I usually enjoy going in to find what I need for my place of business. I do not like being followed through multiple aisles and watched like a thief. I was followed by an employee down 3 aisles while I was browsing. It made me uncomfortable and I don't want to go in there again. Also had some keys cut and none of the keys fit. This happened twice.

The employees here were very friendly and helpful. One older gentleman walked me to everything I needed and helped me find the exact fit screws I needed. Will be heading back here for my next home repair need.

M&d is the place to go to! They have everything you need and there’s someone ASKING YOU if you need help every few minutes. Unlike having to hunt someone down at any other chain hardware store. The store is always well organized, clean, and all the employees are always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable especially Thomas he’s fantastic!

This place was so helpful, I had to leave a review. We went in for obscure things like mower blades and empty spray bottles, among other things, and was immediately helped by employees that just happen to be available one after the other. They were all super friendly, knew exactly where everything was at, and the place was laid out pretty well. We left in such a good mood just from the vibe 😂 they even had diatomaceous earth. We cut out an entire trip to Home Depot on our list. Go here for all your obscure stuff!!

I only come to Ace Hardware for their delicious Worlds Finest Chocolate bars. They have the crisp bar, almonds bar, camarel bar, and milk chocolate bar. The bars are located by the checkout area near the front door towards College Street inside the store. Overall, the sales floor associates are friendly. My only concern are the cashiers near the front door. I believe that the cashiers near the front door need more customer-service friendly skills in order to help each & every customer have a comfortable & satisfying experience. Whenever I get to checkout by the cashiers by the front door, I feel uncomfortable as if the cashiers are not providing a satisfying experience. However, we all make mistakes and I am allowing for 2nd chances for humanities sake. Whether the cashiers are new, I want Ace to have a good training program for their cashiers in order for every customer to have a positive experience. I highly recommend this Ace Store for their amazing selection of products & great sales floor workers. Also, all of Ace Hardware stores have the Worlds Finest Chocolate bars at every location based on their online website, usually by the main check out area towards their front entrances.

Almost uniformly excellent service over the years we've shopped there; friendly and knowledgeable floor staff that make themselves readily available for assistance. They can actually answer questions about not only where items are located, but questions about home improvement projects when you're not quite sure. The cashiers are not quite that friendly as the floor staff, but still better than the big box stores' cashiers, so it's still a win.

This store is awesome!!! They had everything we were looking for (couldn't find at Lowe's or Walmart) plus they had free popcorn and they had a ton of old school candy and homemade soaps for sale! And the cashier Tabitha was really nice!! We'll definitely be coming back!

The costumer service made me feel like a thief. I couldn't look around without someone asking me if I was going to buy that. I hated the time I spent there and the only reason I stayed is because I was there with someone helping him find the things we needed. I would not go back there and if you do go please make sure you know exactly what it is you want and get it quickly and leave quickly. It might be better to go to Sutherland lumber yard they have pretty much the same stuff.

This particular place is in my opinion, the best place in the Golden Triangle to purchase your hard to find items as well as everything else you will need for projects. The customer service is the best anywhere in our area. The prices are extremely reasonable on all of their products. It's a candy/toy store for anyone who loves building, designing, arts and crafts, just about anything you could want is in this store. I could live in it.

Customer service by far is the best in town. Absolutely outstanding you can go to any department and there is somebody there to help you unlike the other stores throughout phone my. Not only can you go to the other departments if you need something in one area they alert that herria in an associate is ready and waiting to help you by the time you get there they have the best customer service not only in hardware but probably in any retail in Belmont thus far absolutely outstanding.

Like many others, I had busted waterlines due to our cold spell this week. I went there after one of the larger chain stores didn't have any of what I needed. Their parking lot was packed, so I didn't know what to expect when I got in there. A gentleman asked me what I needed, I told him and in a matter of minutes I was headed home. They had all hands on deck, everyone was courteous and helpful. Thank you M&D supply, you saved the day.

The guy that rented us a machine to remove tile was very helpful and up front about the machine having just been repaired. Well we rented, it didn't work properly so when I took it back one of the managers (a lady, didn't catch her name and she wasn't wearing a name tag) didn't want to refund any of the charges because I didn't bring it back sooner. Long story short I choose not to stand there and explain that I had more to worry about than the tile as we just lost our entire house in the hurricane Harvey floods... so my review is very mixed because she was the only bad apple in the bunch. So I'll just say beware with the rental department! And steer clear of the long haired Hispanic woman in management and your shopping experience should be good!

The folks here are always so helpful! I think the employee to customer ratio is 1/1 or at least it feels like it. They care and they WANT to help unlike many of the big box stores. I always go to M&D first. They have the customer experience down to a T!

I called this morning to ask about an online order that was canceled and to see if they had something else in stock that could work as a replacement. The woman who answered the phone was extremely rude and not helpful. I'm happy to say that I found the item I need at Lowe's.

The hubby and I spoke with Jesse about a tester to check our electric hot water heater that wasn't getting hot. Jesse took his time and threw out different reasons and told us to check the breaker and sometimes it may not look like it tripped but we went home and sure enough it was tripped and we have hot water now...he saved us a lot of money and headache. Thank you Jesse

I have to say that M&D Supply is by far the very best for whatever you need ,from A to Z they will have it or in some cases they can get it. There employees are exceptional at helping you find the items and if need be they can explain the how to do it in a way that even a child can understand. I know that this is a bit lengthy but I assure you that this reveiw dosen't give enough kudos to M&D Supply. I refuse to give my business to any other Hardware Store . Give them a try and I'LL bet you will feel the same as I do..Thanks M&D, y'all are the best and I have forgot the rest !

I was in M&D today everyone is always so nice and helpful until today the lady in the paint department was awful i asked for paint for vent hood to paint with a brush she took down aisle behine the register and did not show me. I went to the register and asked if I neede to come back later she never answered ne just picked up the phone and paged a Manager. I've beena Customer service Manager and she said 2 words to me, or I will be with you sortly. Shes some more teaining.

Prices are lil bit higher than other stores BUT!, they have the best quality at all and they bring to you the best customer service too! In addition they have the most in variety tools and products for any kind of craft. They have an area in where they put very cheap great deals only.
