I live very close to this DG, I go there ALOT. I walked there this morning, was the only one in the store which is fine because the guy behind the counter went to go smoke, and I get it lol but when he came back in I asked him why the self checkout didn’t take my payment, or if I did something wrong. He replied “probably”.Oof. Then he turned the screen around and said “well if you don’t click pay now obviously it’s not going to work”.1) that was my first time using self checkout my bad2) use your manners Jesus3) then he proceeds to look at a disheveled shelf and start cussing. Be careful they steal your coupons . The lady working last night shift not only pocket of the lady before me coupons but try to take my coupons and I had to ask for them I will not use this location again

Employees here need an attitude adjustment. While I was running a favor order from here an employee became extremely defensive and rude when I asked for a new receipt since mine didnt show the price. First she claimed the ripped one she originally gave me was not the receipt she gave. Then claimed I purposely ripped it. I explained that I wasn't interested in returning items, I needed the copy for a Favor run. She rudely told me she can't do that and wouldn't explain why. I told her the ripped one wasn't a big deal all I needed was a reprint. She then asked me when I purchased the items when she checked me out just a minute prior. At that time another employee came out and asked what the problem was. I told him I purchased two items just a few minutes ago and I need a reprint of the receipt for a Favor run. He then explained I needed to return them items then repurchase the same items for a receipt. I asked if that was true because I had never heard of that at any establishment before. He said yes then walked away. I brought my items back in and "returned them". During that entire process the female employee was extremely slow, rude and snarky, gave me sarcastic remarks and assumed I should know how to handle a return even though I wasn't an employee. I blantly told her she needed an attitude adjustment and needed to learn how to handle customers properly. She made it clear she didn't care about her job after stating "if I lose my job because of this altercation I will be satisfied". I told her I was calling corporate (which I did) and she said "good I hope you do". I am never supporting that establishment.

This place is great for items that are needed with a price that is reasonable. From candy to car, there's something here for most everyone. If your on a budget and need something quick this is the place. The staff seems nice enough. And the store is clean and reasonably organized.

This store has really gotten better over the past few months. I'm really impressed with their change in organization, cleanliness, and quickness at the register. It's really a whole new experience. A lot better for just popping in for that last minute item.

Only 1 employee, in store at 4 pm. He was on register. I needed help with getting down large bag dog food. Left and bought it at Family Dollar. I worked retail, most my life. It isn't safe, for an employee to be alone, in that size store. Your theft alone must be high, as well. There is so many reasons, this is unacceptable.

Loved going into a well organized and clean facility..I found what I was looking for fast..didn't have 2 dig around anything 2 find it..customer service was great..glad 2 see that they wore mask..I will b going again

Ppl from there need to stop over stacking then putting it somewhere else that doesnt match right price .. they dont honer there price .. the girl didnt wanted to overprice it .. when its their fault ..

It had very few people there tonight, but the cashier was very polite. It really is a good place to shop. As always, it has great prices.

Unfriendly.... very judgemental place . With a pocket full of money and wearing about a 1000 dollars in clothes and I guess because of my tattoos I'm the dollar store bandit.... lol c'mon guys look are these kids... aren't they the best accomplices....grrrrrrr

I'm in here weekly for little things here and there. Convenient since you can get in and out quickly rather than going to a grocery store. Their coupons provide a great value.

I had to give them only 4 because everytime I go in there they have some of ghe sale item signage up but not all and some things aren't marked at all.

The male employee with long hair at this store seems unapproachable and is rude in his responses to questions as if the customer is wasting his time and or he is bothered.

I went in for tater sauce. They dont carry it. So then I thought maybe I could make some... they were out of relish. Wasnt a very good trip.
