💯 the only place I will ever take my dogs for boarding. I own two pit bulls (one being a mix around 75lbs and a pure bred at 113lbs) and she went above and beyond to take care of them when we went on vacation. We ended up having car issues on the way home and we’re not able to make it back until two days after we initially planned, and she was more than willing to still care of them when we called and told her the situation. She is very kind and definitely is an animal person. Before we agreed on everything, she showed me the area and told me the daily routine. For 9 days of boarding with the best care of two dogs with a big spacious area and a wonderful person, we paid less than $320. The absolute best that you will find around here. She is straight to the point and will tell you how it is and some people find that rude, but I’d rather have the truth and someone who loves animals more than anything when it comes to someone else taking care of my pups. SHE TRULY IS AMAZING and the boys absolutely love her. (A dog knows best!)

Sherry did a wonderful job on grooming my dog. I have been to several groomers and most have difficulty grooming my dog due to his high energy. This is the first time someone can finish grooming my dog.

My dog LOVES going there . She has so much fun. She was boarded there was a week. She also got a bath and a big bow on her collar. The owner of Hi-Towers is very dedicated to her work and truly gets to know and love your pet that you leave in her care. I drive 2 hours to board my dog with her. Prices are just as good. I highly recommend her

I was at a loss of what to do with my animals during hurricane Laura. I have a new baby and I did not want to risk having an emergency while the town was possibly without power. Hightower kennel agreed to take both of my dogs at the last minute. They were so nice and professional. The dog runs are long and have plenty of room for the dogs to walk around. They are not out in the elements, they have walls surrounding them and fans on them. They have a humongous bowl of water, they were fed and walked every day. I highly recommend this boarding facility and I will definitely use them again. I am so thankful for hightower kennels

Sheri always takes AMAZING care of our dog!! We appreciate her so dearly! Our dog freaks out severely when we even attempt to cut his nails. We simply cannot. He hates baths so much when we do it, too. She's got to be a dog whisperer. She must be! Our dog gets crazy happy when we tell him we're going to the groomer! He absolutely loses it because he LOVES Sheri so much!Our dog has SO MUCH FUN there, it seems! He is always so excited with tail going a wild when we are driving toward and pull in to Hi Tower!Sheri ALWAYS paints his nails upon our request, and ALWAYS, without asking, adds a precious charm to his collar and and puts a beautiful handmade bow on his collar that matches his nails!The little touch means so much and is adorable!Sheri gives extremely high quality cuts, and impresses my friend who used to groom dogs, whom states she is amazing.DEFINITELY use Sheri at Hi Tower Kennels!

I left this place with tears in my eyes. No one has ever taken the time and effort this wonderful lady put into my Peanut and Bella as much as this lady did. I called her last minute before my vacation to see if she could take my girls. No one else could and she gladly accepted. She was so nice and so professional. She did things with my girls no one has ever done. She even shaved the hair off Peanuts paws. No one has ever done that. She was able to clip and file Bella’s nails, no one has ever been able to. A lot of people will start and when they see she is more complicated they stop. This women is phenomenal. From the handmade bows, to the charms on there collars. I would definitely take them back. I think these people leaving bad reviews didn’t understand what was really going on and how hard of a job it can be at times. I highly recommend this place and I am leaving very happy and very thankful. ❤️

The lady was very kind over the phone and when we met her she treated our dog with lots of love. When we came back from thanksgiving vacation we knew that our pup had been well cared for. The lady that owns the place is very busy and very good at what she does! Never had a moments issue! Thanks!

Worst experience of my life. The lady could not have been more rude. I felt like I was being pranked. She had my doodle for 7 hours, so I went by to see if something was wrong. She scolded me, and when I asked her how much longer, she said "you have got to be kidding me." So, I waited in my car (missing work), and she calls me and tells me then that she only takes cash- no out of state checks (she knew I had just moved from indiana). My poor boy looks awful. I have never in my life been treated worse. I have no clue how they stay in business.

I have to say that we were desperate for a place to take our dog for a couple of hours. Our dog has all its shots and a very well behaved dog, however, not one place in Beaumont would take him without an eveuation. This sweet lady stayed late for us to drop off our dog and met us before pick up hours to let us continue our drive to Louisiana. She has rescues in her faculty and many of the dogs are not even her animals b She has such a big heart for animals and does not charge enough for her boarding!!! We appreciate her big hearts for animals.

I have to say I was very happy how the owner treaded my baby’s. This was our 2nd time we left them there for days, we pick them up they were happy. Yes she gets frastuated if you come unprepared or in a harry can’t blame her. I’m talking about my self being unprepared and in a harry she was not happy with me. When we stoped both time the place was clean. It’s not a fancy place those places charge a lot of money some places like that are call doggie hotel I just want a place were I know my dogs are coming back happy and don’t smell like pee I had a bad experience in port Arthur in a fancy vet and daycare, both my dogs lost weight, I got home my dogs did not leave my side they were stock like glue, for about 2 days I knew this people did a horrible job watching my dogs. That is a place that does not care.

When me and my family went to see my dog, all of the dogs were barking at us... AND SHE TOLD US TO BE QUITE! She is the most unprofessional lady ive ever met! Her rudeness is x1000! I would not recommend her to anyone she needs to learn a hard lesson to be more kind and calm with others and not SNAP AT THEM FOR NO REASON!!!

I would not recommend this place if you care for the animal at all that you need boarding or grooming for. Terrible experience during Harvey with boarding two dogs and my cat - yes during a time of crisis but you don't take in too many animals who you cannot care for - one dog died and was just laying on the floor under a towel. Others were foaming at the mouth or unconscious because they didn't have any water. We brought a case of bottled water and she said it wasn't animal water. Just awful and she should not be around anyone's pet.

I'm appualed with the treatment the owner inflicted on me . Extremely natsy attitude,words hung up on .I'm terrified to think of how my puppies were treated! Not once but twice. Shame on me for assuming she just had a bad day the first time I used her establishment.Oh no, this is a lifestyle .I am deeply saddened that she is such miserable person. I truly do not see how this inhumane behavior has kept her business open. I only wished id found all the negative reviews on her operation earlier. I have heard "now " talking to a few people , how horrible their experience has been with High Tower. This business's couth and ethical behavior is not exceptable, especially when it comes to the welfare of our pets .I have never written a bad review like this before but I had to warn people.This is not a place you would want to experience or take your pets.As said before in another person's review,You come back from a lovely vacation and have to walk into this abusive behavior and then worry about how your babies have been treated and what they've been through?! Never again ,never never never.

Saw bad reviews and was skeptical, but the lady that runs it is just better with animals than people and that's what I'm looking for when we board our fur babies. The cost was more than reasonable and worked out for us. I will be using her kennel anytime we travel.

Dropped my Dog Baleigh off and she had matted thick hair. The owner was very knowledgeable about dogs. She treated Baleigh so sweet. She was fast and friendly. When I picked Baleigh up she smelled so good and looked AMAZING.

My poor dog sat in a cage for 7 hrs. I was going to pick him up. When I got there she was half way through shaving him. She was gruff with him as well as rude to me. Won't be taking him back to this groomer and even told her to destroy his records as we would not be returning.

She does a very good job for a great price but they way she talks is rude at times. Between her attitude and way of work is what I am debating on going to a new groomers and letting a few people aware at the Beaumont Enterprise.

Save your pet and take them as far away from this place as possible!!! I boarded my dog here for a couple of days while I left town on business and it cost me my pets life. When I picked up my dog Milo from this kennel he was acting strange, lethargic, and just not himself. By the next day he was worse. He wouldn't play, eat, or drink. I took him to the vet and after hundreds of dollars, IVs, and tests, the vet came to the conclusion that Milo was having an adverse reaction to some type of muscle relaxer or calming agent. He had been DRUGGED!!! I was shocked, hurt, angry.. so many things.. His kidneys or body just couldn't handle the drug and he shortly passed. It was the worst mistake of my life. I'm still heartbroken. I tried to take legal action but it wouldn't bring Milo back. So if i can save another pet with this review, I will feel that Milo did not die in vain.

Refused to accept card or check insisted on cash.After telling one price over the phone the owner insisted on more money when I arrived.she held my baby’s hostage until I went back to the teller for more cash. She’s very racist pointed her finger n my face while speaking to me .

Today my husband dropped my dog off to the kennel, and lord knows moe was in the worst possible state imaginable and alot place wouldnt have took him in that state ,The owner took great time unmangaling him and shaved him to perfection ... He looks likes a completely different pup she is truly amazing!!!
