I am so in love with my new Cali Bamboo floors. My husband and I did quite a bit of shopping around before choosing "The Best Little Floorhouse in Texas" to install our floors. Our first contact at the store, we received superb customer service from Nicole, she was so delightful to work with. From ordering samples, keeping us updated on delivery dates, setting an installation start date, she was the best. We were also happy with the installation team. Dwayne and his crew were very respectful, punctual and professional. We would also like to give a big shout out to the owner, Jamie.

Our family recently bought a new home which was due for a total flooring makeover. We were lost shopping around for options till we found The Best Little Floorhouse! Owner Jamie was more than generous with her time and professional guidance. They were so patient with use while work worked through finding LVP and carpet that was a wonderful quality but still in budget. She went above and beyond with providing multiple free estimates, guiding us through portions we choose to self install to stay in budget, and her crew was quick and very professional on the carpet installtion. We are very happy with the end result and happy to support a wonderful local business that works hard to meet their customer's needs.

Jamie and the installation team at Best Little Floorhouse were amazing. Absolute professionals from start to finish. We highly recommend them.Jamie assisted us with selecting some unique glass mosaic tiles as an accent piece with a more basic subway tile as a background for our kitchen remodel backsplash. The contractor who installed the tile (from a separate company) commented on how well-made the tiles were (e.g. minimal grout needed between tiles, laid/cut flat, etc) and how they were worth the slight extra cost as it created a better final product (as compared to using cheaper tiles from other vendors).We also purchased luxury vinyl plank flooring and installation from Best Little Floorhouse. The installation team had to remove several layers laminate flooring, sand down the concrete for an even floor, and then install the new flooring. They were meticulous in the installation to ensure the final result was perfect. The house looked like a completely new house once they were done.

I'm I love with my floors, I took carpet out of the bedrooms, and redid the floors in my kitchen and formal living room. When we built our house the kitchen floor was poorly installed, every floor company argued with me that our foundation was cracked. I felt listened to by Janie and the installer. The installer could not believe how bad the floor was installed. He kept me informed of every step. This company really is the best ever!

Great experience! Jamie and Nicole customer service was excellent and they were very attentive and flexible as we looked at numerous options and changed our direction a few times. They also worked with us on getting the best value; the floors look exceptional and we are very pleased. Additionally, the team that installed the floor was also very professional and did exception work; all the fine details taken care of and they were very easy to work with And did a good job cleaning after. Excellent customer service with attention to our needs, budget, and timeline. Jamie was an absolute pleasure to work with and showed that she really cared about us as the customer. From first discussions with Nicole (who is also great to work with!) in the showroom to installation was only a matter of days. I was also working through the big-box stores for estimates and their turnaround for everything was much slower and would take several weeks to get installed. Jamie knew we needed carpet quickly and provided the personal level of customer service that I needed at a fantastic price. Thank you, Jamie! This place is amazing! We recently moved into a new home and found ourselves in need of new carpet in one of the bedrooms. It was preventing us from fully moving in. The Customer Service was above excellent. We had a very specific color request and Jamie made every effort to find it, secure it and installed it! Installation was smooth. We had carpeting and tile installed. Final look was spectacular!!!!! The installers were professional and pleasant.

5 stars all the way around! The price was unbeatable, our sales rep Dave didn't ever push anything or try to oversell us anything at all and was extremely helpful in our choices and let us take numerous samples home until we found the right product that worked for us, once we got what we wanted picked out and in order the ordering process was simple, even with the Christmas holiday and New Years the turn around time for install after ordering was super quick! Ken and Steven came to install today, Jan 6th, and they were super polite, extremely efficient, and really great all around! They're so down to earth and great conversation and really proud of what they do, and it shows with their work! They cleaned everything up as they went along and really took the time to pay attention to detail and explained everything along the way and even showed me some cool install tips since my husband and I love home projects and have a lot of work to do! I can't give enough praise and recommend them enough. This was all around a wonderful experience and we are so grateful for the amazing care from start to finish! Thank you all so much!

Read some of the poor reviews under previous ownership, but also some of the newer ones, so decided to stop in regardless and was very impressed with the products, knowledge, and pricing. They honestly seemed to beat everyone else in town in those three domains, throwing in both professional attitude and relevant sense of humor to boot. Thus, we went ahead with a small (105sf) laminate flooring project to see how they would do, with an idea in mind for a much larger installation in a few months if things worked out well. So did it work out well? In spades, I'd say. Very responsive to a request for earlier installation, worked it out, and the crew was all I could ask for: Professional, intelligent, courteous, experts, and friendly. The job was done to perfection, everything was cleaned up, and the results are beautiful. Would have cost +/- 30-40% more had I gone with another competitor, and based on some experience with those, I'm not sure the results would have been as splendid. Here's my take-away: This is not the same company it was before, even though the name did not change. I'm positive these guys will be in business for a very long time, as they have the right business model and are serious about their work. They have our next job when we get to it, no questions asked. A total pleasure to do business with in every regard.

We are so happy with our carpet and vinyl. The staff treated us great and very professional. They had a large selection to choose from and All three bedrooms carpeted and the bathroom in vinyl completed in two days. They did an OUTSTANDING job on installation. I highly recommend them.

Actually I'd really give them negative 5 stars if that was possible! One of The WORST business I have ever dealt with!!! I was treated in a rude and unprofessional manner. I cancelled well with 24 business hours of placing the order and they now claim my product came in and I'm being charged a fee when all along they claimed I WAS GETTING THE BEST PRICE SINCE IT WAS ON HAND! They lie, won't answer emails, they are unprofessional and BY FAR THE WORST COMPANY!Customers have far too many choices these days and being new to the area I wanted to support local businesses and it was small business Saturday when I went in the first time. The measurements we're done old school and on a spiral no telling what was what. When I questioned the measurements I sent the laser done schematic floor plan of each room done by Home Depot. They couldn't figure out the square footage from that. Come on, your a floor company surely you can read that!When I called to cancel Monday after paying my 75% deposit on Saturday (barely a few hours of placing the order) they asked me to reconsider and that they could get me a better price and please give them an opportunity to have my business. But the product was ON HAND IN THE STORE no better price or offer to match came forth just wasted days of my time. The final analysis was that THEIR PRODUCT WAS SUPERIOR and my lower quote was using inferior products. But again not true!I had a bad feeling about the whole deal and their treatment of me only solidifies why I cancelled. All I want is my money back. Had they done this I'd have considered this a done matter. But weeks have gone by and still no refund. They were sure quick to take my money but no telling when if ever I'll get refunded. Luckily my credit card is well aware of all this and my lawyer!Customers deserve to be dealt with in a fair and honest way. Customers expect a fair price and with professionalism and good customer service. In a business your reputation speak volumes; and how you treat people IS YOUR REPUTATION. I gave them several weeks to make this right and do the right thing and refund my money but they wouldn't even respond.If you are looking for any flooring look elsewhere. There are better options out there and sadly this company may NOT understand the power of reputation and could START working on their customer service skills. They might perhaps learn that doing the right thing by people will get you so much farther than leaving a trail of unhappy customers who do talk to friends and strangers. And potential customers DO LISTEN!

Update: Thank you for your inaccurate reply...I was not looking for discounted items..as I stated your customer service from previous times is what brought me back..but since your so quick to defend a lazy emoyee and make excuses for prices going up...as I know in the past what type of service I've received...I'm sure you don't care you lost my business but I assure you..you'll never get my recommendation..clown!!!!!!!! stop by your business about once a year to scoop up some larger carpet remnants and usually everyone goes out of there way to help me but not today..not so sure. I was shown one in the showroom but wanted me to come back Monday when someone else was there. Ooooook,NP...hopefully I won't spend .y mo ey elsewhere before Monday.

After I paid to have 5 rooms of carpet installed I had someone come out to inspect the installation because the carpet felt loose and could be pulled up by hand. I was assured it was fine and now the carpet is buckled in several areas. Called to speak to a manager and was told I would receive a call back and never did. Called again today and can’t even talk to a manager because nobody is ever there. I will never give this company anymore of my business. This is so unprofessional to have spent almost $3000. Dollars to have my whole house done in carpet for this lack of customer service. So When they say your carpet has a life time warranty that means a life time of issues..

Dishonest. Don’t do business with this place. Shady practices.I had them come out to measure for carpet for three bedrooms. Not large rooms by any means. They came back at $2986. Not unreasonable I thought. I went in to sign the paperwork and noticed something strange. No measurements, no cost per square yard, didn’t see in writing which product I was receiving. She said that information was “proprietary”.Bottom line: if you can’t show me in writing what I’m paying for, I will not do business with you. Period. Furthermore, they wanted a check or cash, neither of which I had on hand. No credit cards. My guess is they don’t want to issue refunds when they screw up and using a credit card makes it easier for the consumer to question the work and the charges.Avoid.

We had the entire downstairs flooring redone, about 1400 sqft in wood, laminate and tile. BLFT helped us through the selection process to get the right materials and they measured twice and cut once. While the job took a little longer than originally expected, and the dust from 25 year old carpeting was more than we expected, the result was well worth it. They worked around and with other contractors we had on site doing other jobs so the end result was what we wanted. The price was very competitive and some of the other contractors who were on site were asked first about flooring installation and they couldn't compete. We had custom tile and stair work done and it came out, outstanding. While Mike at BLFT wants to have some touch up work done, we are very satisfied with the price, communication, the work and workers who were on site and how they integrated the last minute changes we asked for. We'd recommend them to a friend. We expect this floor to last a very long time.

::::::::The Best Little Floor House::::::::We had our floors removed and tile put throughout the house. Great job grout lines are straight and continuous. Mike is the new owner and is really trying to get the business rolling. He is doing a good job, with the contractor Ken and his tile crew, they done a wonderful job. 100% satisfied, why did I not give 5 stars? 5 stars is perfect and we all know that nobody is perfect. Took longer to complete than originally quoted and we moved the furniture for them; if crew was on time every day I believe they would have finished sooner. I am not complaining because when they finished everything was perfect.......... Except the dust...LOL. We were warned about that by Mike and we accepted it too. Great job, if I ever need tile work I will be back. Thank you very much Mike and contractor Ken almost a new house.

This company TOOK AVANTAGE of a Veteran, the fact that we are not local anymore and the fact that we paid them in full up front!We hired them to have new vinyl floors and carpets installed throughout our house in Killeen to get it ready to sell. Paid over $6000. Not a small job. I was LIED to, HUNG UP on, some of my tenant’s belongings were STOLEN, and the floors were left with GLUE STAINS throughout which my realtor had to clean before she could even show the house. To top it off, NOBODY has bothered to replace my tenant’s belongings, NOBODY HAS apologized for lying, the OWNER treated me with complete disrespect over the situation, including hanging up on me and never bothering to call back.Let me go over a few details: The install took longer than expected. Sure, no big deal. But a call would have been nice to receive an update. Not so much. Instead, I was told the job was completed when I knew for a fact that it wasn’t because my tenant was standing in the house with the installers still there when she called me. After I complained about the lack of communication and lying to me about the date of completion of the project, I finally got a call from the owner who treated me with complete DISRESPECT, including denying that I was lied to and hanging up on me! He ended up telling me he would go to the property himself ‘to check’, but I never received a call back after that. Go figure. After the floors were finally finished, a table and two chairs were missing which were stored in the garage by my tenant. Again, I called the owner and again, he DENIED that anybody stole anything and obviously did not offer to replace the items. Mind you, I’ve known my tenant for 7 years and trust her word! YOU STOLE FROM HER and I will now do the right thing and replace her table and chairs out of my own pocket.Last but not least, the installers apparently left in a hurry because there was glue residue throughout the house which my realtor called ‘excessive’ and had to be cleaned up before a showing.WORST LITTLE FLOORHOUSE IN TEXAS. Oh,what am I saying…. WORST BUSINESS I’VE EVER DEALT WITH! Shame on you for taking advantage of a military family.

Went in hoping to find a remnant or something for a small repair. They dont have much of a selection and have nothing in store. Everything has to be ordered in 12 ft sections. Unlike any flooring store I've ever been to. And the lady inside just kept rambling long after it became clear they didn't have what we needed.Update to response. My visit was well over a month ago. Mapquest prompted me to review recently visited, which your establishment popped up on. And the woman said y'all don't keep remnants; orders are in 12ft sections, and remnants are kept by the buyer.

Rude and unprofessional. Ask if they can bring samples and get the measurements and they said no, I would have to go there first, pick the type of carpet and then they would come out and do the measurements.Just come to the house with sample and make it easier on the customer. Waste of time.

Company charged my credit card for work they did not complete, nor followed up on. Work sat incomplete for weeks and I had to hire another company to finish the job and repair work from their crew. Company is not following thru with their offer to credit services not rendered from them and repairs from the other company I had to hire. Highly recommend avoiding this place!!

Recently remodeled bathroom and wife wanted somthing different with tile and shower, salesman was very helpful when we asked for some creative ideas, then a a few days later the install crew delivered exactly what we were looking for. Wife couldn't be happier.
