I love Sam's club!!! That's why I'm a member 😂 I enjoyed this store. Everything was well put together and stock un-like my local Sam's that's always out of stock on products or they run out. Some of the employees can be a bit rude other than that worth making the stop and stocking up on products you need.

I had the best experience at Sam’s. The cashier, I didnt get her name but wish I would have. She was amazing and the young man Devante that helped me load my car, was very helpful and polite! Made my shopping experience great!

The location is very small and the products are limited in everything. I wish they would have more options such as a bigger city. Also, they are always short on items some weeks they have it and other weeks they don't. Be careful when buying bakery products they don't have long expiration dates.

I visit this Sam's Club location frequently when I travel to Beaumont. And it ALWAYS has a great stock of items to choose from, unlike my regular location in my home city. But it's also ALWAYS packed with customers, so depending on what time you arrive, it's hard to find adequate parking.

I think this may be my favorite Sam's Club ever. It's the old design and has probably been there since late 80s. It's very clean and well organized but seems to have more stuff than our giant Sam's at home. Incredibly well managed and friendly, helpful staff.

Pretty bad experience!Non educated lady at the entrance pretending that a customer for more than 14 years has to walk outside because membership is not upgraded as she wants. After calling customer service line and explaining the situation and telling the lady over the phone that I was just browsing products and waiting until 10 am to pay, she agreed and apologized about the bad manners and funny laughing of the lady and her coworker, after being arrayed and discriminated by a giant lady that seems to be the one that intimidates customers.Very disappointed and thinking that Sam's is not doing a good hiring process and just having people working at this place that don't see customers with respect.We need another option in town. Maybe Costco will be a good idea to demonstrate that Sam's and the bad crew is not the answer to the customers in town.Sad to show the Laura lady that any customer with a paid membership is welcome to the store anytime.Lack of management and professional customer service.

This is the third time now that I come 2 hours or more before they are scheduled to close and they are supposedly out of pizza. Y’all ain’t fooling anyone. Stop being lazy and do the job you are paid to do. Sam’s management has to get this under control. If y’all out of pizza how are y’all selling it the next morning? One is believable but 3 times. Come on now. Do better.

Terrible delivery service. I ordered a big chest freezer for my restaurant and the delivery driver dropped it a dented it. Also asked me to carry it inside for him while the lady that came with him stood there and watched. Terrible service, never again.

We love to shop at Sam's Club in Beaumont, TX. Their store is normally stock well and is clean. Checkout clerks are friendly. Fresh meats are generally priced well along with seafood.

My husband and I have been members for a few years 5+ for me 10 + for my husband. We travel and they always have a Sams close by. I love the scan and go app. I simply scan an item, it adds to my cart and when I'm done shopping I pay. It helps alot especially going shopping with my 4 kids.In this Beaumont this last time I went my son dropped his drink I let the staff member know and she was just the rudest person I encountered in my life. She said I seen without looking at me and left and got someone else to come with her. I stayed because i didnt want anyone to get hurt while she left. She came back mumming and just saying things to herself. Just like annoyed. I am completely in awed that people are hired and customers treated this way. The other lady that came with her was much nicer and I told her I'm sorry this happened and she said it's okay no worries ma'am. She was much nicer.I usually do my shopping online but since it's a little chilly outside I wanted to buy my boys some winter clothes and some gloves and hat but I guess I'll stick to online shopping if employees are going to treat their customers this way.

Good place to shop in bulk. Just remember that you need a membership to shop. About half of the merchandise you can find on a consistent basis but the other stuff they rotate through so if you see it and love it you should probably get it. They also sell cute affordable baby clothes. Friendly staff

We have been Sam's Club members now for about 4 years. We are a family of 7. We finally moved our membership to the premier membership level about a year ago because we were buying so much food and we are now getting money back which is a big plus. The gas station is awesome as well. And there's no cheaper way to eat a fast meal and get full then at Sam's Club. Just got a $52 off (Sam's cash) because of our loyalty (We prob shop here one a month)...& the Store Manager just gave us $15 off because of a slightly dented Umbrella Base (It was the last one).

If I could give a negative star review I certainly would! Your customer service is absolutely a joke! I ordered an item that didn't show up, call and am told that they've tracked it and it's delayed but will be delivered. Wait almost another week and call back only to be told the item is out of stock and that it was never tracked and that I can have a refund which will take up to 10 days! You didn't wait 10 days to take my money! Not to mention you still owe us for 2 items we purchased months ago! Time to give Costco our business, I don't care how far I have to drive!!

Great pricing and great prices. Still not as good as Costco, but great option since there is no Costco here. The service desk/membership clerks are awful. Both times I've had to go there they can't be bothered to do their job. The gal today was leaning on the counter on her phone. When we walked up for service she was nasty about us asking a question and said she would call someone to electronics to help us and we wait almost 15 mjns and left. Poor service so taking a star away from my rating. If the next time I go it's better I will bring it back, if not I will take away another star.

I have been a member of Sams for years, and today I just wanted to buy a 5 dollar roast chicken, and the system asked me to renew my membership, unfortunately I did not have the 110 dollars, I asked the employee if he could do something for me, and with With an annoyed face he told me: I can't do anything, you need to renew, the truth is I was embarrassed, it was just a 5 dollar chicken and he couldn't even give me a day pass to buy it, what a disappointment

I went in to buy some soup that was in the advertisement and wasn't sure where it was. I was in the cold section and asked someone in a yellow vest, he told me to find an employee in a blue vest and didn't help me actually. I'm disabled, in a wheelchair, doesn't mean that I don't deserve respect. My money is the same color, spends the same. Just like it helps pay your salary. Very disappointed with this employee. The next one I found was working in the clothing section, asked for her help. She left her section and looked up the item and took me to it. I wish I could remember her name, if it wasn't for her I would have contacted the manager of that section.

My go to store. Everything is better shopping at my Beaumont Sam's Cub! They have everything I need,want or add to my wish list! The employee's are always happy to assist with my every need....Can't beat their prices either!

This Sam's has the BEST.. EST EST EST customer service. We (3 women) were traveling from Houston for a football game in Port Neches and had a blow out in Anahuac. We were able to change the tire to the donut and make it to Beaumont but were super worried about making it back to Houston on a donut ON I-10 at night. We stopped at this Sam's and the tire center was closed. Jose was closing down for the night. We explained our situation, and Jose called for manager. The manager allowed Jose to reopen, sell us a new tire and put it on. He did it without complaint or hesitation.PNG beat us but we made it home safely ONLY because of the generosity of the staff there. It speaks volumes when you care about people enough to ensure their safety! Thank you!!!

More checkers than last time. Love the rotisserie chickens but they added bbq ribs a d cut quantity of chickens. BBQ is o. Every corner and not a fan of it!!! I want chickens because they are big and jucie! Wish they carried baking pans and they have some but they are disposable. Used to get Metamucil there but have not seen for a bit. Wish we had a Costco in our area for more choice. A few of Sam's employees even said Hello and have a nice day! ❤️ it!!

Shopping at Sam's is my go to! No need to wait in long lines if you simply download the app, and pay as you shop. They will scan your barcode on your phone as you leave. No waiting in long lines to check out... Great experience as always ☺️ I wish all stores had this amazing app...

It's gone downhill since the last time I had a membership almost a decade ago. Prices are very hit and miss. Most things I checked today are barely cheaper at Sam's than at other stores, some were actually more expensive.I bought a 36-pack of Coke Zero, which was a few cents cheaper than HEB or Wal-Mart, so awesome I guess. But when I opened the package at home I realized one of the cans in the middle of the pack was open and dripping.Calling customer service was an exercise in frustration. After navigating the standard robot menu and trying to be connected to a human being, the line rang continuously for a couple of minutes, then disconnected. I guess I should have expected that since when I passed the customer service kiosk while I was there, the phones were constantly ringing and being ignored by the two associates at the desk. Tried calling four additional times to no avail.So to get this sorted out I guess I have to waste some time and gas driving over there. The whole point of a warehouse store like this is so I don't have to go very often, so this kind of defeats the purpose.Can we please get a Costco in Beaumont?
