Love the South Texas Vet Clinic! They saved our girls life!! Our girl dog was extremely ill, we were told by other Vets we would need to put her down. Came to STVC and they did not give up on her! This was a year ago and she is now a mother of a liter of 8 puppies. Forever grateful!

we drive from corpus christi just so our dog(s) can be seen by dr. larry moczegamba. that alone should tell you something. we lived in beeville years ago and trusted larry to look after our animals big and small. then we moved to corpus and tried at least 3 different vets. we just were not satisfied with any of them. so as long as we have animals we will continue to drive the distance so they will be seen by someone we trust and they get the care they deserve. thank you larry and staff, you are the best!

Dr Larry and Kyle came out to the ranch today to brand, deworm, and vaccinate. Wow, what a great experience. Not only did they do the service,but they also taught me how to brand so I can do it myself in the future.I highly recommend SouthTexas Vet.

I was near Beeville for the winter last year and one of my older pets became very sick. I took her to the clinic and my pet was in kidney failure. The vet was very kind and compassionate. My girl was in the clinic two days and received excellent care. Her labs had improved from the treatment and we were able to take her home and enjoy another 11 months with her.

The ladies here are so helpful. My dog was vaccinated when she was a baby. The lady went beyond to help search for her medical records and was able to help us. She was so kind to the lady that worked at the shelter, and very helpful.

Nice clinic, they’ve really revamped it and made major improvements and added a lot of new tech. The vets are all really helpful. There was one girl there last time who was really rude one of the times I transported dogs for care for a rescue, she rudely dropped my kennel at the back of my vehicle and walked back in all huffy despite the fact they unloaded it and took it inside instead of just taking the dogs I was dropping off. Otherwise I’ve had good experiences there.

Great care and great service! My dog was very sick with diarrhea that I had unsuccessfully tried to improve and that I had let persist for too long causing her weight loss. I got a same day appointment with Dr. Moczygemba. The dog boarded overnight for 4 nights so that all the testing could get done and the treatment begun. My dog is doing great now and I highly recommend this vet.

Not only has Dr. Larry Moczygemba impressed me with his many years of experience & knowledge...Dr. Jessica Serafine is my angel for taking care of my 'high spirited, high anxiety" rescue dog Rosie. Dr. Serafine demonstrated such care, concern & compassion for Rosie & me thru out a long stressful situation. When I was ready to give up, Dr. Serafine was there for me and Rosie and continued to research on finding solutions. I can not express in words how much I appreciate Dr. Serafine!!!!

We moved to this area Sept 2021 and started out with Credence Vet. Once I seen how poorly they manage the paperwork for my 4 dogs (missed annual vax bc they did not input the info when I gave it) I switched to South Texas Vet. I had enough Heartguard for all my dogs to last till March but I got the heartworm test Dec 5, 2022 for my 2 little ones bc they were due. I told South Texas that I had enough medicine till March and they said that is ok, just come in when you need more. I went in on March 8 to get more Heartguard and they refused to provide it. Said I needed to test again. They then called Credence to ask when I last purchased the med and Credence said, oh sometime in 2021. My empty box at home states the prescription was filled by Credence Vet Sept 28, 2022. Again, Credence Vet staff is completely incompetent. South Texas Vet is greedy and do not care about your pets. They charge top dollar and do not discuss what anything will cost. I get regular blood tests for one little dog that is hyperthyroid. They cost about $40. South Texas charged $180. I do not recommend this Vet at all. They overcharge, they lie and then called me a liar when I tell them how I have cared for my pets with regular heartworm med till I needed more. We have 4 dogs, 3 cats, 4 horses, 3 donkeys and some calves. I will NEVER attend South Texas Vet again.

I like this clinic and these people. They are always gentle with my dogs and friendly and helpful to me. The vets are all extremely competent and knowledgeable. The in house facilities make this a one stop veterinary clinic that is capable of carrying out complex procedures. I appreciate the front desk staff for their kindness and pleasant demeanor. The vet assistants are always like wise pleasant and gentle. The building is always very clean and well kept as any medical facility should be. I've been bringing my pets here for about a dozen years now and foresee doing so well into the future.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They took great care of my 16 year old little buddy. The price is the only thing that keeps me from 5 stars. A lot of expensive tests for an old dog with prescriptions and I have seen no improvement. Not saying it's their fault at all. I just wasn't expecting it to cost that much.

Doctor was informative and thorough in his examination. Staff was friendly. Very nice to my pet. She was scared but that changed quickly. Most importantly, we were allowed to go into room with her. Will make this my preferred vet clinic!
