Horrible!! Over the last year I have had to fill 3 prescriptions that I needed and every single time I have had to wait days almost close to a week because of various reasons...medicine not ordered... miscommunications..canceled prescriptions. RIDICULOUS!!!! Thank God it's not life saving medicine I needed I'd be dead with no thanks to this joke of a pharmacy! STEER CLEAR!!! There's plenty of local pharmacy's in our area!

Best experience ever: Dr. Sinin Allahalih is a class act. She is professional, efficient, and highly informative. She analyzed the benefits and risks of every vaccine, addressed my concerns, and clarified internet info. She gave me the Prevnar 20 with no side effects and no pain (even a month later). I got in and out in 5 minutes even though the Pharmacy was very crowded.

This pharmacy is absolutely horrible!!!!! I have used walgreens for 35 years and this location has to be the absolute worst one... don't call... you will sit on hold forever , get shipped to multiple different people and still can't get a straight answer from any of them. The prescriptions here lately are never filled at the promised time... and the pharmacy staff is rude...

I called before I drove an hour to get Here the pharmacy lied stating the could fill the prescription and it was in stock. I wait 1.5 hours for them to tell me they can't fill it in the state of Texas.

I was at the pharmacy to get flu shot and person who waited on me was very rude and should not be working in the public. If this happens again I will take my business somewhere else it was at 10.10 on 9-20-23 and the person's name tag said Hawkins. I will not let her wait on my again. She embarrassed me in front of the other customers.

Piper in the pharmacy is not suited to work in the public. At least that is what she told me her name is due to her name tag worn backwards. At 2:00 this afternoon she told us an hour wait on a percription that was already called in. She was told the address was wrong in the computer and was given the correct info. A few hours later we went in to pick it up and we're told it would be ready the next day. She still had the wrong address in the system. Once again we gave her the correct info. Now we are told it would be a 10 minute wait. She got an attitude saying that another Walgreens filled the order. We were never told it was moved to another pharmacy nor did we request such action be taken. When we got the percription I asked what the address is in the system she gave me the old info, again, for the third time. By this point I am highly irritated about her incompetence and mentioned that she had three chances to fix it and delaying a sick customer is not acceptable, this employee laughed at me. I mentioned this to another employee behind the pharmacy counter and was dismissed. She never apologized in any form, just laughed in my face. We will be going to a different pharmacy, one that cares about the customers. If she gave me the wrong name, at this point she knew why I was asking, she is a younger lady running the register in the pharmacy. It is unacceptable to treat people like this.

We were out of town and had to wait over three hrs to get our medicine filled after being told it would only be 30 mins. The employees are rude and slow. It’s ridiculous.

I have never in my life had a prescription filled SO FAST (and trust me, I've had many filled!). It was a paper Rx and it took less than 3 minutes from start to finish!This was around 3am on 7/2/22. She was amazing!!

Horrible experience with this pharmacy. I requested a refill early as was traveling and forgot my medication. I then cancelled the refill as was over $100 to pay out of pocket. Through this they cancelled the whole prescription that had 7 refills left . What a total mess!!! When I called to get it fixed I waited over 45 minutes on hold and then they disconnected me. Never use this place if you want to actually talk with someone over the phone for any reason.

I don't know how many times I have called. The pharmacist are extremely nice. As long as I call before I go to pick them up. They will have them ready to go. They always say 90 minutes. I have waited 10 minutes they were ready. Depends how busy they are. With over 10 hospitals in that area. They are extremely busy. Hands down the best pharmacy I have ever been to. I don't know what these other people are talking about. CALL BEFORE YOU GO UP THERE!!!

I want to brag on one specific person. If I misspell her name I’m sorry ahead of time. But her name is Kalishea Goodwin I think. Couldn’t really read her name tag from far away. I came in with my newborn in a car seat. The doctor office I just left called my sons medication in to the wrong location. Mind you, the pharmacy is slammed packed with a long line. I started to get a little frustrated but I looked and EVERY SINGLE pharmacy worker was moving with a purpose and busy doing something. Well Kalishea was extremely professional and helpful due to the doctor offices mistake. Thank you. You def deserve a raise.

Been holding for someone 18+ minutes now every six minutes or so someone picks and says we’ll be with you in a moment thank you for holding. This is ridiculous. Where’s the customer service. They got one star because you have to pick one to leave a review.

Terrible customer service in the pharmacy. Called and was put on hold for 15 minutes, they picked up the phone every few minutes to rattle off “Pharmacy please hold” and slammed it back down before finally hanging up on me.Called right back, they answered after a few mins, asked what I needed and promptly hung up when I told them I needed a refill.

They never have my prescriptions ready even when I've gotten an automated call hours before saying it's ready. The last time I went through the drive through the lady asked me to pull around and wait in line 3 TIMES so she could fill my script I should have gotten hours before. They are incredibly disorganized, unprepared, (every single day.) and rude.

I work for a doctor's office here in Beaumont. We send MANY RX here. The medications are never ready and we have to call in multiple times. Forget about their voicemail, because they "don't get it" or "was accidentally erased". Worst customer service of ANY pharmacy in SETX. The pharmacy staff member I spoke to this morning was very argumentative, rude and of absolutely NO help. She would apparently prefer being unemployed. My patient is switching her pharmacy.

Drive thru is the worst ever!!!! If my medicine needed to save me I'd die in line waiting. People have 100 questions to ask when they get their prescription if they have so many questions they need to go inside instead of holding up the whole process

I called to ask if there was a particular syringe available. The girl said, "Let me check". I waited on hold for 12 minutes listening to music. Then I was hung up on. If this staff doesn't want to serve the customers they need a different job. Horrible customer service! Awful! Get rid of them!!!

DO NOT COME HERE! The Pharmacy is HORRIBLE.I had multiple problems with my visit, but the worst was:Pharmacist said, "Your prescription is ready.... Called at 11 p.m. (husband picked up medication earlier and forgot to ask) to make sure that my daughters epilepsy medication and the medication her doctor wrote out for her cold could be taken together. I was told I have over 100 others waiting on me call back later. ARE YOU SERIOUS???? I hope corporate checks in on this.

I’ve used Walgreens pharmacy for years!!! Never have I had an experience like I had on tonight. In the middle of a pandemic and highly stressful times, I was trying to get my kids prescription filled and the pharmacy tech stated that she couldn’t find my kids insurance, pull around and come in. 🙄 No ma’am, it’s not safe for me to bring my kids in. (She just didn’t try to me and she was more interested in getting the next person in line). I pulled around and got KAREN, who was the highlight of my rough day. She helped me with a smile from the beginning to the end. She acknowledged me by my name and held light and positive conversation, while working at the same time. She went through and found my kids insurance in no time; and while rapping up I see the original girl that was helping me running out the door with her bags. I just want to say thank you KAREN for your help on tonight, you’re truly appreciated!!!! Keep up the good work!!!

My new insurance has a relationship with Walgreens, so I am going to have to deal with it. But the service just isn't up to standards. I was back for the second day (the doctor's office sent the prescription to the wrong place). The lady at the counter said it would now be ready in a couple of minutes. So, I wondered around the store for five minutes and then went up to the counter (there was nobody in line and the car at the drive through was pulling away). The counter lady looked up my prescription and said it would be 15 more minutes. It is beyond me why you can stop the process for someone standing at the counter and get the prescription filled. It was a for a pre-packaged prescription.

I have filled prescriptions at Walgreens from New Orleans to Houston and never have experienced the problems I have in Southeast Texas. Your bigger stores are completely understaffed and your phone system is dependent on your pharmacy staff who are completely overwhelmed. May I suggest a dedicated staff to answering the phone independent of having to actually fill the script. Staff would not be interrupted every time a call comes in.Your automated re-fill system seems to be an improvement, but you still can't talk to a person.

As a pharmacist at walgreens i understand peoples reaction to the lack of ability to contact someone on the phone or the slow service. However, you have to understand its a business and the staffing very thin. There are also state laws on the allowed ratio between technicians and pharmacists. Pharmacists are not cheap, its not as if walgreens can just go nuts hiring pharmacists. The reality is you can always go somewhere else for Rx filling and most of the big chains are going to be about the same. If you want a smaller, more personal experience at a pharmacy try a small independent, but as volume of work increases they too will experience the same problems as the big chains.

This is one of a couple 24 hour pharmacies... too bad it is stalked by all the panhandlers in Beaumont. They hit you up coming and going in the store and parking lot. I offered to pray for them and even told one I would help him find a job but he said he didn’t need a job and Jesus was taking good care of him now.
