A place for paws is the ONLY place we would ever place our trust in to care for our babies when we leave town. We live in Corpus Christi, and have looked in to several different places closer to.us, and this is THE ONLY place we trust with our babies! They are so excited to see thier staff and always have a blast when we're gone. Trust us,,peace of mind is worth the drive and anything else!! The staff and owner have been nothing but exceptionally accommodating and professional! They always send us updates and pics of our babies when we're gone. Most importantly, our babies are safe and cared for!! We absolutely recommend a Place for Paws with zero hesitation!!

Very Friendly staff that welcomed me as soon as I walked in the door with my dog.My dog, Billie, was happy to see me and she looked Amazing!! She even had a pink bandana!Prices are reasonable for the services they offer.I've been back several times with my dog.

LilyMay enjoyed her sleep over with her friends. I missed her, but I knew that shewas in good hands. I thought I had left a red fleeced blanket that my mom had given me and LilyMay for Christmas last year. Mom had passed away November 21, 2022. Holly went through all the left over blankets twice and couldn’t find it. I really did appreciate all their help. Our fur babies are in excellent care there.🐶🐯

I take my dog daisy here all the time to get groomed and yesterday was my puppy (named paco) first grooming session. I’m used to getting my daisy just bathed and her nails clipped not full on groomed so I will admit I was a little scared getting my paco groomed. And I must say the groomer did very good with him you can tell she took her time with him and she said he behaved very well and was just a wiggle worm. His fur is so soft. 10/10 I definitely trust these people with my dogs my daisy loves the staff and always greets them as soon as we walk in. Keep up the good work y’all!!! My husband says thank you for taking care of our babies and that he loves the work y’all did with paco.

LOVE LOVE A Place for Paws! Danielle and her team are the sweetest!!! My Jack the dog loves his visits! Sandra (team member) saw my dog out on a walk with someone she didn’t recognize and was ready to jump into action to save him!!😂😂 realized it was Jack’s grandma she won my heart and my business FOREVER

Well its a shame I had a boarding date set up and canceled 24hrs before the date. They require 48hrs but they don't want to credit the deposit for future stay or services. I can understand necessity to make a profit. I do still recommend them but just ask for fine print disclosure

Great people and great prices!I went there to get my puppy a bath. She's 92lbs a big girl. With the deshedding shampoo and whitening conditioner it was only $55. The most reasonably priced groomer I've seen.

Inconsistent. Out of the last 3 visits they are sliding down hill. Missed baths. Pup dirty and stinky after paying 25$ for bath. Part of toenails uncut. Ears filthy. She was itchy and uncomfortable when we picked her up. Lost her bed, staff grumpy and unhelpful. Asked for owner and desk girl refused.Very disappointed in the service for the cost. We have been using them for 2 years but will not be going back. Lost confidence in them completely.

I took my dog here and the my original thoughts were that the cut wasn’t bad but the nail clipping was sharp and were not filed at all so I had to do that myself. Then about three days later I noticed a scab on her neck that was the size of a quarter. I took her to the vet and they asked if I had recently groomed her because the infection she got was caused by clippers that had not been properly cleaned. This is unacceptable and careless, I advise everyone to take their pets somewhere else.

We love having thos facility for our Challa! We have an English Mastiff and have used the boarding facity as well as grooming and they treat our Challa so well. He enjoys going and you can tell he is loved on. Prices are so reasonable and the lodging is amazing! Awesome friendly and kind staff

I showed them pictures I also showed them in person exactly what I wanted the hair cut on my dog and the groomer literally shaved his nose, did not cut any hair off of his ears and one side of his face is has longer hair then the other side of his face. worst haircut he has ever gotten now the boarding part and the bath part came out fantastic but the groomer sucks. Will never take my yorkie back over there. The worst of it was she shaved his nose this poor puppy looks terrible and there's no way I can fix that
