I've been sitting outside the store for 30 minutes, sign on the door says back in 15, but it looks like nobody is inside. People are waiting outside for their pickup order and some people have already left frustrated. Called and the phone just rings and rings. Now it's 15 minutes till closing and nothing!

Patty is super friendly every time that I visit the store! So grateful that I can actually pay with cash even after 8:00 pm! The guy always refuses to take cash after 8 and if you have a $100 bill he won’t break it unless you buy at least $50 worth of stuff!

April has done a fantastic job. Been going to this location for years but this Zipps team has really made it more enjoyable. And wow their reorganization has created so much more product space. Bring it on! Keep those discounts and competitive pricing going, and your stock always filled.

Very clean store, has expanded selection widely since new ownership happened, and the staff were AMAZING! The manager is very knowledgeable and friendly. Starting and managing a bourbon collection is fun when you have great people like them to help!

I enjoyed my visit. I got what i wanted and the staff was nice. It was a slow evening but overall was a great visit. They have many options i will be going back for things i wanted to buy but decided not to. The pricing was reasonable as well.

My boyfriend and I are in every other month or so. The selection is good and the prices are reasonable. We go in to buy ingredients for different cocktails and the woman behind the counter is great. She's very knowledgeable about her stock and is hilarious. Honestly I think half the reason we go is to chat with her. Definitely worth stopping by.

I needed a gift for my father in laws retirement party and had no clue what he would like. The manager Cassie noticed I was walking around aimlessly and asked if she could help me. She asked me to describe him a little and walked me over to what she thought best suited him. It was a hit!!!!! He loved it and I scored major brownie points!!! I'm now in charge of bringing all the liquor to future parties lol I will definitely be back!

I bought a very hard to find bottle of bourbon from the website and this store was where it was supposed to be. There was an error and they never had. I was able to speak with someone from corporate and they went out of their way to make it right!!! I've been a loyal customer ans this is why!!! Thanks for the great customer service!!!

Zipps in Bellville has great service. They have a huge selection of products. Not what you'd expect in a small town. The ladies give you small town service with a big city selection. The prices are in line or better than big city stores. I dont have to say a thing when I walk in. They are getting it off the shelf as soon as I walk in. 👍👍👍

Coming down the hill from the courthouse I noticed a very long train about to close FM159. Since the temperature was close to 100F. I borrowed some of the shade provided by Zipp's Liquors to wait in until the train had passed. I heartily recommend others to avail themselves to this unexpected providence, you might even enter Zipps if you are thirsty. They would probably appreciate your business even though technically the shade provided by the business is probably free?
