I went to the wash station to wash my dog. I fished washing my dog and couldn't find any towels to dry my dog off. I call the store and asked about bringing me a towel and the lady that answered the phone said I needed to pay first then give me a towel and I said I didn't know and she hung up the phone. I waited 10 minutes and didn't bring me a towel. I then got my dog and went to the front and told cashier what happened. He said you need to pay first. I then told him that the website said you pay at the end and nothing saying to pay before to get a towel. This lady that answered the phone was rude and poor customer service and should not have hung up and least brought a towel so I could dry dog off. Very poor customer service

Cashier Paula at the Belton location was wonderful! She was charming and kind and she genuinely cared when I told her their ducks were out of water, she immediately tried multiple ways to notify the team members of it using both walkies and the overhead speaker and didn’t brush me off. She was a delight to interact with and made me feel welcome and heard.

Always super friendly and helpful staff! Employees actually seem to enjoy working here. We shop here regularly to keep stocked up on chicken feed and supplies. Convenient location too.

Friendly, helpful people at the front desk.However if I ran a farm and ranch business that was less than 2 miles from a large livestock event venue I would make sure I was stocked up on things like hay and bedding when there is a large event being held at that venue.... I guess that's just me though

Horrible customer service the store manager Mike would not return my money after i bought an air compressor that didnt work. All he said was returning your money isnt even an option so i dont know what you want me to do. Very selfish never shopping here again!

Every employee was so kind and smiley! Russell was amazing to work with! We came in looking for fence materials and he helped us choose what was best for us and made sure we didn’t break the bank! He was so patient and fun to talk to!

Great service. Little bigger than the temple store but this location can be a little tricky to get to. Miss the correct exit and get ready to have to do a big circle.

Best one I've been to yet. The staff are helpful and friendly, while their inventory is chock full weekly.I went in for a kennel. The staff assisted because it wasn't on the floor. Took me to the back, and the manager told me straight that he wouldn't sell me the one that had just arrived because it was slightly broken. I appreciate this more and more these days. He told me to come back on November 6th, where it would be waiting for me, and on sale.
