespect and blatant rudeness.Thank you to the staff for your professionalism and courtesy.

So fun fact. My wife's birth control was refused to be filled here after two years of being a customer... I learned today that by law it allows employees to deny prescriptions for birth control or purchases of condoms based on their religious or moral beliefs.So glad someone working here just decided they personally have say over if we want children or not. Or even bothered to consider my wife's health conditions that would make it nearly impossible for her to survive carrying to term.Needless to say, yeah gfc, I will not be shopping here anymore.

The management at this location is not friendly, nor professional. They refused to honor a sale sign that was up near the gift wrapping. It clearly said “Buy 2, Get 1 Free All Gift Wrap”. When we went to checkout, the items did not ring up with the sale so we walked over to show the female manager the sign and she pulled it off and said, “Well, it wasn’t here last night!” I’m not sure how that is applicable to the fact that it was there when we were shopping. It’s almost as if she was accusing us of putting up the Walgreens sale sign ourselves. She refused to honor the sale even though it was there and never apologized for it being misleading. We won’t be back to this location. As a side note, the gift wrapping area was overflowing with gift bags and wrap, so it seemed like it would have been a smart decision to honor the sale and sell a ton of wrapping. As it was, we didn’t purchase anything.

Water station out front likes to take your money. The store itself seems good enough though. I haven’t tried the actual pharmacy yet though.

The gentleman that took my passport picture acted unprofessionally and made me feel like an inconvenience. He was consistently making sharp remarks at fellow employees telling them to answer the phone. When I had told him I was there to take a passport picture, he had me wait for to take care of a couple other customers (which I was completely happy to do) but then proceeded to snappily tell me “you’re gonna have to take out those earrings” like i was stupid to have worn some and went on to grumble over the camera battery not having a full charge. The passport picture turned out great! But because of my experience with his customer service, I will likely choose to go elsewhere in the future for photo services.

After years of being a Walgreen’s Pharmacy customer, this is the worst location I have ever experienced. After moving to the area, I had finally had enough of the consistently bad service and switched to a different pharmacy. I’m a lot happier now not dealing with this place.

They changed their Pharmacy hours AGAIN! Why? I’ve used them for years and the wait times for calls and drive thru is getting longer and longer. I have a prescription I get filled monthly on a certain day but they never start filling it on the refill day. I have to call them every time to get them to start working on it. My last call for this, I was on hold for 45 minutes.

If I could give them a zero review I would. I scheduled an appointment twice, both they have no pharmacist working. Today my appointment was at 11:30 and 11:45 for a flu shot, we got there with 10 min to spare, by they time they called us was 10 min passed the appointment. So I asked how much time we would have to wait and they said we had 4 families ahead of us, 8 people. What kind of business are they running? Why even bother making appointments, might as well make it a first come first serve basis. I will never ever schedule a vaccine at Walgreens again.

The only way to leave a review is to give it at least 1 star which this Walgreens is not deserving of. Between the often changing pharmacy hours, the pricing of medication, the length of time it takes to get medication is absolutely ridiculous. My wife went to pick up prescriptions last night, she waited an hour, was second in line, she got to the window and they closed the window. I will never use this Walgreens pharmacy again. Do better

I called the pharmacy at 9:08am( they open at 9:00am) I had a quick question. Had an automated message stating every 10 seconds that they were sorry for the wait, all staffers were assisting other callers, we will be with you shortly, there are 2 callers ahead of you… well it’s now 9:33 am and I have 1 caller ahead of me! Really. This is ridiculous to say the least. I’m hanging up, will drive there in person even though I live in the country. Signing off now @ 9:37 still one caller ahead of me.😡

DO NOT MAKE A VACCINE APPT HEREMade an appointment for a 4:15 flu shot, arrived at 3:55. Waited 15 min in line to check in, and was told they'd call us when the paperwork was ready. 45 min later, and they forgot to hand me the paperwork, which literally took me about 10 seconds to fill out. Finally got the shot after waiting a little over an hour.

Worst customer service in the pharmacy ever and no one seems to care. Left on hold for 30 minutes before their lunch time then they simply disconnected my call. Where is the Managers? The Pharmacy needs an employee overhaul period!

Given the hammering they take everyday, they do a pretty darn good job. People get awfully crickey over their medicine, despite this fact the pharmacists are always pleasant here.

This place should be closed. Every time I've went here the lines are incredibly long and I LITERALLY waited 1.3 HOURS TODAY in line!!! Not only that, every month there is an issue with them regarding our meds. Today we literally went round and round about a medication that SHOWED a refill on my bottle AND online AND on my chart but these dips claimed there was no refill. 3 phone calls later after 2 to the refill department at scott and white, she ended up getting it taken care of. 🙄I told the doctor already, next month, we are sending it elsewhere. Slowest and worst pharmacy in this entire galaxy. Probably other galaxies too....idk 🤷♀️

I went to or called 5 different pharmacies trying to fill an antibiotic for my daughters UTI, and no where had it in stock. Kenzie was the ONLY person to even offer to call the doctor back to see if they would change it to something they had. I appreciate this so much, my daughter doesn’t have to wait 2 days for relief and she was happy to help us even though it was busy

This is about Wallgreens in general, not specifically this store or even this region, and based on multiple visits over the years. I had avoided Walgreens for a few years due to certain business practices, but then I found that they carried a substitute for the Gillette Fusion blades, so I visited this store. On a couple of occasions, in other Walgreens, I did not mention there was a coupon, which was visible and attached to the product, until after I was rung up. I was informed that it was too late. I found out later that this was standard practice. This time I got products with a big yellow sign that said, “buy one, get the second one 50% off”. This turned out to be true only if I was a rewards member, and only if I signed up before I was rung up.Otherwise, service is good, I just want to hold them accountable.

Slow, they need more staff. CVS right across the street is so much quicker. You will sit a min of 30 mins in the drive through even if only 2 cars ahead.

Walgreen in Belton, Tx has the worst service in the pharmacy department. My Dr put 4 medicines to fill. I make several calls and intent to have my antibiotic and other prescriptions (4) but they didn’t have it ready. Three days after they only have 2 ready. I will never never never use your service.

This used to be a great place. Now it's operated by Idiots and others that don 't care about customers. I know good help is hard to hire but these employees make the Walmart cart crew team look like geniuses.

Totally ridiculous to have my 75 yo mother there waiting for a prescription for an hour with no other customers waiting. What the he'll is going is going on there. Second time now she has come in to pickup a prescription and to be the only customer waiting. Shouldn't customers who come in be moved to the front of your line before other call in prescriptions? So you don't have them waiting for an hour plus. Go to CVS people, most I have waited there was 10 min. Unacceptable to treat customers this way. Zero stars.

Used them as our pharmacy for over a year. Had recurrent medications that were supposed to be on auto refill. Every month, something would go wrong. The system would call and email me multiple times saying meds were ready for pickup and I would get there as they wouldn't be able to find them. They had constant issues running our insurance even though it was the same prescriptions and same insurance every month. I gave them chance after chance mostly because I didn't want to bother with changing pharmacies but I finally did and I'm so glad.

The store shortened pharmacy hrs from 9-9 to 9-6 weekdays with no notice. When I went to pick up my Rx a 7 pm like I usually do they said “if you want it come back Saturday when you are not working I really don’t care!” It’s Tuesday and I need my Rx TODAY!!!

Been sitting in this damm chair for an hour now waiting to get my covid booster. I don't know if they are understaffed or what? Poor guy next to me has been here longer than me. Should have charged my phone, and grabbed my earbuds. Could have been watching a movie during this wait. 😶 I wonder how much longer it will be. I'm starting to get hungry.

The only option for the pharmacy at the moment is drive through. I got to the window to pick up my prescription, but it wasn’t ready. I had to loop around and start the line all over again. Our time isn’t apparently a consideration at Walgreens.

Trouble with photo employee. I stood at the vacant photo desk for several minutes with no one to help me. I stepped one step behind thecounter to retrieve my photos that I could see from the desk. I immediately was told not to be behind the counter by a person who had obviously been watching me through a see through mirror. He was OK with me standing there waiting for help but didn't want be to get my photos myself. He is paid to wait on customers, which he didn't want to do. He needs more training at least or termination at last resort.

I've been having prescription still there for guys I don't know how long they know everything about me so I don't see any reason for changing now I mean I get my flu shot there I get taken care of so I don't see any sense in changing they've always taken care of me they get my prescription filled on time and my doctors know everything about me they know where to send my prescriptions and my pharmacist knows everything about me and he makes sure he looks at it and make sure that they're not Crossing anything that shouldn't be dead crossed and he makes sure that everything stays straight and the doctors he lets him know if it's something that shouldn't be put in there that not right and I can go in there and Shop if I need to everything goes smoothly I mean I'm taking care of just like I should be anyway God bless Walmart for being as close as it is to my home and thank the people that work there because they are friendly and they take care of their patients pray for our country and our people that are in the pharmacy and for our doctors and our nurses pray for our country and the our leaders that need to get their heads screwed on and I pray the good Lord come soon that way I don't have to take medicine much longer thank you all for asking for this survey I hope people that are taking heat to it thank you and God bless you

Phones to the pharmacy are always busy. Takes 15-30 minutes to get it answered. I just spent 20 minutes with one call ahead, and when a live person picked up they asked me to hold. Phone transferred to a line that just rang for 40-50 times.

I am in Belton havefor college and i have had a lot of problems trying to get my medicine back in my home town Walgreens. When I came to the Belton wallgreens everything changed. They put in effort to get me my medicine in the time limit and when the insurance was being fickle they made sure to do as much as possible to get the problem solved. 10/10 customer service.
