This is the first Wal Mart that I’ve seen have a Dominoes pizza in it!! I thought that was kind of cool! You can go shopping and then get hot pizza for dinner! It was also one of the cleanest stores I have been in. This location also sells the cakes from the show Cake Boss.But like always the lines are long because there’s no cashiers!!!!!

I ordered a cake and smash cake for my baby's first birthday. There wasn't a farm theme available so they made a custom cake for me. It is exactly what I expected it is so cute!!! Thank you to whoever made my cake ☺️

This Walmart has changed ALOT since I last went.I love the new garden area. I was able to find an awesome sale when I went!got ALOT of plants for $7-$9 some were not thriving but I was able to bring them back to lifeAfter repotting and pruning the dead leaves.They also have really cute pots for plants that are decent priced. I feel like I’ll be coming here more for my plant needs

It took me a while to post this. Because I was very angry and disappointed at Walmart's service and professionalism.Their lack of knowledge unskilled workers lack of management. No one to direct them was very poorly done.I was talking with another customer who had purchased tires online, and they didn't know what they were doing, they couldn't get her car taken care of she'd been there for 5 hours, and they had text messages saying her, saying her car was completed.I went in for an oil change because I didn't know where else to go. Thought this would be the best safest place. Boy, I was incorrect.They told me they did not have my oil that I had selected. Then they tried to upsell me instead of letting me know there was the minimum oil.They proceeded to try and charge me for the higher amount of premium oil.When I was told this would be a quick turnaround, I took them forever to correct my bill. They wouldn't give me my keys because the bill wasn't taken care of, and I couldn't pay because it was incorrect.The poor associate behind the counter that had to take care of payment was beside herself. She didn't know what was going on or how to handle it.All in all, bad experience, don't recommend it at all.Walmart corporation, you need to get your household in order so that it is a smoother transition between the outside to the inside that everything runs smoothly. It was so disorganize. Individuals didn't know what other individuals are doing supposedly.Your team's lack of knowledge of product of what's going on, organization management and customer service.

Why are they allowing all of these dogs and cats in Wal-Mart that are not service animals? That's what I want to know. They're all in the GROCERY CART. (GROCERY). You don't know if the animals have fleas or some type of disease and people have to use these carts for food. They pooping in carts. This is unsanitary. WHYYYYYYY. I'm so irritated by this.

I did the drive up and when I drove to the store to pick up my online orders, the staff came very fast and I didn’t have to wait long. I wasn’t missing any items and this was a successfully filled order. This is highly critical if you think about the service since the main purpose of it is to not have to go into a store to get the items you want or need. Will definitely do the drive up order again! Saves me so much time instead of spending so much time running around to look for the stuff that I need inside the store.

I've been going to this super Walmart for years, however, it's been at least a year since my last visit. The store has changed, they have reorganized the isle's differently, and things were pretty cluttered ( it was difficult to push the basket down some isles, it could have been they were restocking items later? ) I went in the evening and it was busy, and hard to find a parking spot Other than that all was good! I messed up at self checkout twice, the machine kept double ringing my items, however, the employee monitoring the registers was on top of it! She was very nice, noticed what was going on and fixed the problem immediately.

this review is specially for the electronics department. i brought my digital camera in to get the photos printed on 01/26. i was told that this process took no more than 14 days and that I would receive a call when my photos were available for pickup. i called 02/03 for an update & was told that my camera wasn’t mailed out until 01/28 and to allow for more time. i called again 02/17 and was told that they were still not in and that they would call the company that they sent the camera to for an update and would call me back with an update. no one ever called back with an update so I called again 02/19 for an update and was told the exact same thing and promised a callback with an update. STILL no one called back with update. finally, i went in person 02/22 and was told that my camera was never sent and had been sitting waiting to be mailed all that time. on 02/26, A MONTH LATER, my photos were ready for pickup. i asked the worker if there was any kind of discount for the inconvenience this entire process has been and she told me NO 💀💀💀 i wish i could give 0 stars for their lack of customer service skills, communication, and accountability. do matter.

I went to the automotive department maybe about a month ago maybe a little less than a month ago to get an oil change. Later that day the worst smell of burning oil that I've ever smelled to the point of gagging I was smelling. I didn't say anything because I figured maybe it would burn off but it hasn't and it's been a month and really I don't want to have to go through the headache of going up there and waiting for hours I had a friend who is a mechanic look at it and oil was dumped all over the front and side of the car. I've rinsed it off with water but it still smells last night it gagged me I couldn't breathe it was that bad and every now and then I'll have smoke come from my hood never did that until I left that day. I know they're not going to fix it so I have a friend who's a mechanic coming over to see what's going on you get what you pay for and I will never go there again to get another oil change you can see where it was poured all over the front of my car you can still see it and the smell actually chokes me it's that bad I just went 5 minutes down the road and back and I can smell like something's burning inside the car and it wasn't until I left from getting that oil change. You get what you pay for do not go here to get an oil change go across the street pay a little bit more but it's done professionally

They don't put any cashier's but do send people to stop you from leaving to check your work. I've never stolen anything in my life. If you want to make sure the job is done correctly maybe you should have an employee do the checkout. If I have my progress interrupted again I'll be filing assault charges.

The store is fine, the parking lot is really cramped and bad layout, but the worst experience was grocery pickup. Super delayed, said it was not ready until tomorrow, drove halfway home then got a text that it was ready, came back and it still wasn’t ready. I’m sitting in the parking lot with my toddler writing this, still no groceries, an hour in. Not going to make this mistake again

This is the usual Walmart we visit. Usually well stocked for the items we need. I like the fact I can shop for clothes, board games, movies / music and get all your groceries in the same building. Usually very clean and not too busy, with plenty of registers although most registers are self-checkout.

Oil change -- workers not very friendly during check-in, and I had to ask what to do next because they just walked away when they were done checking me in (which I didn't know). While my car was getting serviced, a couple of the workers started yelling at each other (pretty sure a male employee dropped the F-bomb at a female employee), and it was pretty uncomfortable. Pretty icky overall. (Though the female employee seemed like she was trying to do a good job.)

Awful location. Customer center takes for ever! Stood In line with about 20 people ahead of me, waited about 10-15 mins and it only moved a few steps. Eventually just got out of the line and left. You call the location and no department answers. I called 9 times and nothing. Does no one know how to answer a phone and help customers??

Great store and great associates. But they do not have enough disabled scooters. I'm oxygen dependant and a heart patient and I have only been able to get one twice in 2 years!

Did a pick up order for my mom. Time slot 5/6 why she get it at 6:20 and she got there at 5:10 🤦🏻♀️ definitely won’t be back here and wouldn’t recommend going here because when I tried to call no answer just kept ringing and ringing can’t even get a hold of a manager. What’s the point of a time slot if they aren’t going to follow thru with it!!

I’ve been doing grocery pickup here for a little over a year and a half. My order is usually correct with good quality products. Only thing I’ve consistently had a problem with is the cut fruit; it’s usually expired or will be in 24 hours so I go elsewhere for that. Otherwise, good job for grocery pickup.

This Walmarts plant section is actually quite good. The foliage is typically healthy, the prices are decent. There are WAY too many self check outs if your buying quite a bit there might be 2 cashiers allowed on the floor. AI doesn't need to pay bills, so they work for free right walmart?get that overhead where u can.

WORST delivery service ever!! I got an email saying my order was delayed. It was suppose to be delivered between 4-5pm. I called the store and of course NO ONE ever answers so I called customer care #. They’re always very nice people in far way places who all told me that there was a man named Mike who would be assigned to my order and would deliver it by 6:45. I called again and they checked and told me the same thing. I finally just sent a text to the driver, Mike, who actually responded and said he didn’t have any deliveries assigned to him. Total lack of communication. Worst Walmart in the area

This store is a mess in the parking lot of the Spark Drivers drivers, all the spaces are full and there are no drivers inside the cars, also a few criminals who do not have papers with false licenses usurping identity. Someone must resolve that situation.

Don't try to use the automotive section, they never have anyone around, even during normal business hours. It's beyond ridiculous, I've stood waiting for up to 45 minutes before. And then they act like it's an inconvenience to check out anything but automotive materials. A really bad way to conduct business, and rather irritating.

I would like to share my experience today. Two days ago I left my CC in gas pump # 10 and went inside for receipt with Effrin at duty that evening.Two days later I couldn't find cc in my purse. I needed assistance with picking up my photos and I only see 2 employees, 1 guy was helping about 3 people and the other was a lady behind a register. So I kindly said, Hello I need assistance with photos. And the lady behind register say "ask someone who works over here" very rude tone.Now I am a customer, how would I know who works in this area. You are the one standing behind the register in the area I need help in. I didn't walk to hardware and say I need help with retrieving my photos. I'm clearly in the photo area right along with you. Her name was JOE ANN.The guy who assisted me name was NATHANIEL so thank you Nathaniel for helping me and thanks for being kind thanks for being attentive. Give him a raise!Joe Ann could have said in a better tone " I actually do not work in this area but let me get someone to help you" but no she was rude.1 rude employee can mess up a whole review rating.

I raced over after work just now. Got there at 10:52 & a guy at the door told me as I was waking in. " I'm sorry ma'am you know we're closed right?". I looked at my watch & told him, " No, you close at 11 pm. I'm grabbing 2 items and checking out." He then proceeded to tell me "Yeah that's what everybody says. We're not letting anyone in the store." RUDE!.. I turned around and left.For one, I'm not everybody. Two, I knew exactly what I was going for & WERE it was. Three, if the doors & registers are still open then the store is STILL OPEN! Lastly, if you are going to say you are CLOSED at 10:52 pm then update the hours & let everyone know!I get it, the employees want to go home cause some people take their time & linger at the last minute but it's NOT EVERYBODY..I also worked two jobs all day & needed to get those items & get home. At least wait a little closer to 11pm to turn people away & tell them you're closed!!!! Not shopping there anymore that's for sure.
