Every time I come to store to get rotorsie chicken they are not out and I have to wait 30 minutes or leave without them I always come about 11.15 and thought they where suppose to be out by 11. Seems no one cares so I set and wait 30 minutes. Will go somewhere else next time

I go shopping here like 3 times a week because it close to my house and I like the products/prices they have. The people here have always been very sweet and helpful but yesterday was very different! I was there and went to check out and the lady was very rude and snotty. She held my basket up in the air and dumped my stuff out all over the place and threw the basket! Then I tried to give her my savings card and she gave me a nasty look and wouldn't take it, she rudely told me to go on the other side and do it myself and when I said I'm sorry I shop here often and they always do it she rudely says no they don't! Will never have her check me out again if I decide to go back!

RUDE Self Checkout & Customer service workers. Management does not care and is right there with their unprofessional. CORPORATE PLEASE DO SOMETHING! This is common at this store…just read the reviews. LILA needs to work on how she talks to customers. She is rude to us everytime we go! I’ve talked to other regulars who have said the same thing

This has always been a clean and we'll staffed Kroger. I live 30 minutes away and still choose this place over my local Walmart and other grocery stores. The vegetables and fruit always look fantastic and that area is always clean. The employees are helpful and will stop what they're doing in order to help you. The cashier's are also the friendliest I've met at any grocery store I've been too. Great store all the way around but definitely wins most for good fresh foods.

It's decent inside but the main photo I have requested removal of is misleading...this Kroger is not the updated version you expect when you arrive. I was purposely looking for the larger updated version of the store and not the old version. I uploaded the actual photo of the store for those who want to know what it really looks like on the outside.

Listen, I’m so over the Spectrum guys at this Kroger. I choose to go to this Kroger because there aren’t as many people and I can get in and out quickly. But I’m going to choose H‑E‑B instead now. The Spectrum guys are just too aggressive and they tried stopping me not once but TWICE! I told them no thanks when I walked in, why should I have to tell them yet again no when I leave??? They are always like this and I’m over it. Why is Kroger allowing soliciting in their store??

Always friendly staff and well stocked. Their meat sales and quality are best around. Even had cashier lines open after 8pm! Go get some bakery goods... always fresh!!🎄🎄

Has anyone noticed that if you pay with cash at the self checkout that you get the dollar amount of change back but you don't get the coins part of your change back?

Everything was conveniently located. The only issue was probably not a private restroom since you get really strange characters in there while trying to use the toilet. Had a man talk to himself the entire time I was trying to use it. I felt a little uncomfortable because he smelled quite funky. Other than that the store is perfect and the one manager whose named started with a C was excellent.

The reason I'm giving 1 star is not because of the store itself, but when checking out it asked for an email. After selecting no to receiving ads, they're still spamming my email, and to make matters worse when trying to unsubscribe it asks me to make an account before being able to do so. Trash

Shopping is good, but their shopping carts are TRASH!!! Nothing but shake, rattle and barely roll!!!The parking lot, has pot holes, ALOT of pot holes!! If you have a 4 wheel drive, you love the Kroger parking lot!!

The only one in Beaumont. I live in Houston so I have amazing Kroger and great people . I recently told my parents about Kroger and so they went to get stuff. The worker there are so rude and giving snide remark . My mom is Asian and she def can understand them. She told me they were so rude to her and giving her rude remark . She will be doing self checkout next time . I’ll teach her so the worker can get off her back . It doesn’t matter how much soda she wants to buy, that’s none of y’all business. You don’t questions other about what they buy , why are you questioning my mom for? We have tons of party so we get soda when we can. Please train your employee

Do not do Kroger pickup here. I waited over an hour and had to go in twice and pick up my own groceries!! I placed my order at 2pm for pickup at 5. I park and wait. I notice people pulling up after me and are getting their groceries. 30 min go by and I go in to ask about my order. Greeted by a manager and find out they never got notified about my order... Luckily I only ordered 10 items and she went to get my groceries. I wait back in my car and ANOTHER 30 min go by!! I go back in and the pickup employee is clocking out. I ask the manager where are my groceries?? She gets them from the back knowing I've been waiting this whole time. I just grab my groceries and leave.Do yourself a favor and just go to the one on Dowlen.

**They just fired three managers in less than a week at this one store. In my opinion, the ones fired should not have been. I will not go in this store past 3pm. Customer service is horrible during the evening hours. Most of the front end employees could care less about working. They always trash talk, are rude, play on phones to much, and just generally unpleasant. When I shop here it's early in the mornings. The employees during the morning hours really appreciate their jobs.**I really like the prices here. I visit so much, most of the employees know me and my family. My only drawback and complaint is the horrible parking. I usually park a distance from the building itself because it's just that bad.Since this is a 24 hour store you can count on some undesirables hanging around the outside at night so be careful!Also, even though I love this store, I'm not very fond of the produce department. It just doesn't seem very fresh. I do wish that would improve.I will continue to shop here as long I live in the area.As much as I enjoy this store, "some" of the employees really don't want to work, especially in the evenings. They horse around too much and gossip at the check out lines. I try to do all my business in the mornings or early afternoons. It really all depends on which mgr is on duty.

Kroger on 23 & phelenLarge variety of items just not a lot of it on the shelves. Bakery has the best cakes ever and are priced very reasonable. Friendly staff in most areas. The meat department could use some more help. It’s handicap accessible. Prices are within reason with competitors and they fruit and veggies are always fresh and clean. I never see any kind of disorder or mess anywhere in the store. Lovely florist shop. The seasonal aisles are always inviting with plenty in stock. And the nice young people who bag the groceries and help you unload them to your car are SUPER sweet. I just love shopping here, But the meat department not so happy with them.

One of the major selling points of this place is cosmetics, but testing products to see if they match your skin tone is not allowed. You have to buy it first, then try it, and if it's not right, tough luck.I wanted to buy some foundation and as I was shopping a lady named Deborah Johnson told me to stop and that I wasn't allowed to test the colors on my arm.She then stood and stared blankly at me for several minutes making me feel very uncomfortable. She finally left after talking to one employee, some very ugly things about other employees quite loudly. Very unprofessional. Not sure if I'll shop here again.Don't come here for your beauty supplies. They're very proud of their products, which is probably why it's really overpriced. Not many options either.EDITJust left the restroom, and couldn't stay in there because it smelled so badly and the floors and sinks were dirty and nasty. I don't know why I shop at this store.

Kroger always has the best selection. Even in these trying times, Kroger does a top notch job keeping their shelves full. I suspect that's because they own their own truck fleet.

This store flooded during IMELDA and Kroger Corporation were very quick to come in clean it up and update the store. Management has made an extra effort to keep it clean and nice and it shows. Staff is nice, store is clean and the the store is stocked. Baskets are always a problem In the parking lot but we were very happy that the baskets are new!Let’s go Krogering!

The store is meh, and the staff is lazy. I only shop there because it's close and cheap.If your worried about this stuff here ya go:The store is clean enoughThey keep it stockedThe staff will help you if you corner them(they usually hide though)If you wanna talk to the manager, just look for the guy in a dress shirt that looks mad.The cashiers are there but they'll try to force you into the self checkout.Cons:Mediocre staff, semi clean, parking lot is cramped, baskets are usually broken/wobblyPros:Decently stocked, good prices, bakery, meat section.

Last visited today, and for the last 11 years, Kroger is a great store for me. It is clean, well stocked, friendly long-tenured employee faces. I would recommend this location to anyone. Would rate 5 star if they would increase cashier's, instead of self check-out terminals. In addition, would give another star if their cellphone sales area had a special cellular Dept area with a manned counter, instead of using the labor of the catch-all bill payment center. Overall, great store.

They refused to do a cake I've had made at other locations many times. That just really ruined a birthday I was planning. I won't be giving this Kroger my business going forward. I've had prior issues with this same location where staff are not trained well on their own policies. I thought I'd give them another shot today, and regret wasting time there now.

Organized! Organized! Organized! My new shopping place. They have most items that Walmart (Beaumont, Texas) has to offer. So glad that I visited. At first, I was a bit confused when I was looking for a specific ice cream treat. However, instead of it being with most of the ice cream in the aisle, it was with the organic section/healthy section (aisle 1). Glad that I was able to find it while I was there. The size of the store is perfect for me. Easy access within aisles. Parking is great since many of the parking spots are closer to the store. Staff are great! I would recommend this Kroger! My new preferred store to shop. Thanks!!! Also loved their self-checkout machines which is convenient to insert dollar bills and coins when paying for the items. Thanks so much!!!
