My review is based on the bakery and the Star Bucks inside this Kroger. The lady (I can’t remember her name) at the bakery was very helpful. She was sweet and easily to talk to. Kayla at the Star Bucks was great. We ordered 4 drinks and had spectacular requests for them and she was awesome at getting them all right. The drinks were delicious.

April 30 - I went to pick up my Perscriptions. I had 4 total and they only gave me 3. Incidents happen - no problem.May 7 - I go back to pick up the additional Prescription. I arrived there at 1:15 and the pharmacy was out to lunch. Understandable, I can wait. They’re no chairs to sit but the two chairs available near the pharmacy counter. I sit down and wait until 1:30. Another couple comes up at 1:25 and told them “they’re closed for lunch until 1:30”. The pharmacist, Mitchell, comes from the back at 1:30 and told me “you’re not suppose to be back here”. I told him “I’m waiting until 1:30”. He proceeded to re open the pharmacy and then he deliberately waits on the couple that got there at 1:25. They told him “that man was here first”. He ignored them and continued to wait on them. I said “really”. He finished with them then waited on me. Disappointed with this interaction but determined to get the prescription, I held my composure. I even told him “thank you” at the end me of the transaction but did not receive “you’re welcome” in return.1. The young man’s name was “Mitchell”. The name on the receipt was “Floating Pharmacy”.2. Not a good representation of Kroger at all.3. Not a good representation of Omega Phi Si at all.

They have really great employees. Friendly, helpful and they make sure to get you the help you need. I don't know to many of they're names but I know two young men that are always helpful and just as nice as they can be. Marcus and Darius(Dee) there was a lady that worked there by the name of Travis, she was awesome, haven't seen her in a while so she probably moved on to bigger and better things in her life. Y'all should visit Kroger and make sure that you acknowledge there helpfulness and great attitude. Thanks guy's

I went in at approximately 9pm on November 27th. My wife and I found the chicken on sale because it was dated " sell by November 27". It was a good deal so we got about 15 packages. There was NO sign with a limit on them. We get to the front and begin to check out. The manager tells us that we can only have 4. I pointed out that there was nothing posted about a limit. She said it was her discretion. My wife and I go out every weekend and feed the homeless using our own money, not donation, so when we see a deal that would allow us to help more people we get as many as we can. When we tried to explain this to the manager she said she didn't care. Is this Kroger's attitude about giving back to the community. If so I pray everyone boycotts them in the future

Always clean, with friendly staff. Ready to help when needed. I can always find what I need. If I can't, it is a very rare occasion. And with food prices today, the card and their weekly sales, digital coupons, and manufacturers' coupons really help out a lot.

Unchecked the box at checkout to not recieve emails on deals etc. Been two months and get daily spam. When trying to unsibscibe, Kroger forces you to sign up and make an account before being able to unsunmbscribe.Idk if it'sbBad website design or intentional, but bad business practice nonetheless.

This sign does not mean what it says.. but actually it does mean exactly what it say, they just couldn’t get it right.. 10 years shopping at the Dowlen Road Beaumont, TX and they couldn’t figure this out for us.. sad but oh well HEB around the corner

As usual the sales price listed on the item was the regular price at checkout. At selfcheckout the machine would not accept one item and the girl couldn't fix it so I had to wait for. For several minutes.

Showed up to pick up custom cake and cupcakes only to be told they didn’t do it. Someone placed my order form under the wrong date even though it shows the right date on the paper. The man behind me’s order could not be found at all. Avoid the bakery it’s a hot mess disappointment. Manager offered me free cupcakes that I had to wait 45 min for. I do appreciate the lady who made them even though she doesn’t work in there she tried her best.

Will NEVER shop here again!!! I would advise no one else to shop here either. Went in last night about 10:30p.m. with my daughter and friend and used self-checkout I put my card in to pay and noticed ROACHES crawling everywhere. They were even coming out of the money dispenser , crawling around the bags, I notified a manager on duty and she just acted as if this has been an ongoing issue and just waved it off. If it had not been something I could wipe off , didn’t need a bag for and not so late I would’ve asked for a refund. Will be calling the health department Monday morning.

This store has gone down 👎. Produce section had rotten fruit and vegetables, flys all around and some sections completely empty. The meat section with the chicken and fish was spoiled and smelt horrible! I don't that happened to this site because I use to shop there a lot and it was never like this. Buyers beware!!!!

I always enjoy shopping at THIS Kroger location!It's neat... set up nicely... and, normally, the shelves are stocked with everything in its proper place.A SPECIAL thanks, on our last shopping trip, goes to MS. GAYLE who was helping out in the self checkout area! She is amazing and extremely, as well as quite pleasantly, helpful.

I have been Kroger shopping for a few decades now. Primarily and as a go to store, I now live in Texas (transplant from up north) , I lived in Ohio. Was happy to see that they provide here also. They have been my go to for a few decades and haven't experienced a bad circumstance. I truly hope that everyone else can say the same thing.

A very nice Kroger. Modest in size but well organized and clean. Usually well stocked. Employees are courteous, knowledgeable and friendly! A descent self checkout area if you like that sort of thing. Love the sales each week! I shop here often.

Good prices. Not enough checkers. All six self check out lanes had a long line. They kept calling for checkers to come up front.The store was clean. Lots of shoppers were trying to maneuver their baskets around crowded aisles.And the Starbucks employee was handling 3 to 5 customers at a time. She was very nice but could have also benefited from more assistance.

Mandy/Amanda in Pharmacy was short and curt with me on the phone today 5-8-22 at 1:45 pm. I have 5 scrips and simply want them all filled when I get there. Mandy must have disdain for elderly customers. I speak best I can. Her rude attitude is not necessary. Hopefully, I can show up in person soon so I have the chance to meet her and tell her so to her face.

I am giving Starbucks a 2 star rating not the grocery store! Purchased a hot coffee drink but when it was handed to me it was cold so the cashier took the coffee back took the lid off grabbed a spoon and scooped the cool whip off and flung it into the sink and instead of fixing a fresh drink she steamed the entire drink! (Nasty)now it’s lukewarm 🤢Friday morning about 10:15

I have always loved this store. Not only is the produce fresh and well kept but the deals on practically most things in the store are amazing if you get a free Kroger card. Also the Kroger brand is actually really good! After I shop once a week then I get gas and save on that as well by earning grocery points. There's really no better place to shop in Beaumont.

I really do like our Kroger from my old neighborhood. Unfortunately, I've moved to a different neighborhood and the Kroger in that community is not like the old one. Many items aren't as good of selections as it is in the other Kroger. I thought it would be the same but it isn't even close to being the same. 😏 We like our old Kroger so much we drive a lot further just to shop there!

This is the better of the two Kroger stores in Beaumont. The staff is nice and helpful and they usually have items in stock that are on sale (if you arrive later in the day, there is a good chance they will be put of stock on sale items).

Been shopping at this Kroger for about 15 years. I really like the savings when you use your savings card in addition to paper and digital coupons. Really helps me stretch my dollar. I always do the self checkout and the staff that works that area is really helpful when you need it. The one negative about this store is the deli, just in the last 3 weeks I tried to buy deli meats/cheeses and stood there for a good 5 mins or more with no other customers waiting and no one ever came over to help, gave up and left both times. Shop here for sales but go to HEB for the deli.
