Horrible service, showed up at 9:42 to grab a 2 litter of coke, the door was locked and the lady was shooing my away calling me stupid. So I told her they didn’t close till 10 and she said “I don’t care what the sign says I said were closed”. LAZY. Family dollar please do better and get better staff. This is absolutely ridiculous, THIS IS YOUR JOB.

The saleslady was very friendly. I paid for some of my items with my debit card & I had to purchase some Tylenol for my mom & her cash was in the 🚗 so I asked her if I could go & get it out of my car so I did but there was no one n the store @ that time. Nice experience. The cashier was really sweet.

I always go on a Monday, and the aisles are always crowded with merchandise to be put out. The grocery aisles were pretty well picked over today, and they were out of the best commercial-made bread in Beaumont. Family Dollar's "Oven Made" bread is the best I've had in a long time. Minus 1 star for making me buy Sunbeam😒.

Horrible experience. The store was dark, unwelcoming and so messy that I couldn't find anything or walk down most of the aisles, and the cashier was extremely rude when we asked if they had a public restroom. Never going back to this Family Dollar.
