Our Bella loves going to Camp Bedford! She starts getting excited in the car when she knows we are close. The staff has been really nice to me - I'm a worrier and have called during the day. They are patient and have sent me pictures when Bella has stayed overnight.

Camp Bedford is amazing! They always send me pictures of my dog every day he is there; it puts me at ease to know he is having fun! My dog is always SO happy when we get there that he just leaves me to go play!

They say they wash before each grooming but they dont..my schnauzer has knatting and saliva discolor in his beard and he still has dirty spots on his back..it all comes off and out when i wash him at home..he shakes uncontrollably and doesn’t want to go in when i take him, they also charge different tax prices each time i go..dont take your pets here, find somewhere else thats better and cares for them..this wasnt the first time, it has happened atleast the last three times i had took him but i thought maybe they just made a mistake, but no it was multiple times..also, your groomer has told me for the last 5 months that he has no fleas and whatever im doing to keep them off, continue doing it..so your reply is just another lie..you replied “you wash before the bath”, what does that even mean? i purposely didnt wash him that week because i knew you hadnt been doing it, and it was as I suspected..

For any pit mix dogs seeking grooming - they will not accept your pet. Their website states for boarding they are breed restricted but not grooming.It’s unfortunate that pits have a negative stigma, I will forever stand by the mindset that dogs are products of their environment and it is primarily dog owners that are the cause for aggression.I reached out requesting a grooming appointment for both my Jack Russell Pit Mix & my Yellow Lab Pit Mix and was immediately told no.I respect rejecting dogs after meeting them but don’t feel it’s fair to judge a dog on their breed. I’ve attached a photo of both my dogs who are in no way whatsoever aggressive pit bulls.

Been taking my boy Blue here for awhile. He loves it. They take really good care of him and I like that they get to roam around and play all day and not just stuck in a room by himself. He always comes home tired and needs a few days rest. So you know he is having a blast.

We have a 3 year old Belgian Malinois and we only take her to Camp Bedford! She always has a great time and we love that they send us a picture of her every day when we're away on vacation...let's us continue having fun when we know our sweet Faye is in good hands! Thank you, Camp Bedford!!

We love bringing our dog here. She isn’t super lovey on people, but she’s grown really fond of the folks at this facility and we feel very comfortable leaving her with them!

1st time visit to have our labradoodle groomed at this groomer. I thought it was hilarious to see our big fluffy dog in with all the smaller dogs, but everyone seemed to be getting along just fine. After all, he does think he is a lap dog!

My dad dropped his dog off for daycare. Her appointment had been deleted from the system so no record of her appointment. Apparently they void appointments if they don’t show up, didn’t know there was a certain time to arrive for daycare and it was only 11. They went ahead and booked the appointment again and my dad left. It was her first time being left anywhere and she was very nervous, 5 minutes later he gets called to pick her up because she was nervous, wasn’t interested in playing and wanted to be left alone. She did not bite, growl, bark or get aggressive. So what’s the problem? Why is she not welcome back? Because she’s “nervous” of course she is, it was her first time! You have to give dogs more than 5 minutes to adjust! My parents are having their apartment fumigated and now have to figure out what to do with her for 4 hours. My mom is bed bound and in a wheelchair so it’s a challenge getting her out and now my dad has the dog to. He’s 80!

Bella has been "camping" at Camp Bedford since 2017. Staff is friendly and they really love dogs! There is someone on site 24/7. Staff patiently answered all of my questions before first boarding reservation. They will send a picture of your dog everyday. Dogs usually play outdoors, but they do have room for indoor play if it rains.

3/30 - Barley loves bath and boarding at Camp Bedford. They are the best.Barley loves going to camp bedford. He always has a great time. Barley really enjoyed his time during his recent boarding. Went to Camp Bedford pet resort today for a meet and greet (mandatory before boarding). When I arrived, the only person trained to do meet and greets was there and seemed put off by the size of my mixed St. Bernard, she then notified me that I needed to bring his shot record in before we could continue with the appointment. BUT - prior to booking the appointment I was told on the phone by a gentleman that I only needed to bring the shot record the day of check in. SO- I had to drive 15 minutes home and back for the record. When I entered the facility the second time another women was standing there as well. Again, comments about how big my dog was, as if it was some sort of inconvenience. I handed the record to the " specialist meet and greeter" and she looked at it for 2 seconds then told me that my dog did not have the necessary shots required to board. I left the building and immediately booked an appointment with a vet who could get my dog in today for the "missing shot". SINCE I am leaving on a trip tomorrow and am now totally screwed if I do not get my dog into boarding for the weekend.later at the vet, the nurse reviewing my dog's records immediately recognized the Bordetella shot on his record, listed as a different name. By now it is too late for me to make the mandatory meet and greet necessary to keep him at this pet resort for the weekend. The staff at this location really need to be trained better and I would also recommend adding more "qualified" personnel to the staff who can help with meet and greets. Will not use this place for boarding now or ever in the future.

My dog is a one year old German Shepard lab mix. He is a sweet boy and great with other dogs, but can get overwhelmed/over-stimulated in new environments. He was kicked out of day camp after his second day there due to MINOR behavior issues with no exceptions (he was nipping after being corrected for playing in the water bowl...)I was called to pick up my dog in the middle of my work day after already pre-paying for the entire week of day camp passes. When I went to go pick the dog up, the staff was rude and did not say anything to me. Although we were ultimately refunded for the pre-paid classes, this is a warning for all you dog parents out there: consider a different location for day camp! Especially, if you have a young dog that needs more than one chance because you will not get it here.

Great play place and kennel! The staff is fantastic ... they are always great with the dogs. We take our GSD for play-days to keep her social and board her there as well.

I do not recommend this place if you have a highly active or socially anxious pet. I was not permitted to escort my dog to the back or give her a treat to calm her nerves. When a couple of dogs barked at her, she responded in kind. I was then told she was not a good fit. We have no issues with other boarders.

I've never had any problems here the service is excellent the owner is really nice most of people that that I've known that have worked there have been super nice my dogs have both loved it there and the groomer is excellent if you want your dog deshedded but you need to call ahead because they're always booked

Brought my small senior rescue here for two evenings and she was “aggressively humped” by other dogs leaving scars on her belly. Wish I could give 0 stars.

Amazing groomer, staff, and service! The dogs get tons of playtime inside and outside, and are always supervised. They’re not one of those places that keeps your dog in a cage all day long. The pricing is great and they even send photos of your dog while in their care! You can trust Camp Bedford with your fur babies as they treat them as their own. My dog caught canine influenza at Camp Bedford. I called the owner to explain the situation. He would not guarantee me that he would proper cleaning and disinfecting protocols to prevent other pets from getting it. He came across as uncaring. Mu dog is hospitalized. She is very. My main concern is preventing other pet's from getting ill. Apparently, other pets and their owners have had similar experiences at Camp Bedford. The people running it do not understand canine infectious diseases, how they are spread, incubation periods and how to prevent them. We will not return. I will make sure to share with others about our experience. It is is not about the vet bills. The owner kept arguing with me tht he was not responsible for the vet bills. I did not ask him to pay for the bill one time. I only wanted to know how he was going to clean the facility. However, most reputable companies do cover the vet bills when animals become sick at their facility.

I've taken my dog here for years, and I just would like to say, what a great place compared to some others we've been to! They really care about each individual dog and make sure the dogs are as comfortable as possible! I don't feel bad leaving my baby boy here because I know he will be loved and be well taken care of. The building always smells nice and clean, and my dog doesn't stink whenever he comes home! I Highly recommend bringing your dog here!!!!! :)

I LOVE CAMP BEDFORD!!! I wish I could give them 6 or 7 stars!! I love this place!! I wish I had found them earlier for the daycare and boarding. Grooming today with Kristen was awesome and my 2 long haired dachshunds look and feel great! Such a nice feeling to know we have a place to go where they are so well cared for. And I love that it shows in the attitude of the dogs who come to play, get groomed and board there! Highly recommend the care that dogs get here!!

I moved back here in August and I know it can be hard not knowing who to trust with your fur babies but I just googled Camp Pet Bedford and tried them out and OMG I love them! The office staff is so quick to respond, nice and personable. My dogs have been here for boarding and daycare and they love it. The best thing is when I board them, they send me photos. They are really well priced compared to other places around here. Thank you guys for always taking such good care of my babies ❤️

Our two very spoiled dachshunds do well at CBPR. One is older and gets the isolated downtime she needs. The other gets to do the socializing and time with her sister, as well. We get pictures while we are away. When we return from a trip to pick them up, they are certainly glad to see us and go home, but they are not distressed like they have been when they have stayed with other providers. I feel comfortable with them at Camp Bedford; and so do they.

My pup loves this place. It’s the only place he likes being left. They see him and greet him my name and he recognizes each handler. Great spot for my pup! And the groomers did a fantastic job. This is our new one stop shop for boarding and grooming!

We strongly recommend Camp Bedford Pet Resort !!! Fantastic place for dogs. Either if you go away and need someone to take care of your dog or if you know you will have a busy day and you won't have time for your dog you can just bring your pet for a play day. Your dog would have so much fun! We have to Boxers and we are so grateful that we have discovered this awesome place. We have visited few different Pet Resorts in the area and for some reason we could't trust them. What is different about this place is the fact that they are extremely clean and super organized and they know 100% what they are doing! They will send you pictures every day of your dog so you know he/she is doing good. Seems also like they are also very passion about this what they do. We love this place - they do an amazing job that's why we give the 5 stars !
