This group is the least helpful bunch I've ever come across. I brought a flat tire to be replaced on Friday, April 19, 2024. They were busy and claimed to only have one tech and told me to come back the next day. I brought it back the next day, Saturday, April 20, 2024 and they tried to say the same thing except they have no customers and they're not doing anything. The tech took the tire into the empty garage and I asked him about how long it would it would take and he said he didn't know then proceeded to set the tire by the machine and walk inside. We pulled back up to the front to ask the front desk how long it would take and as soon as the tech saw us pull up, he turned around and walked out of our sight. The excuse of having one tech only works if you're actually busy. Not when you and your "only tech" are lazy and don't want to work. I went back to check on the status and a different guy at the front desk tried to tell me the tech didn't come in until 11 that day. When I asked him who rolled the tire into the empty garage that morning, he said "Well, it was a tech but he had 2 cars." I told him I brought it in at 9am and he had no cars. After arguing with me, he finally went back and got my still flat tire and told me the Lake Worth location could help. At this point, I'd much rather spend the extra money and work with Discount Tire for the rest of my life. I suggest everyone else do the same unless they enjoy jobs not being completed in a timely manner, if at all.

I came into Pepboys to receive assistance with replacing my car tires. I was provided with all my options which allowed me to make an informed decision about the maintenance for my car. I highly recommend this Pepboys location. The staff and technician were helpful, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure my car was safe to drive.

3:30 appointment, for 4 tires to be mounted are balanced. The tech that did the job was sitting in an empty bay. When they finally did get the car in to do the job he just walked around aimlessly. I know my wheels have not been balanced to within.25 oz of plane because I could see the balancer when he was doing two of the wheels. He dropped the weight and miss stuck them several times as he lethargically ambled around in circles. This made me question the technicians sobriety. It took over 2 1/2 hours to mount four wheels and balance them. I work for a national logistics company with a sizable fleet of hundreds of vehicles, in the role of maintenance manager. There is no way an able-bodied Technician should’ve taken an excess of 2 1/2 hours to mount four tires and balance them. I will take the car in on Sunday to my facility my only day off and re-balance, them myself. Please avoid this place and save yourself the aggravation. They were more interested in up selling me an unneeded wheel alignment, then completing the task at hand properly.

The process did not meet my standards. They made using my coupon very frustrating and after 3 attempts to talk to them about it I still did not get the full value of the coupon which made getting a new car battery more expensive than I expected.

FREE A/C DIAGNOSTIC IS NOT FREE!!!! I arrived for my 8am appointment only to be told that they needed to reschedule my appointment for 10 because there are no techs available to do the “free diagnostic.” I understand being short staffed, its the world we live in unfortunately so I was considering coming back UNTIL I asked for clarification on the details of the diagnostic that I would be given today. Oh nooooo its not free its $59.99 to even tell whats wrong!!! Sir then what do you do for free…check temp & freon…I CAN GO RIGHT NEXT DOOR TO AUTO ZONE FOR THAT!! Then with an attitude he says, “well we got to get paid!” I agree, I dont want anything for free that Im to pay for BUT WHEN YOUR WEBSITE SAYS FREE I EXPECT FREE!! If I could give ZERO stars I would bc you sir were soooo unprofessional & unapologetic. Lost my business and all the others on this review site!!!! Unbelievable! BELIEVE THE BAD REVIEWS YALL!!! Please!!! Go right doen the street to The Tire shop where the service is great & PEOPLE COME TO WORK with reasonable UP FRONT PRICES!!!! Photo taken at 820 am. At first it was a great expreince but on September 15 I went up there for an oil change and other things. I checked my oil on December 3rd because my engine was sounding weird. There was no oil in my engine. I only traveled a little over 1k since then. It isn't a oil leak since the oil system is was replaced almost two years ago. Comes to find out they didn't tighten filter on correctly. My husband put oil in it and it leaked out every where on the ground where the oil filter is. It would be nice for a refund on the oil change and for yall to fix the problem. Since running a car on little to no oil can damage the egine parts!

Called last night and spoke to Aaron cause my brake and stablitrak light came on and he told me to come in today at 4pm and ask for John. When I went in John was not aware I was coming in and did not have a technician to service my car today. When I voiced my concerns about driving the car worried my brakes would go out. John himself took it for a test drive and fixed the problem in a matter of minutes. He was so helpful and gracious and I was so appreciative of his help. John is wonderful as is Aaron when I have dealt with him in the past. These two gentlemen are the reason I ONLY get my car serviced at PepBoys in Bedford!

The customer service is amazing! The men that work here are very friendly, respectful, knowledgeable, dependent, and kind. Aaron, the manger is exceptional and so are the men that he leads. The quality of this location is superb. The bathrooms, the waiting area, and the shop area are very clean. This is going to be my new go-to place for all things cars; it is a safe environment for all people and ages to come to get car assistance. I highly recommend this location.

I called ahead of time to set an appointment and asked if there was any information they needed prior to my appointment time because I had quite a bit to do that day. I arrived 5 minutes early only to find out that they needed information from me that I did not have access to. When that was cleared up, the employee stopped helping me, to address another customer, as if I wasn't standing there waiting for him to finish up my paperwork. I was there a total of about 25 minutes only for them to tell me they didn't have the oil filter needed for my vehicle and wouldn't have it for 2 weeks 🙃 great place to have your time wasted!

Had AC issue on my Honda. Took it to David McDavid Honda for troubleshooting. Was told that my refrigerant was low. Paid over $200 to get it recharged, yet the issue persisted. Brought it to John at Pep Boys who informed me that the dealer shorted me on the refrigerant. He serviced it and now it works great. He didn’t even charge me for the work. Thanks John!

I won't be back here unless I have to warranty a tire that I have already purchased. I had an appointment for a tire patch. The sales person told me because I plugged the tire (to be able to drive there) we couldn't patch the tire, and i would need a whole new tire. First time I've ever heard that kind of nonsense. I don't appreciate a salesman lying to me today.

I made an appointment for 8:30am. I told them i could leave the car for a few hours. I went there at 4:30 and the vehicle was still not ready. I finally ended up leaving at 5:30ish. I sat in the window to make sure some one was working on my car. The guy told me that he had to order the parts and the parts just got there at 3. He hadnt called me all day to i form me on the status. All i know is i left my car for 8 hours and it still wasnt done. THEN when they sent the review of my car, its was in SPANISH!!! He said he had never seen that before. I highly doubt that. So frustrated every time i take my vehicle there, regardless the reason, its always ALWAYS a fiasco and an all day thing

Pep boys has officially lost my business forever after today. I bought a set of four tires from pep boys in the past year, for the past 6 months one of the tires has been going down to 10-15 psi after a few days of airing it up over and over again. Every time I take it to pep boys they air it up but tell me nothing is wrong with it. Well today I finally went to discount tire, they told me there was a nail in it and completely fixed it. I have always used Pep boys however moving forward will give my business to discount tire.

So I rarely write reviews but after my experience today I feel obligated and unfortunately its more negative than positive.I brought my car in today for an oil change and tire rotation. I made no appointment so I dropped the car off and walked home as I live nearby this store. The store set up text notifications to my number and I really like this feature as you can track the progress of your service. I was surprised at how fast my car was ready for pickup after I got a text informing me of completion. I headed back over to the store.Upon arrival I went to do a quick inspection of the car. I had removed a valve stem cover on the back left tire as a marker to check and make sure the tires were actually rotated as promised. Well, the tires were in fact NOT rotated. I proceeded into the store and inquired. Some discussion was had behind the counter by the attending employees and I was told my car would be pulled back into the service bay and my tires would in fact be rotated. This would take ten minutes and in fairness it was done quickly. I paid for the service rendered and headed out to the car.Now since my trust was somewhat violated I decided I would pull the dipstick and have a look at the oil level. From what I saw it was at the very bottom marker and was at least a half quart low. I showed the reading to the employees and the car was again put in the service bay. Shortly there after I was summoned to the bay where I was shown that the levels were normal. I lost sight of the car while it was put in the garage and I don't know what transpired with the car for several minutes. The oil level was now indicating normal and I departed.The overall experience was a bit disappointing. I feel like this particular store is cutting corners for whatever reason. Hopefully I'm wrong and it was an isolated event. I have been a customer of this location for 20 years but it has not been the same since the pandemic.If you go, check their work and ask questions.

We have been receiving services from Pep Boys for over 2 years. The technicians are very skillful and they have been able to retain their technicians. They will explain in details about the condition of your car and what services you need. The price range is reasonable compared to other in the area. I would recommend this place.
