Someone made a 1 star review because the store catered to the Hispanic community and not the black community… dude… the sign is literally in Spanish. And that area has a dramatically huge Hispanic population. Just go somewhere else. Beaumont has a huge selection. Just saying.

This is the first store I went to when I moved here when I was looking for snow cone syrup, and the ingredients for tamales. I love this store. The bakery is clean and fresh. Let's not forget delicious. The employees are so helpful and they go out of their way to find things you may need. The prices are really good. It's almost time to go buy my tamale ingredients.

Mercado's was 😍 Fantastic the young man in produce answered every question I asked concerning certain produce kindly an he was very helpful and the meat dept was awesome best fresh cut oxtails ever my granddaughter an great granddaughter(who is 2 had a great time we even stopped at the deli and the deli manger Holly was awesome the store manger had to love kids because my great grandbaby had a adventurous time an the smiles of welcome was so family oriented bianca the cashier was also kind this we be our store is loving totally family oriented no discriminating I felt so happy spending money were you feel appreciated thank you all for the love see you soon also the store is totally clean an workers are working, store manager walking around looking for improvement and deli manager cleaning, produce guy answered many questions while working (cleaning fruits and veggies) attending to customers kindly TOTALLY loving this store

I love this grocery store! My girls love going here for "jelly fruit" and also for the variety of drinks they carry here! Also the fresh pan dulce is the best part for me😁

I always go there for grocery. Store is always clean and organized. Also, vegetables are fresh and if I ask them to bring fresh from the inside they always do it if it's in a stock. Never tried their deli services for chicken and pork but overall it's a good grocery shop to visit.

I love this store I'm so glad I found it. I'm new to the area &'googled mexican grocery stores and it came out so I decided that I must try it and it was so great they have awesome sweet bread, A great produce section and a nice meat counter that smells clean in fact the whole store is super clean. They even have burrito size homemade tortillas... I'm going to keep coming back here for sure

Clean, well stocked grocery store. Full of friendly and bilingual staff. Never long lines, they open up more cashier boxes once a line has about 3 people. Also has post to pay bills, western union, and get money orders.

I think the store needs a little bit more management a little bit more helping people that are that comes in there that are handicapped or disabled they're not very friendly there are some workers there that are there are a couple of managers there that will give a year and will help you that's one real great great manager he works in the evening time I don't know his name but he's a cylinder slender white guy and I like him I think he is great have a good attitude when you send me smiling and he he is just a nice young a nice man and I like him and he don't mind helping you bring your groceries to the car so I just think that he just awesome he will take his time to do this so thank you.

This place is owned by Market basket, therefore it's very expensive. It has a meat market that I'd fairly reasonable with prices BUT always has flies. Produce and mantequilla is the only reason we go here.....and that's few and far between because of prices and quality. The tres leche cakes are usually dry and taste like burnt caramel

This department store has very friendly staff. Since, I cook Nepali food, this store has all kinds of ingredients that we use and its affordable as well. You must be prepared to meet lots of friendly amigos.

I like to stop here to get beers that are not sold in Louisiana. It's an inner-city, Latino-based store, with lots of items sold toward this audience. The store is relatively clean, well-stocked, and neat. The prices are competitive. Overall, its good. RJT

The store is fun but the employees aren't afraid to show you that they do not lol to be there. I wish it were more inviting when it came to the cashiers but I guess you just don't make eye contact.

Their prices aren't the lowest in town but they're not expensive either. you can get a lot of unique things there that are not available at Kroger or market basket or HEB. All the clerks are bilingual as far as I can tell and it's just a cool place.

It's ok to run in for a few items especially Mexican products. I don't buy the meat or veggies because it's not organic. No organic foods so its not a favorite store for me.

Very akin to your normal Market Basket, but has a nice spanish theme, also plays lively spanish music which is enjoyable to listen to while shopping. Only down side here, is like most Market Baskets in older buildings, its not as clean as newer stores owned by other retailers.
