I bought two bags of dog food about a month ago just so I wouldn’t have worry about running out at last min. Today I went to open the second bag and there was an issue with the food (silk worms) and of course I didn’t have the receipt. I will have to say the employees at the Dowlen store were so helpful and exchanged it no questions. The manager said that does happen even when the bag is sealed. I love Petsmart and the staff is always so helpful and friendly. My babies will be so happy when I get back with their food. Thank You Petsmart

I went to this location to pickup a collar I had ordered for in store pickup and instead of fulfilling the order for an adult size cat collar as it was ordered they fulfilled it as a kitten collar. Then, when I asked for the adult collar that I ordered they called my cat fat and proceeded to make fun of him for not fitting into a kitten sized collar as a 2 year old fully grown cat. Then, after all of this and them not having the collar I ordered, they were very disrespectful and completely unprofessional. The employee that thought it was cute to bully a cat was Charlie, and the manager that allowed it and refused to refund me was Karen. This location is terrible and if they will say that to me about my cat, imagine how they probably treat the cats they have there for adoption. Completely disgusting.

We bought three snakes here which one of them was kind of aggressive but they had no problem refunding it and exchanging it for another one which turned out to be great. In the cashier or staff member named Dai was awesome and very helpful

We stopped by today to hopefully pick up some fish, but there were more dead than alive.Each time we come here their tanks are dirty, and a lot of their fish are dead.Some of the staff are usually nice, but others not so much.

We usually go to Petco because it is easier to get to & right next to Barnes & Noble. Honestly didn't even realize this Petsmart was here, BUT Petsmart is noticeably nicer with a better selection of items! We'll be back.

One of the young ladies at the groomers was excessively rough with my dog and hurt him. Really seemed to me that it was intentional because some prices were wrong in their system and I asked them to fix it. It was NOT necessary to hurt my dog! It was very upsetting! Very terrible service and customer service. I won’t be back. I do NOT recommend bringing your precious furbaby here.

The fish section always has dead fish- there were multiple dead frogs. They always have food in stock, but it’s hard to recommend this store over Petco

This is the best place in Beaumont for pet food and toys. The staff is very friendly and helpful. If you are familiar with aquatics petco has never been on the same level as petsmart when it comes to fish selection. They also have turtles crabs and more. They keep everything clean and have good hours open seven days a week and you never will be kept waiting. Love this petsmart

I walked around to find the dog food I needed and then they didn't have it. The pups getting their nails trimmed they did a wonderful job and I appreciate it for that

Super knowledgeable employees, so helpful in every area. The adoption center is always clean. Groomers are the best. There are so many items to pamper our furry babies with from food and treats to toys and clothing. Also medicines for the times when they are a little bit under the weather or have an ouchie. Dont forget the birds, fish and reptiles. Petsmart also price matches.

I had this lady that said she worked for blue Buffalo pet food and at first she was very helpful but she became a little annoying trying to get me to try their products.I may have tried it at another time but I explained to her what specifically my Vet told me to get, but that didn't stop her from suggesting other products.I can say she did her job but it was too much for me so I left sooner than I had planned

PetSmart far exceeds Petco by miles. Petco is a sh!thole while PetSmart is a beautiful store stocked fully with anything and everything that your pet would need. The associates are helpful and the selection of products is pleasing. Unquestionably the best pet store in Beaumont. Check it out!
