This was the bakery around 10am this morning. What's going on with this store? This store is going down hill fast. Seems like for the past 6 months or so every time I go there it's worse. Do they think by rearranging things makes for a "remodel"? It was hot in there today and I asked about it. I was told by an associate that the A/C hasn't been working and won't be repaired this year. Welp, that's a deal breaker for me.

I wish this store was semi-acceptable. It’s the closest store to my home, However, I will go anywhere but this store. Kroger used to be my favorite store. Nowadays, their inventory i:s expired, their deli is discolored, and their produce selection is a mess. I can’t wait till H-E-B opens up in a few years. For now I will Only Shop the competition. Sprouts and whole foods 😝 So long big corp!!

I love Kroger. But in the years that I have shopped at this location, it’s seriously starting to suck. If you come in midday, only one of the self checkout areas is open & backed up into the deli & only one actual cashier. Ive gone to the produce section looking for something in the ad & asked an employee where said items may be only to be told, well they have hundreds of cases to stock so they may not have gotten to it yet. The isles are far too small & packed with displays making it almost impossible for people to even pass each other. Or like this morning when I went in for lunch meat. I went to the grab & go section but what I wanted wasn’t there. There was an employee in the deli so I headed there. Before I even made it to the counter she called out, I’m not open until 8. So, those of us that shop early are just out of luck? Today was not the 1st time I’ve ended up walking out without spending a dime. The Kroger marketplace locations are so much better. Unfortunately, there’s not one in Bedford. It may be time to go elsewhere.

This is a trashy Kroger, everything about it is bad. And gets worse every year. Items don't ring up correctly, small aisles, it smells bad, prices way too high for poor quality food. I only go because I am so close, but every other grocer in a few miles of here is better, even Walmart which says a lot.

Store was clean and easy to find what I needled. This is not my kroger but every one was nice. Plus today was special day Texas Rangers World Series Torphy was there today.

As I looked around at all the other elderly folks shopping here, I wondered how many are forced to pay the higher prices for some sale items, because they’re not technically savvy enough download a Kroger App to clip their digital coupons?I’m 62 and I waisted probably 30 minutes on my phone trying to download their app, set it up with activation code, create a profile, set up my store location, scroll through menu options, all while constantly having to delete addon sale marketing popups.Then after all that, I clipping the coupons that I needed was forced to a self-checkout because of the long line at the only manned register and rung up my items.After which, I could not find where to enter anything to retrieve my clipped coupons.When I finally got someone to help me, he took my phone and pulled up a bar code, from who knows where on the phone app and scanned it on checkout reader and said have a great day.He then quickly started to walk away where I responded, “great, now how am I going to be able to do what you just did next time”. When he turned around, I said never mind, there won’t be a next time.

The bakery here is standard "blah" grocery store baked goods. If you NEED something, it'll usually have something that can be considered what you're seeking...but the quality and flavor is very much two-star level.

Rude cashier and awful service. No hello as greeting and no thank you at the end. And my donation was not appreciated but she thought it was not enough. Disgusting!

An employee punched me when I walked in the door & I had to file a police report. The manager didn't cooperate with police by sharing video of the incident or sharing contact information of the employee.Besides that, good location with good selection.

Spent 25 minutes (with only one other car that pulled up with me) waiting for my pick up order. Isaha was so slow both her and I went in the store to find out what was going on. Very bad service today.

What is really frustrating is that if you want sliced lunch meat and cheese it takes For Ever!!!!! They only always have one person working the counter.I unfortunately may need to start going to Market Street, they are much more fast and efficient and usually have 4 to 5 people on the deli counter

Went there today around noon. The lights were out in the deli and bakery. Nobody was available to help. The deli had also placed hot food to sit on the hot table all day so that they don’t have to serve you from the deli. Nobody wants to do their job here.

Absolutely THE worst customer service for a pharmacy over the phone I have EVER had. I was on hold for over twenty minutes and continually put on hold. No one ever came on and apologized for continually putting me on hold. It was just "ring, BAM. . .hold", again and again and again. I understand being busy, but that is just rude and unprofessional. If I didn't have to get a particular Rx filled there, they would not ever have my business. It would have been a different story if someone had just picked up the phone, apologized, and said they were slammed at the moment. That, I would have appreciated and understood. But, noo. Absolutely terrible customer service.

This location is the worst Kroger store I have ever done business with!!! Rude employees, poorly stocked, and the worst management anywhere!! Years ago, it was so much better, but I guess all the employees now are pissed that they actually have to work!

Worst Kroger I’ve been to in quite some time. Shame that it is the only grocery store in the city of Bedford. There aren’t enough employees and you’ll wait in line for 15-20 minutes at the self check out areas just to scan your food and leave. The employees who do work the registers are surly, unfriendly and just have terrible customer service. Whomever manages this place should be fired, the store tore down and a new and improved grocery store built in its place. (HEB, I’m talking to you!)Also, they’ve got salesmen trying to sell you things like internet service on the produce/sushi side of the store. Very annoying to be harassed while grocery shopping.

With any business, it starts with the employees because they are who make things happen!Doreen, one of the cashiers at this Kroger was not friendly at all! First off, I was not greeted and that is a big no no in customer service! Then, she had a attitude with me laying my coupons down out of her way!Then, she was getting upset because someone in produce, who was upfront already was not getting to her fast enough to give a price!Customers see how you are and it leaves bad vibes!The bagger was very friendly, which I appreciate!

Brandon, it is so nice for you and your family that you can live high on the hog (traveling, pro sports events, fancy restaurants, etc) while the majority of your employees'...oops "associates'" wages are below the national poverty level and live with the company's scam benefit programs. (Not to mention the company controlled UFCW "labor" union. (Any members of honest labor unions ever seen a union that DOES NOT address health and safety concerns and actual major safety issues with management of the company their membership works for? UFCW doesn't do it.))Do you remember me, Brandon? I am the "associate" that worked for you at store #495 in Irving. You know, the one that worked while on a crutch because of knee injuries caused by the deplorable, unsafe condition of the store's parking lot. Injuries received while on the clock, doing assigned duties, but were declined as on the job injuries by Kroger-Texas. The "associate" you kicked to the curb (terminated) while still recovering from getting hit by a car while walking to a bus stop to go home from work. Here's a news flash for you: 21 months later, I'm still trying to recover. But you see, besides the brain injury, the left side of my heart was also damaged. That was just getting diagnosed at the time you fired me. 12 days in a hospital (3 in ICU, 9 in the Trauma Unit) and Kroger expects an "associate" to return to work within a month.

Came in last night with my 10 yr old. Self checkout was messing up HORRIBLY! however Terri was amazing. She was very calm and apologetic even though it was not her fault at all. Elijah came over to help and he was amazing as well. I had to come back in today for a refund and it was so simple. I don't like coming in the afternoon bc there are so many people but I will continue regardless due to the amazing people that work here. They are all so helpful and amazing!

The worst place or employees to load your car with grocery pick up....they just throw it in there with now care in the world stack heavy items on top of the eggs or frahile items like bread....glass bottles thrown in like its nothing...pretty sad this is what we come to when we pick up our food

This rating is for the meat department and not the store as a whole.One two occassions I’ve tried to buy mussels and they were all dead. I’ve bought them here before and only a few were done which is to be expected. One time before employee said “some may be alive “ most should be alive! After this experience ive encountered rude employees. Some just having an attitude with questions I had. For instance, I asked how much a piece of the pork belly was. He tried to tell me they don’t sell it (I was looking at it on the display). I told him I could see it and the price it stated and he’s like “well it’s that price” and I’m like I need to know how much it weighs since it’s priced that per pound. He scoffed and came to the display and asked what I wanted and I pointed, more attitude I wouldn’t have bought it if i didn’t need it tonight but I was tempted to just leave

Sue, she is fantastic! She treats each customer with respect and jumps in to help! I enjoy shopping at this location because I know she is there with a welcoming smile and a hello !Sam, he is just awesome! He works all over the store. I couldn't find any frozen bell peppers and searched until he found me 3 bags !Thank you for the service!

I used their pick up for first time May 11th, and LAST TIME. The service is absolutely pathetic, frustrating, and time consuming.*First the KROGER APP isn't customer friendly.As you click on items you think it's adding to your cart but it's going to a list then try moving those items to the cart doesn't work.Also when you clip the coupons and try to add the stuff to your cart is so difficult.😤 Even in the store it's hard to use the digital coupons also the associates don't seem familiar either and are rude when asked for assistance.*I completed my order the previous day about 8p for pick up nxt day 7-8p after work. So 24 hours in advance.When I ended my 12 hr shift I texted them on my way @7:20 in 5 mins. I arrived at 7:25 and messaged them I was there and they confirmed. Even if though I was the only one at pick up at 7:35 I was still waiting 😤so I called them and they said they will be right out. I waited another 10mins!! 😠😡I watched people arrive, go into the store and leave while I was waiting!! So disrespectful of my time.*When the associate finally brought my groceries he didn't even apologize for the wait. I suppose it's a regular thing for them.I waited 20mins!! after ordering the previous day, texting omw and on arrival. 20 mins! I work long shifts and this just defeated the whole point of 'pick up' for me.* Did I mention that I was the ONLY ONE waiting for pick up?! (I guess I know why now)*I have used grocery pick up several times with Walmart and Aldi, I never wait more than 5 mins and they have more people waiting for pick up. I have to say Kroger has a long way to go. Never making that mistake twice.

I was pretty shocked at what I saw while in line. We always try to use the in person check out because we enjoy that experience more than the self check out. The woman working the register was absolutely horrific to the customer in front of us. I think her name tag said Debbie. However, the customer told her she was not listening and she snapped back that he wasn't listening to her. Her paralanguage showed that she did not want to be there and she came off aggressive. It was absurd. An African American man was assisting her, but did not correct her ... So I can only assume that he was the bagger instead of her manager.This isn't acceptable. We didn't risk checking out with abusive and rude Debbie. Instead, we went to the self check out line. Then we got out of there. I think we will stick to other stores in the future. Just not good customer service. If Debbie will treat others this way ... I am sure she would treat me this way too. The customer and Debbie were still arguing when we left. The manager may want to stay up front in the future.
